Food was not what I ordered and I am unable to get a refund

Sandwich excellent as always, the macadamia cookies were overcooked and resembled a biscuit, still tasted great but not as described

It was delivered fast and the food was good, forgot cheese on meatballs but I'm sure I'll survive!

Delivered really quickly, nice and hot and we received what we ordered. Much better than Warminster Subway.

One thing about Subway is the quality is consistent. Unlike many restaurants I never feel hungry after a subway roll. They’re really quick too!

only thing I didn't like is I said my code to the driver 3 times 9057, and he kept putting the wrong numbers in but when I showed him the code magically the same code he "put through" goes through. basically he was hoping to steal my food which I don't appreciate

Missing drinks and sauces and the food was smashed up, really not happy

The food was nice and on time, really enjoyed it but the delivery driver was miserable and rude. Practically shouted at me for a 'code' or something. He didn't even say goodbye. Manners cost nothing.

Yet again I’m presented with what looks like a stood on 6 inch subway of which is tepid warm at best. £13 for the meal delivered and it’s late as well

Was missing an item and also had the wrong drink given - however, the sub itself was spot on and was delivered on time.

I used to work here. They now have a phone operator who can’t speak English. There’s a reason everyone goes to Fore Street rather than this one

Good food, fresh. Good personnel very professional and kind about one male worker. Sometimes I need explaining few times and he still forgetting what I'm ordering, opposite to others workers that don't need told twice.

Ordered my lunch and Subway Trowbridge is always prompt and professional. My delivery driver was also lovely, great experience overall.

The salad was ok, but a bit lacking. The churros were not good, and the tiny little drop caramel sauce was pathetic

Beware of this subway.. when they are busy they tend to become lax when It comes to preparing subs for different customers, by this I mean I had ordered a tuna subway so the male worker started to prepare it and whilst mine was being toasted he started to prepare a new order for a customer besides me, that customer had ordered a BMT sub I found this so shocking because he was dealing with raw meats (non Halal in my case) and then he was about to come back to finishing off my sub without even changing his gloves again!!! I had to tell him to change them before he even tried to touch mine. It's put me off going to Subway now, really wonder what they do behind closed doors. Absolutely disappointing. The managers in that branch need to re look in to their staff because this surely isn't acceptable allowing cross contamination to happen like this.

Very poor customer service Charge extra £6.74 6inch tuna meal But he charge 7.51 plus £1.50 each 3 meal I asked him he told me this is location charge I never heard about location charge for subway please this place can’t recommend

Took over an hour to get to us from the time it was collected. We live 6 minutes away. The food was freezing cold and totally inedible. The staff were rude and unapologetic and not willing to refund or replace. Awful. Won't be using them again

Clean , friendly, good food was especially good value with vouchers. Sat in to eat food nice atmosphere.

Had any 2 6-inch sub, 2 drinks, 2 snacks for £8.99 voucher. Ordered this, was charged £11.59 for no reason.. check what they try to charge you.

Normally a footlong is hardly got any thing inside but the breakfast one was stuffed really good

Whoever made our subs tonight, THANKYOU! Best I've had in ages fresh with just the right amount of sauce! and I got a free pot of extra lettuce as I don't usually get enough! When ordering from the subway in fore st they don't pay attention to the order and always end up toasting my sub which I really dislike (which is why I never order toasted 🤣) Thanks again

I asked for our sandwich’s to be cheese and toasted but neither of them were. I’m glad they’re not extra as I would have been annoyed.

Food got here on time but there was a missing item and when we phoned up the company the lady on the phone was rude. I will need order from these subway again.

The food was cold and my subs were squished a lot so my sun was almost mush and the nachos were cold and there wasn’t much for a share box

Spent £30 for quite poor food. Burnt bread, tomatoes which weren’t ordered and no cheese in one sandwich. Paid for double cheese in the other sandwich and barely even got the normal amount. Nacho chicken bites were soggy. Definitely not happy for the money we paid for it.

Food came after a lady called me because the delivery driver who didn’t speak English went to the wrong address. The delivery driver came into my house to put it on my table when I just wanted a door delivery. Because he was lost, the food was cold. I put it in the fridge to try to preserve it but there was no point. Disappointed

Thank you subway for looking after me. They were able to use the gluten free bread for me as requested. I'm very grateful for this as it's not on the online menu for some reason. Lovely helpful lady staff, much appreciated

Subs were okay, but stone cold when they arrived and needed reheating. The nachos were a really poor effort - maybe a tablespoon of cheese on the whole thing and they didn’t put on the jalapeños (unless you count half a slice of jalapeño a serving?). Overall not a good meal.

The nachos were a bit soggy but other than that the food was great
