Didn’t receive the water I ordered on my bill

Food was wrong didn’t get all the stuff I’d paid for

Ignore the delivery time, it was changed several times so instead of the 10 to 20 mins it said, it was 40+ minutes 🙄

partial delivery, cookie was missing from order, no explanation.

Bread wasn't fresh. Sandwich thrown together with not much filling.

sandwiches were good, not hot but still nice. Ordered the garlic and herb bites but they were spiced more than I anticipated.

driver was lovely, store is absolutely abmissal, food isn't edible

rang the shop to cancel was told i cant cancel i just have to wait till it comes it finally arrive 2 hours late and without my drink please may I have a refund as it all just went straight into the bin

Rang up as didn’t realise it was a separate option to toast and also it’s shredded chicken on furious chicken tgmhey used the horrible chicken pieces as they had no shredded chicken i pointed out they should of checked with customer but the lady on phone had stinking attitude and hung up its the lady that doesnt no how to treat customers right ir smile there was inly 3 slices of ham and cheese on other sandwich its normally 4 so all in all it went in bin and wont being using again

Bacon stack was more of a flimsy bacon sarnie. What's the point of paying extra for a stack to get hardly anything in my sandwich... whoever was on today needs trained on portions

Not sure how it takes an hour and 45 to deliver 3 wraps to a house that’s a 5 minute drive away. Ridiculous

My order was completely incorrect. When I rang to speak to an employee they were rude and completely unhelpful. Very disappointing.

The meatballs were undercooked disgusting. The cheese bites also undercooked.

Just moved into the area, had to grab some lunch after a long day of setting up furniture at home. Staff was very kind, made a really nice sandwich as per my requirements, they were kind enough to hear me out and i requested for an extra cheesy and meaty sandwich. Was totally worth it. Would love it if they were able to arrange some kind of sitting outside as it was a nice sunny day😅

Didn’t get order and claims it has been delivered

I ordered two coke cola I received two different drinks, both footlongs were cold weren’t able to eat them, crisps were wrong and so was our biscuits!

Order was missing items, food was also cold even though it was suppose to be warm and they kept changing the time for delivery I’m a frequent customer but was shocking service today the food was also not packaged how it normally comes so was quite a let down

Subway need new staff in their Ashington branch..the orders are never right! This will be the last time I order from here. Shame when incompetent staff ruin a good company. How do you get it wrong when you literally have a list of every ingredient going into the sub and you staple the list to the order?! Absolute turnips!

Swapped garlic sub for pizza sub

hardly any tuna in the tuna melt and the bread was so burnt/ stale it was hard to bite into. won't be ordering from ashington again

I received someone else's order and the driver showed me he was instructed to deliver it regardless, as contact details including the first name and phone number are included on receipts stapled to the order I'd consider this kind of mix up as a breach of customer data security and I find it to be an abysmal display on the part of just-eat. Please work to better this in future, I will be more than disappointed if this happens again

the only thing that has annoyed me is that they gave me a coke zero instead of my pepsi max so i couldn't drink anything.

Whole order was shocking! Ordered a meatball sub and it came with no meatballs, one sub was toasted when asked not to be, half on fillings was missing , so when I rang the shop the girl who was on the phone was rude and not a care in the world, saying there was no manager on shift and wasn’t helpful at all and the attitude was disgusting

I ordered wedges and received hash browns which is not what I wanted, it’s not the first time something like this has happened and one time I got my wedges and they forgot to cook them, they were frozen

Order was wrong. Won’t order again. Only good thing was delivery was on time. £15 for a soggy sandwich with wrong filling and a choc chip cookie. Ordered a sandwich nachos drink and rainbow cookies.

Asked for sweet onion sauce and got none!

New menu is a mess, Cheese Steak now a panini style, which basically means fully sauced wrapped in paper and popped in toasty oven. Doesn't toast sandwich but seems to get hot enough to fully liquidise the Chipotle sauce, which fused the paper to the, can we still call it a, sandwich and formed a puddle in the bag which is now all over my desk. Manager needs to educate himself on use of vouchers and stop ripping off customers, the new subway at the bottom of ashington is 10x better

Absolutely disgusted In the salad I've just bought. It's safe to say it would not have filled a toddler. Service so bad nothing prepped. You would think with 3 members of staff you would be organised. Should be ashamed serving this as a salad was not enough salad in it to call it a salad and definitely not enough to fill even a sandwich. Damm disgraceful

Not customer friendly at all, I made an order of a footlong subway and a tango 1.5litre but only came with the subway, i then rang them and the only thing the man who pick at to say was I have to walk in to get it. This message is for him, I paid for this delivery mister

Placed an order through just eat. Recieved a text saying subway had cancelled my order as they had tried ringing me, which they hadn't. Rang the restaurant to find out what had happened, they stated they had rang 3 times(they did not), and that they had no brown bread. They told me to reorder with white bread. I re ordered and they cancelled that order aswell. I will not be using subway again in future as this is the second time this has happened.

The food is really nice however they need to sort out drivers, and if they don't have any they should say collection only on just eat instead of ordering and waiting until after your order is confirmed only to find out it's had to be cancelled. I know this isn't their fault but I feel like they should have Just Eat up to date for whether they have drivers or not.

On just eat as open but won't confirm my order. Took money out but no one is there. Not answering phone. Been 30 minutes still awaiting confirmation. How do I het a refund?. Can't cancel order either.

Called in for a sandwich for my granddaughter! Pleasant staff member fulfilled my granddaughter's request exactly!

The staff are just so miserable working there. No enthusiasm put into the greetings at all, they seem very overworked and not much staff seem to work there. The boss is never to be seen, every time I’ve been in it has always been two people on, hardly enough when you have a queue out the door AND Just Eat orders to do. It doesn’t seem like a very throughout plan and not enough staff around to juggle all of the responsibilities when serving customers. I know for a fact that most of the people who work on the highstreet now avoid eating there because of the boss’s attitude. The food is nice but when in the toaster it comes out way over cooked now.

I'd highly recommend this place, the rotisserie chicken is great with sweet chilli sauce.

Food lovely, good value for money and the staff are great 😊

Good range of sandwiches and u can choose your own filling we had six inches and coffee very reasonably priced and u can sit in

Two new members of the team left by themselves. The lady was pleasant and although still required more training had potential. The boy was arrogant and stupid. He had 0 communication skills or skills within his job role. He pretended he knew what he was doing and acted like management. He was horrible to the lady and at one point even threatened to knife me. His constant talking caused a long wait and portions were tiny. He also refilled the salad without changing the container. Is this not against food higegene.

Wide variety of sandwiches to choose from and the choice of salad and sauces and refillable drink (soft) if you eat in.

No disabled access. Only two very slow staff on at lunch time. My friend stood in the long que for me because I could not stand for the 20 minutes it took to be served. If I hadn't have bumped into to my friend I wouldn't have been able to get what I wanted. I don't mind a que but I cannot stand for a long time. Loss of independence. My friend misunderstood my note so I didn't get exactly what I wanted. Not a good way to treat customers 👎

Love the salads but when you say that you only want a little bit of sauce on they still smother it. Whoa tiger.

Subway. Decent enough. Products are good, staff are friendly. Bit cramped in this store but has recently had a makeover and looks clean.

Whenever I come in early morning around 7:45am, I have to wait a good ten minutes just for someone to even come to the counter, and half the time I actually end up walking out!

Gets a foster 3 star rating, which is good food, good environment, good customer service

What can I say about it. I mean how hard is it to make a sandwich? The staff either ignore you or take half an hour to put salad in a sandwich and even then they don't like it when you ask for more, I'm sorry put 2 pieces of tomatoes and cucumber is not salad. If you are really desperate and can't get to another subway and you don't mind waiting forever, then go here. Otherwise, I would go to the one in Morpeth or even better the one at Cramlington Manor Walks.
