My food has not been delivered!

Food was really nice burger were nice but the Og was a little cold garlic butter chips was so nice :)

brilliant food, my new favourite place to order from.

Never usually like food spots in Darlaston but this place is serious, food was freshly cooked well seasoned and very tasty will definitely be coming back

Tacos were ok, pretty average. However the garlic breaded chicken wings were amazing! So tasty fresh & not greasy. Just a shame the tacos weren’t great.

Waited an hour and half for our food. Paid alot of money. Part of our order was missing and the food was freezing, shop didnt amswer the phone to even recitfy it. What a waste of money.

The cookie dough was full of oil. Could not eat it at all.

Updated Nov 2024 Service, atmosphere and payment improved. Food was ready within 10mins this time. Milkshake improved. Beef burger needs flavour and bigger patty. I was really disappointed with the portion size - the prices does not match the portions. ======= Updated June 2024, I will give this place another try and update review accordingly as it could've been a one off bad experience. Not sure why the owner is being rude, I am just stating facts and experience at the time. Owner is saying this is fake review, maybe because I edited it to say I will give the place another try and Google is showing as new review. ============ Original review - Feb 2023: Dined in here with couple of friends. Quite expensive compared to MANY other places. The bad: -I would not recommend eating in as its cold and atmosphere not pleasant -To pay by card, you have to give your phone number, where you are sent a link to pay. No card tapping/machine -As other customers have pointed out, you are then sent marketing messages every month or so! I didn't opt for this nuisance. I have never come across this before, and it's very bad that this business is doing this. See attached. Other customers have pointed this out too. -Waited 40mins at the table for food to arrive, as pointed out by another customer. It was not worth the wait unfortunately... FOOD... -Beef Burger was quite small and expensive at £6 on its own with no fries. Wrapped in foil, It was quite bland. -The CHICKEN loaded fries (Chop n Cluck Fries) was just absolutely disgusting. It was so salty with the additional cheese sauce and crispy onions making it worse. Pardon the pun, I had to BIN IT. (And I'm not one to waste food.) -'Milkshake' at £5, you literally get more blended ice than the proper ingredients in HALF a cup size. It was like blended milk slush. No joke. The good -Beef Burger was juicy (not dry) and proper 'meaty'. -BEEF loaded fries at £5 was decent though only half the box was full. Expensive food not value for money at all. There are many other places that offer way better than this. I will be giving them another try to see if its consistent and will update the review

Best burgers around easily, chicken and beef, both high standard. Had bbq kebab fries and they were amazing also. Everything I’ve had from this place is delicious, can’t wait to work my way through the rest of the menu 10/10

ordered through uber, for the price i was expecting so much more. don’t get me wrong the food was bang on. it was flavourful, seasoned well and everything tasted good. but the portions were so incredibly tiny for the price. i paid £20 and got a tiny plate of food out of it. wouldn’t order again because while the food was great, there’s lots of great food places around where their prices match the portions

Had some food ordered and the meat was horrendous, undercooked and not tasty at all . The rice was mediocre could hardly taste the chicken

Ordered a burger meal on Saturday because I was in the area and thought I’d give it a try they changed me £9 for the thinnest burger I’ve seen it was fresh I asked for salad but only gt cabbage the white stuff and not lettuce and the fries were dead crunchy oily and not soft Not worth it not going again

Bun it is great value for money, especially if you’re ordering online at Uber eats the deals are there actually incredible and the burgers are really nice. The only downside I do have too the burger is that the buns are usually really wet and soggy, to be fair on them it is delivery so the humidity of the food being wrapped up and steam all is definitely what’s making the bun wet but I feel like to combat this they could use less sauce or maybe put the sauce in a different location. their wings the Parmesan wings can be a bit salty. Go to combo to get there would be Parmesan wings and barbecue wings they go perfect together but if you’re going here definitely order from Uber because again their deals are spectacular great value for money. The only thing on the menu that I really dislike is their tacos. Their tacos aren’t nice at all the shell is really hard and it’s a soft tortilla shell but there must’ve fried or something, they put cheese in the outside of it which does not add texture wise. It’s just not nice. It makes it harder to chew It makes it really really salty and the filling isn’t nice either. But yeah, they’re tacos aren’t a bit of me everything else on the menu though is quite good.

Order arrived over half an hour late from the lastest delivery time, two portions of cheesey fries were missing, called the restaurant who practically called us liars when told the fries were missing.

Ordered an Inferno Burger with Cajun fries which was one of the best burgers I’ve had very saucy with just the right amount of kick to it. Family also had the naga donner and were extremely impressed as most places in walsall just don’t do it right. Desert was on par with desert places which is shocking considering the usual low standards of deserts done by takeaway. Extremely pleased that they have raised that standard. Ordered towards closing time and the food was still excellent so very impressed with that too. Definitely one of my go to places for food and would recommend to anyone in the area looking for food.

The delivery driver didn’t come to thr right destination and was about to give my food to someone else and also the food box was smashed

I had the Monstrosity Burger meal and it was one the best I've ever tried. Exceptionally good beef patties and turkey rashers with hash browns, a fried egg, onion rings, fries, and a can of pop. Delivered for £16, worth every penny.

I’m so disappointed. I don’t usually write reviews but I’m really disappointed . The burger was rotten , fries tasted like they were cooked a week ago and the chicken wings also rotten. Everything was awful

Disappointed with the chicken burger I ordered. Looks nothing like what was on instagram. I ordered the inferno burger and was expecting a crispy chicken burger with red inferno sauce on top with a dollop of mayonnaise instead I got an undercooked burger dipped in some type of spicy mayonnaise. Food doesn’t do the instagram photos justice unfortunately

This place has amazing smash burgers and the service is fantastic, had a great time dining in there, nice table and chairs too, the smash burger in particular was really good, loved the turkey rashers in there which were massive and tasted smoked. The cookie dough also was amazing and fresh, also highly recommend the banana milkshake, simply amazing!

I ordered an inferno burger meal with loaded fries the food was absolutely delicious and the staff were super friendly. I requested a delivery slot and the staff delivered exactly on time.

Halloumi tasted like rubber, milkshakes had strawberry lumps in but no flavour of strawberry (personally don’t like lumpy milkshake), coleslaw was nice, paid extra for a specific drink but was sent a different one which was 40p cheaper. Rice was ok.

Went there today for iftar they have the this fancy names but all the same as your local burger shop nothing different really disappointed by the quality of food we ordered spicy wing and spicy burgers the wings like chicken strip and the burger like smashed chicken oiley chicken breast on top off beef burger no taste at all so please don't get foll by the names they put on there menu You better your local burger shop 😤 Look at the pictures of inferno spice wings looks like cheap chicken breast you can buy frozen don't waste your mo money please

Food came really quickly within 10-15 mins of ordering. The OG burger was juicy and fresh, fries perfectly cooked and onion rings tasty 👌🏼 definitely will be ordering again!

Very nice food and great service, was fasting and being that my work is mobile based i found myself at Bun It, got the donner burger and loaded fries and to say that it filled me up was an understatement, nicely cut strips of donner and the burger was put together well, loaded fries was also a delight. Great service from the lads who got my order to me in good time 👍

Absolutely loved the food but I did wish I got take away instead the place needs a massive clean look and a lick of paint. I could see the bathroom door which didn't look clean, you guys just need to spend alittle and spruce up the place and treat it how you would want people to come and enjoy in a nice surrounding. The furniture needs updating.

Ok I had take away but service was on point, I asked them just to notify me when been delivered and they did. Any way food absolutely delicious. Monster box I had, burger tacos loaded fries boy were they spicy chicken wings coleslaw I think I haven't tried yet. Corn on a cob, not a fan but that's nothing they have done. Pricey but for what you get it's worth it. A lot food for one but the mood in it's needed. Would recommend this place.

We ordered online through their website. The food is OK but I do think the price is too high for what it is. Sadly their website doesn't list all the ingredients. Firstly my daughter wanted the loaded fries with beef and jalapeños, however it came with kidney beans , a mix of tomato and onions and tipped off with red onions and spring onions. If its listed it's easy to remove. Kids cheese burger had ketchup something my daughter doesn't like, again if it's listed we can remove. It was also burnt same as the beef patty in the monster burger. Not much flavour in the meat.

Great tasting food. Very polite customer focused staff. Need to get here more often as I would like to try everything on their menu.

I had gone in today for the first time, after seeing this place numerous of times, all I’ve got to say is delicious food. The chicken burger and loaded fries were great, will come again soon. Staff were friendly too.

Probably one of the best smash burgers I've ever had in the UK. Loaded up meaty burgers worth every penny, service is really really good, they take really good care on the phone ensuring u get what u want, the way u want. Food was really good and everybody enjoyed it, will definitely be ordering again.

The food was excellent, I had the 15pound box. Mushroom burger was perfect, just how I like it. Their in house sauce is really good and worth it! The loaded fries were okay, not my favourite, but the fries were fresh. The wings were hot and crispy, and juicy. Would recommend and go again. Great food and wonderful staff!

This place has gone downhill, my burger looked like it had been sat on, it was burnt with hardly any cheese sauce on, also my garlic fries weren't even garlicky!

Phoned to order for delivery only live round the corner literally and they were so arrogant on the phone on about min order I used to go there regularly but won’t step foot in there again no way to talk to customers

Hands down the best burger I've had the patties were so juicy and not dry and thick like most burger places round here , followed order instructions to a T. Tip order The Cheesy One With Extra Cheese it was beautiful. Will definitely order again.

Tried yesterday for the first time. Before I'd even tried my meal the delivery driver was really nice and friendly - good first impressions. I had the mozeralla sticks, loaded fries with fried chicken and cheese, portion of jerk bbq wings and a portion of mango wings. Sounds like a lot for one person but with the wings you only get 4 per serving which works out as a pound each for a chicken wing.... I can honestly say the wings were delicious, well worth trying although I had to leave one as it was a little too pink for me could do with cooking them all for longer I wasn't impressed by the loaded fries and the fries chicken was really dry. However the mozerella sticks were D - elicious!!! 100% will be eating from here again and looking forward to exploring the menu 👌🏾

I like to try different places when i order as you never know but I'm really shocked at this place. The order was VERY late. The burger looked like something out of the bin and the milkshake was warm. I'm not sure what else to say to be honest. Really shocking. And £15 for this. The guy on the phone and delivery driver did apologise but I've requested a refund from just eat.

They pass on customer personal data to third parties companies. This is illegal. They could be fined under GDPR law.

Absolutely shocking I receive unsolicited marketing emails from Bunit. I didn't opt in for any text messages constantly telling me to "buy Angus Smash Burgers" and that Bun it can "brighten up my weekend with a special 10% offer". So, I phoned them politely asking them to remove me from their marketing list and that I didn't consent to marketing. The person on the phone was very confrontational. He harshly told me that "Is this a legal issue? Shall I get a solicitor involved?" And then he mentioned that they "use a third party company to send marketing texts to people that give them orders via phone." That is VERY irresponsible handling of personal customer data. Without giving me a chance to even politely answer, he start getting defensive, "Well, this is how systems work. You phone a company to order food and they send you advertising text messages. Your number is in the system and this is how it works." He even asked for my name and address and threatened to remove me from their systems, implying that I can't order from there anymore! Absolutely terrible experience.

Amazing Place! Took a chance and ordered somewhere different and was blown away with how great it was. The burgers are without a doubt cooked fresh to order, everything was tender and despite being quite far they wrap everything in foil so it was still hot. All my order notes where followed, and the Monstrosity burger is a beast! Will be ordering again very soon!

We got the OG burger meals, Naga loaded fries and inferno wings. It was probably the best food we’ve had in years! Loaded fries were mouth watering! Highly recommend. Habib and the staff were super helpful!

Love this place. We always have the chicken burgers, which are lovely and juicy without being fatty. Chips portions are huge and interesting sauces! Better than all the chain fast food restaurants. Everyone that works there is super friendly. Even going out of their way to ask if everything was ok with our meal like they do in restaurants. Amazing service for a fast food place!

Wow , I wish I’d have taken pictures because the food smashed it out the park and words aren’t enough! I’ve seen this place and thought how stylish it is time and time again & thought I’d give it a try , I’m not a burger person but my husband loves them & I can confirm it was better than 5 guys , bold statement I know but it was Juicy ! The OG burger was insane & the “you got me clucked up” was THE most succulent softest chicken burger I’ve had in my life , it was real chicken nothing processed with smoky beautiful house sauce on a squishy soft brioche bun 😍 , all I can say to sum it up is I’m sad it’s over and wished I got the milkshake if the food was that good!! Can’t wait for next weekends cheeky treat tea from here , thanks Ruhull! X

Fries were cold and nachos were that stale I couldn't eat them. Burger however was brill as always.

So i've had a takeaway a couple times now and i must say the unique handmade smashed burgers are made to perfection, with mouth watering flavours, you can clearly tell the ingredients are fresh as you can possibly get. Loaded fries is a must try! Top quality food highly recommended. The staff are really friendly aswell, keep it up guys 👏

My partner had ordered us food from here for the first time tonight and we are so impressed. The food was amazing it arrived within the time stated and was still hot. We will definitely be ordering again as this was the best burger we have had in a long, long time.

Very underwhelming, 2.5 stars is probably closer to what I would rate it. We ordered a couple of OG burgers and a Mini Monster burger, as well as loaded fries. The OG burgers were fine, although a little dry, I've had these when they first opened and the quality and flavour seems to have gone down a lot. The Mini Monster burger was mediocre at best, the fried chicken breast in the burger had a slight smell to it, like it had been fried in old oil/or in the same oil as fish. The loaded fries were OK, looked great for taking snaps but tasted bland. I ate here once before when they first opened and was impressed with the food. However, I can say that my experience on this occasion has been the opposite, the food was mediocre and overall very underwhelming.

First time trying this place, I had the burger with mushrooms. It was a lovely meat patty could definitely tell its freshly made. I've noticed with these smashed burger places though. Why are the burger so greasy. Not just this place everyone I've been too. That's my only criticism. My partner and child loved there's. And I'd go back again.

Just ordered from here for the 1st time and like to think of myself as something of a burger connoisseur. 4 of us ate, and we all really enjoyed both the burgers and the fries. Very reasonably priced, top quality food. I highly recommend you try this place. As the man once said "this IS a tasty burger"
