Subway in Salford

Been a few times, staff are normally pretty sound. Gotta say Aman - guy who worked there especially. Awesome guy really friendly. So this is mainly for Aman - keep it up man.

Absolutely Terrible. I asked for the Tiger Bread, and the woman did not listen and gave me the standard plain bread. I asked for onions, and they weren't cut and were only put on half my sandwich. I asked for a 'little' mayo as it was a tuna melt and she drowned the poor sandwich in mayo. My friend ordered a steak sandwich which was half bread. He literally threw away at minimum 5 inches of bread. Really disappointed with this service. The store itself looks like something out of a ghetto with the interior taking people back to 1987. The music was really odd, like something an insurance company from 20 years ago would use to put you on hold. 0/10 Would not go again.

The weekday lunch team are always excellent. Great food, friendly service.

Order nearly entirely wrong, untoasted subs, missing sides and a note saying “sorry we don’t have this drink” and they didn’t have a brain cell between them to think to put in a different drink, awful.

Just ordered Veggie Breakwich via Uber Eats and they have added Sausage and Becon in it. I am Hindu by religion and a vegetarian. Tried calling them, but no response. Avoid, these people can't even read simple instructions.

Sandwich's are mid. service was rushed and rude, spoke with staff rather than customers (older woman with accent).

Staff member Frank has brilliant customer service, knows his job well, is very fast and made a very good sandwich 10/10

I try get in on Saturday and 10:30 in morning and been told by staff they open at 11 even on doors and website says 10 rly bad shop

Struggling to find delivery drivers so delivery time kept being pushed back

Some confusion at the restaurant on how to collect.

Do not order food from this subway as the staff are highly incompetent. Once I ordered a tuna sandwich and it arrived with NO tuna, this time I ordered tuna sandwich which I wanted cold as I find warm tuna disgusting and it arrived toasted. Both times I called the store and as it’s done through a second party they aren’t prepared to do anything even though it’s their fault. Use another subway where the staff know what they’re doing.

Just ordered from there - Italian BMT and Meatball Marinara - and we got two meatball marinaras. I'm not paying 25 pounds to get half of the order completely wrong. Not recommending it to anyone.

Went in at 2pm. Horrible rude staff. Most of the food had been packed away already. No wedges. No nachos. Didn’t have the bread I wanted. The soft drink machine was just pouring out soda water with no flavours coming out. Sandwich was rushed and looks like a 2 year old made it.

Missing drinks , app won’t show missing parts of orders

Normally quite a good Subway. But once again a certain colleague is in, the lights are on, doors are open, signs are out, it's 08:20 and guess what.......they are not serving yet! If your open time is 8am you should be ready to serve at 8am, God knows how many customers you have lost in 20 mins, if 8am is a problem, change the opening time!

Really really bad customer service, not even a hello, or what can i get you? Simply just staring at my face waiting for me to speak my order Once the sandwich was ready, simply left on the desk for me to pick up, not even a simple thankyou and pass it off in the hand or bye Food quality was very off compared to other subway stores as was rushed. This is my local subway so i have received similar service on a separate occasion as thought would firstly give benefit of doubt

I ordered different crisps than I recieved! Not a issue or anything, just abit annoying

The driver delivered to the complete wrong area/address and when I tried to call him to ask him to come to our address, he was incredibly rude and didn’t speak good English so just hung up on me. My partner spent 20 minutes running around streets to try and find him. Eventually after 30 minutes my partner found him and collected the order. The food was inevitably cold and a complete mess.

Wrong crips sent and wrong drinks sent food also needed microwave

Did not get what I ordered, they completely botched the order and packed it so badly the food I did get was squeezed down to mush and not edible

The sandwich I received was completely inedible because it has mustard dressing on it and none of the sauces I asked for. My Tropicana was substituted for Tango and one of the cookies was substituted as well.

Peach drink was white with watery food is average employee are quite nice though

No salad boxes…no gluten free bread…no cheese and tomato sandwiches (for my hubby who is not coeliac but is vegetarian)!! Zero customer service and it was only 11am! Poor start to the day.

Sandwich was poorly constructed and fell apart.

I mean, it's a subway. It's fine, I enjoyed it probably about as much as Ive enjoyed every other subway. The staff weren't particularly above and beyond, but they absolutely did their job satisfactorily. Its not the easiest job in the world with it being in the location it is, so that's understandable.

Got 80% of the order wrong, ordered on Uber eats, missing things out of the sub, ordered flaming hot nachos, got tangy cheese packets of Doritos instead, and sub was squashed when arrived because they decided to shove everything including a big bottle of drink into the same bag, waste of money

Accommodated 10 of us no problem. Food / dining area was fine. Toilets were disgusting. Credit card machine wasn't working. Seemed understaffed for a Saturday lunchtime.

Yesterday morning I went in for a 6-inch BMT and I was quite dissapointed at the level of craftsmanship. The sandwich artist chose the most poorly baked bread, cut the bread too much, didn't ask the basic questions about my order, and heaped my sandwich with too much salad. It was clear that little care was given about the craft of good food. Despite that, food standards were good and after removing the pile of salad from my sandwich, I did enjoy my meal. For improvement, the sandwich artist needs to revise the salad recipe and waste bad bread to make decent subs.

Always amazing, just wish that it were better for the pocket, ie cheaper.

The place was empty no doubt due to the rude handwritten sign the manager had stuck up. I spent 25 years in the food and beverage industry and never once did I demand my customers Clean up after themselves BECAUSE I GOT PAID TO DO IT

They have a habit of locking the doors 45 minutes before they actually close and then ignore you at the door. Gone today and it's happened again

Got to this Subway branch (Salford) approx 5.15pm and it was closed. No sign on the doors. Keys could be seen in the lock inside. Floors looked like they had just been mopped. The two staff members standing talking to each other. Appreciate there may have been a need to close early today, but at least put a sign up! Wasted journey and had to go elsewhere for something to eat. Not good service Subway!

Does not close at 5pm, if you try and buy anything after 16:30, you will be told no. Entered at 16:40, was told they were no longer serving, as the guy on shift needed to get off at 5pm.

Very slow recently. Seems to be mainly due to understaffing and a high amount of online/delivery orders.

Dirty tables, coffee cold nachos served with no cheese and dried out salsa, flies everywhere, tables had ketchup and mayonnaise laying around and had been there a while, no customer so where not busy to clean up. Ordered sat down to eat place was so dirty decided to take it home only to end up bining it

Its a subway. They had social distancing in mind and staff were friendly and chatty.

The place will sell you a sandwich, but the toilets are closed for customers, so not buying there.

Excellent choice of freshly-prepared subs at a great price. Fast, friendly service, too.

Dirty tables. Loads of flies. The server didn't microwave the sandwich for long enough so it was still cold. Piled on the salad so it just all fell off when I tried to eat it. Don't do the vegan meatballs.

Standard Subway.....what to moan of...?? Well Sorry but Staff all seem to be either half asleep or of foreign descent and i struggled to understand what was being said to me when ordering my food... One staff member so small could hardly see her over the glass counter....at the payment end was answered n called Darlin a few times....a bit off putting if not my Wife or Partner ha ha...Maybe a Customer facing re- train needs performing here...Sorry but Thanks for my food but its a no to a quiz....😊

Lovely staff member he was literally so sound brought us over our sandwiches and everything his name is conor, such a legend. Went again and another really sound staff member actually read her name: Laura/Lauren (couldn't quite make out) but also really friendly and nice. Subs were lovely too would definitely recommend this subway. The restaurant is so nice and spacious and comfortable really good

It is big so there is plenty of room to sit, and it is clean. Lunchtime during the weekdays it gets very busy. Other than that, just like any other Subway.

Just your standard subway, no more, no less. Friendly staff. Seating inside and out, it's pretty small and can get very busy during lunch time.
