Girl who delivered food was very nice and very quick. But something mustve went wrong in the order.. because things i had paid for i did not get. No receipt on the neither, very disappointing as me and my partner would normally order from there and have no problems whatsoever. Always a 5 out of 5 for us. But recently they have not been.

Arrived over an hour before closing and the woman working was not one bit nice to us. She was horrible to my disabled daughter. My daughter asked for Pepsi max and was screamed at asking which one as as they had many different types apparently (I thought Pepsi max was Pepsi max) - the drinks weren’t even on display as they are away from view. Place is very run down for a subway (did all subways not get an update recently)? This girl was trying to leave early (I am nearly sure of it) a pile of dirt sitting on the ground as you come in the door. Asked for a rainbow cookie for it to be more or less threw in my face. Shocking service. Do not think I will back anytime soon. Daughter cried over this experience. Thanks a lot.

Great healthy food , good affordability.

Absolutely appalled at the service. My son had been in a relationship with the sister of a member of staff that ended badly 2 years ago (she had lied about the paternity of her son). Not only did this member of staff point blank refuse to serve him she also refused me service despite the fact we were doing nothing wrong and just trying to order some lunch. We were eventually served by another member of staff and watched in amazement as the offending staff member went on to serve somebody else. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for. Will be complaining to management.

Pretty typical subway, albeit in an open corner of a door to a bigger shopping centre. Serving time is typically pretty quick though the staff seem a little annoyed quite frequently.

Only one member of staff on at lunchtime today. Was busy trying to get orders done. Was very apologetic for making me wait but I had no problem with it at all. Very hard worker. Great Subway shop. Fortwilliam Antrim Rd.

Super helpful girl behind the counter. Really made the purchase enjoyable. The sub was lovely too.

Very short delivery time, hot and tasty food and also included the things other restaurants usually forget such as napkins and dips, even gave me a booklet on their nutritional information. Perfect service, no complaints. Would recommend!

Don’t take the NHS Blue Light Discount card although clearly Subway signed up to this- shame, mixed messages for NHS workers ...

Great food. Only problem is no free WiFi like other stores, still great though!

I'm not a big fan of sandwiches but they do have very nice cookies, especially when you ask them to get warmed up. my main issue with this specific subway though is the fact that there's no restrooms. apart from that, it seems over all fairly good.

Subway does the job that you need it to. The sandwiches are made fresh in front of you and the cost doesn't break the bank. It can be a nightmare at the peak times, usually 12-2 and 5-6 but any other time it is quick enough. Seating is decent when the upstairs area is open.
