Hello. Bought a veggie delight today from the Aldridge Store. The concept has been changed and orders are taken via a screen a bit like McDonalds. I have to say my sandwich was very poor. Hardly any salad unlike the picture on the screen and no sauce or salt and pepper. The bread was heated in the oven and had gone hard. The concept of what subway was about has been taken away, that was CHOICE. I didn't want tomato's and I wanted extra onions and jalapenos. At £4.20 I would have expected something more substantial.

I am an Uber eats delivery partner I went to pick up and delivery order. The staff at the front desk was not very helpful and also was very rude. I went in to ask if the order is taking long because I had appointment at 12 pm so if the order is taking more than 10 minutes as you are busy as well, I might cancel the order he said no it will take a little while. Please bring your bag so I bring the delivery back from the car as requested. I waited patiently while he carry on serving other customers and my order was ready and sitting at the till he did not hand me over the order until he finish all the customer although my order was ready by then he was very rude with me and doing different head gestures about me with other customers. I work this as a part-time earning job as a side income. I do have a full-time job and I work for very good company after I pick up the order I realise he has given me a thumb down so now my question is please managers and the franchisee of this Shop please come forward and leave your email and I will get back to you in further details. I will not appreciate if your staffis not giving customer service what as as expected and giving thumbs down to Delivery partners. And I’m also going back to the shop to speak to the manager soon kind regards

I am very disappointed with the service I received at my local Subway from Pradeep and the trainee staff member. At the start of my visit, I clearly stated that I wanted to take advantage of the meal upgrade offer while also redeeming some points I had collected. However, this was not processed correctly at the till. Pradeep appeared not to understand the situation and made decisions without explanation, processing the transaction incorrectly. When I reviewed my receipt later and raised the issue with him, he simply said there was nothing he could do and placed the blame on the trainee. This lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. As a result of this experience, I will not be returning to this Subway branch. My Response to the owners post: I understand that mistakes can happen, but the issue lies in how those mistakes are handled. This situation wasn’t about the free meal upgrade deal—it was about the response I received as a customer. The way you, as the Subway owner, chose to address my concerns speaks volumes about your approach to customer service and management skills. It’s important to recognise that leadership sets the tone, and blaming staff for poor service reflects a deeper issue, as behaviour often mirrors leadership.

How can they get away with serving food like this? The sandwich just had tiny bits of chicken in it. There was no cheese on the pizza, just bread with tomato puree. The has browns were rubbery. The churros were rubbery and tasteless. The food was cold and disgusting. I gave most of it to my dog.

The staff here are great and are patient when other customers aren’t so great. Credit to them. Standing behind some rude customers I witnessed them handle it well and it didn’t impact their attitude when they dealt with me. If any of you guys read this I wish you well.

The employee who I believe is called John and think is a manager due to his different shirt, had a terrible attitude to service and his fellow employees. I overheard a conversation from him to say give less filling on my sandwich even though I thought it was fine. I find his attitude appalling and as I am a regular customer and this isn’t my first time noticing his snarkiness and rudeness towards customers I hope they have a change in management as soon as possible. I won’t be returning

The breakfast sub had egg on which I had asked in the note section for No egg & BBQ & Red sauce. The app hadn't been marked as delivered so couldn't complain that way so called the store in Aldridge to be told I had to reorder a sub or pop down to the store then get a refund for the first one. I drove to the store pay for my sub again even though they had made the mistake (1st sub was out in fridge) The member of staff said she couldn't get me a free replacementsub as didn't have the authority

Visited store today to use a subway voucher, I was told I couldn't use a voucher on the expensive subs because of stock shortages. However if I was to pay full price they have enough stock. Doesn't seem fair to penalise someone because they are using a voucher.

After ordering at around 1830 and being given a 40 mins wait time for delivery being between 1850 and 1910 it finally arrived at 2015 a total joke considering the shop itself shuts at 2000 on a Saturday night the journey between the shop and delivery point being less than 5 mins in a car will not be ordering from this shop again very disappointing 0☆

Ordered a Cadbury muffin. The muffin was put into the same bag as my order. Not individually wrapped just in the carrier bag. The heat from the sub and wedges melted it and the chocolate and caramel went all over the wedges meaning they were inedible. It has also seaped through the paper to the sub. Chocolate caramel chicken sub is vile. I wish I could attach photos to this review! Why put a muffin in the bag in the first place? Let alone just chucking it in without wrapping it. No reply from phone calls to the shop. Really unimpressed!

We've lived local for some time but never visited Spice Inn. This was our first visit and we walked away very pleasantly surprised. First off the restaurant didn't seem to have my booking, but this was quickly resolved by staff once I showed them my booking confirmation. Once settled we saw the great offer of 'Banquet Nights'. Which allows you to have a starter, main with rice or naan and an ice cream. All for £13.95. This seemed great value for money. As a family of three, we opted for the following dishes. Starters: Tandoori Chicken, Sheek Kebab and Shami Kebab. Mains: Butter Chicken, Lamb Saag and North Indian Hot Garlic Chicken Tikka. Desserts: Ice cream x3. The starters were mediocre, the kebabs (both) were not packed with flavour and the Tandoori chicken was quite bland. The startrs were probably the only disappointing part of the meal. The mains were much more flavoursome, the North Indian Hot Garlic Chicken truly delivered what it says...this was spicy!! 🔥 This was a very tasty dish that packed a punch, The lamb Saag was very nice also. The butter chicken was slightly too sweet for our tasting but still delivered what was expected. Desserts was perfect after the spice provided in mains!! Overall, a nice cosy local restaurant that offers a Banquet Deal that offers great value. I would return for this deal again. Starter, Main and Dessert all for £13.95 --- BARGAIN!!! TIP: you can take your own alcohol as the restaurant does not have a bar!!

Appalling service, the drinks were definitely not up to scratch. Charged for one drink then told didn't have syrup. Woman actually making drinks didn't seem to be bothered about the appearance of them and ran out of cream was about to just fob me off with it but another staff member told her to top it up which she did reluctantly. Love Costa but will definitely not be coming to this one again
