Ordered a takeaway, first time from them, glad I chose them. The Delivery driver was excellent, as we are in a brand new house on a new estate our postcode doesn't show up on Google maps, he rang me I explained where we lived, he knew and when we met he was really nice I paid, served up and ate, the food was absolutely fantastic the best I have had A big thumbs-up to the team

Can't really comment on service or atmosphere because I had a takeaway, but can assure you this was the worst Chinese food I've ever had. Ordered my usual Peking chicken that I have from every Chinese restaurant but received something unrecognisable, repulsive and inedible. It was battered chicken in what looked and had the texture of bad congealed mucus and tasted of just vinegar. Also the only vegetables in it were huge strips of raw ginger which added nothing and overcooked soggy spring onions. I couldn't stomach more than 2 mouthfuls, it seems that they are only used to cooking regularly order simple dishes that British people usually have because nothing was correct about this Peking chicken.

All I would say is that I would recommend this place if you want a Chinese meal. Haven't had the fish and chips yet.

Great range of food, friendly staff, great portions and at reasonable prices. Most importantly, really tasty. Not only our favourite Chinese in Trowbridge, also our favourite chippy! Full chip shop menu with cracking chips.

This is now our go to Chinese Take Away. All of the family love their meals. Good portion sizes too. The only minor criticism I have is that if you are collecting on a Friday or Saturday night, add 50% to the "ready time" as they are always very busy. A good sign though.

Best Chinese in Trowbridge without doubt. The family are really friendly and prices very good. We stopped coming here a couple years ago as the chicken balls were really greasy, but they’re definitely not now and all food was excellent. Now coming every 2 weeks for our Chinese!!

I ordered food here yesterday and waited aprox 45 mins, the food was nice although a few hours later me and my partner who also ate from the Chinese had very bad stomach pains. As time has passed of being in pain we have non stop been to the toilet. I had later on thrown up and still feel unwell. The food is nice but wouldn’t come again due to waiting so long for food that has made me unwell.

Just had delivery which arrived piping hot. Everything tasted great as always but I have to say the chicken chow mein was outstanding, had a flavour in it that I haven't tasted before. The best I have ever eaten. Will definitely order same again! John

The food is amazing, if we want crispy chilli beef this is the place we go from Melksham, we have tried various places but nothing can match it.

Great food everytime I've been and we'll priced too

It was greese and the meat was over cooked it was not a good meal at all.

I found that my chicken balls had way too much batter on them and they were very oily. It took ages for my order to become ready and I noticed that a person ordering after me got theirs before my very simple order. I could tell that staff were sniping at each other by tone of their voice. The food was piping hot.

I ordered food for 6 costing £53 it was very tasty... What restaurant will feed 6 for this price. 👍

This Chinese takeaway offers the freshest food that I've ever experienced from a Chinese takeaway. I purposefully drive 15 minutes to pick it up, when I have 3 other Chinese takeaways within 5 minutes driving! The quality just exceeds beyond what is expected from these very traditional places. However, the price is slightly more expensive than the rest. I would justify it because of the quality of the food being superior to the rest too!

The shop was clean and staff polite. We choose a set meal. The starter was delicious as we're most of the mains however, the rice was rather bland and the beef in the chow mein dry.

This place is amazing, been going there for years and years! Haven't found a place that does as good food or is run by such a friendly family in the other 3 towns and cities I've lived in for the last few years. Always stop in to get one when I'm back in town to visit family. Long wait times can happen occasionally, but that is because so many people want food from this place which tells you that they're good! Delivery is cheap, £1 i think, so if you're worried just go for that.

Well recommended for Chinese or English as a takeaway. Friendly staff, very clean,phone orders ready on the time quoted. Five Star food.

Chinese meal is average. But dont attempt to get fish&chips or anything like this..35 minutes I was sat there waiting for it to be cooked..when it eventually arrived was like eating raw potatoes. Wont go back.

Chips were pretty bland but plentiful. Can of coke was a multi pack one and should not be sold separately

Food takes good. When they are busy they clearly can not handle it when it gets packed and the woman working behind the counter is walking around without a care in the world even though they have over 10 people sat down waiting. Been waiting an hour so far and still no food. Edit: now 1 hour and 20 minutes. At this point I could of went out, brought everything and cooked it myself faster than this.

Just had the most amazing food delivered. All the food was piping hot and delicious. The salt & pepper chicken is the best dish I hope they never change it!

Not so keen on the house special satay this time. Not that it was bad, just not for me. Pancake rolls are superb though. Wife also raves about the chicken in lemon sauce, recommended by another reviewer.

I have been here many times in the past and except on the odd occasion the food was ok BUT!! I called recently called in to this takeaway, when we got home to eat it I was totally shocked, all of the food was soaked in “OIL” and was totally inedible so it went straight into the bin. As for the Rice, it must have been made about 5 hours earlier and kept warm....If you went to a restaurant for a meal and it turned up like that you would say something and would probably be given a full refund or something to that effect. These food outlets should not be able to get away with it as they know what they are doing when they are cooking this stuff. This is the 4th takeaway in this town I will never go back too again, Awful.

Have used this Chinese takeaway for years now as it is consistently good. Deliveries arrive in prompt time and always piping hot. Makes one of the best Chinese curry sauces I have tasted....not too spicy but just right! Will definitely continue to order here.

Chichen curry was great and chips were the best I have had in a long time. They were very bizzy as it was a Saturday night but I was quickly served.

Después de leer las críticas, me esperaba algo mejor. Normalmente vamos a la China cerca de Sainsbury's en BOA, pero decidimos ir a nuestro local en su lugar. El curry era tan aguado que teníamos en cuencos, y la dulce y agria era duro y gluey. No es un parche en el de Bradford.

I used to use this place but recently they have had their food hygiene rating downgraded to a 2 "Improvement necessary". In light of this I don't go here anymore.

Good menu which includes variety of choice. Food is always hot, tasty and I've never had a bad experience with the food. Delivery can occasionally be a little slow but this doesn't happen regularly.

Can never fault this takeaway whether it's fish and chips or a Chinese always 10/10! There aromatic duck is incredible by far the best Chinese been eating from here for years!

No estoy seguro de por qué la gente comentar sobre los tiempos de espera en comida para llevar, yo más bien creo que será un poco tarde pero recién preparados y cocinados, y recuerda agregar el tiempo de espera en primera. Mi comida aquí siempre es bueno, especialmente el dulce y amarga que es realmente crujiente.

I like this take away because it is close to where I live. Reasonably priced, quality doesn't blow me away. Food took about 45mins to come, but it was a Saturday at around 6pm so I would say this is fair. Points to consider:- -it would have been helpful to have a rough eta of waiting times. -I would say that there was not enough meat in the dishes that I feel where bulked out with more than average veg (compared to other times I have eaten from here and also other take always). Would buy again for local ease. But I have had a lot better.

En los últimos 5 ocasiones de visitar Dragon oriental, mi pedido fue simple. Patatas fritas pequeña con una salchicha jumbo. He tenido que esperar cada vez un mínimo de 20 minutos, a veces 30 para recibir mi pedido!En mi última visita, alguien que después me dio primero a sus pequeños fragmentos, por lo que tuve que esperar para una nueva tanda de ser frito. Este es también increíblemente mal servicio al cliente.Una estrella para la degustación de buena comida y otra para finalmente llegar!

We have been using this takeaway regularly for some years now, and only once had a small problem with an order, which was very quickly rectified. The delivery people are always very cheerful, as are the people taking the orders over the phone. We like it!

I have been using this takeaway for several years and never seen a review anywhere online. Their Fish and chips are really excellent . The standard Cod is large and the large Cod is Huge. All well cooked with ample chips and not greasy. Don't forget the mushy peas. The Chinese food is also excellent. I particularly like the Lemon Chicken dish but everything is nice The shop is run by the Chinese owners who are very nice folk who give first class service. It's definitely my family!s No1 takeaway.
