Subway in South Lanarkshire

Really disappointed today. One ft long was quite dry despite having sauce and the meatball one can only be described as tasting like bleach! My husband has ordered the meatball a couple of times now and the twice he has he said it tastes like bleach so after one mouthful it goes in the bin! What a waste of money.

Food was cold and not toasted , and had onions in one of the subs

Both garlic and herb cheese steaks were very cold and one of them no steak.

ok ingredients fresh but why put in pickles peppers and onions when not ordered yuk fit for the bin sadly

My subway was supposed to be toasted and it came stone cold I had to microwave my sandwich which is completely unacceptable it put my off my food and ended up binning half

Can’t beat a subway although it was spoiled when my husband had to throw away his meatball marinara sub as he said it tasted like cleaning products. Shame really!

Food was ice cold and tasted off. Hash browns still felt frozen! Literally had to finish cooking in the oven for a good 15 mins before it was warm through. Shame as usually order from here and usually good. Waste of money.

Food was freezing cold when it was eventually delivered over an hour late. It was only fit for the bin!! Calling the restaurant was pointless! There phone barely works and they basically told me that they couldn’t cancel the order and it wasn’t their fault!! Totally unacceptable!!

Ordered to the wrong address, enjoy your free lunch! Shop called when I ordered again to check I hadn't lost my mind, and even included a free cookie as a thank you. Made by stupidity a bit more bearable! Delicious as always, best subway I've ever been to

Called the shop because there was nothing on the Philly Cheese steak That was hot 🔥 . Including the cheese. It was freezing cold I called and spike to the manager who didn't even offer to replace it was extremely rude and kept telling me to listen to him that a philly cheese steak is served cold. Never going back.

Food was cold as the ice cold bottle of juice is put in with warm toasted roll, need to keep it away as I has to microwave my foot long. Not hot food when arrives and cannot answer phone as I did try for over an hour. Not very good service.

Unsure what has happened however Food arrived all soggy as if something has split all over it, wasn’t able to enjoy it

I tried to call the shop to change sauce on my order but no answer from numerous calls. Also the bread was so stale and brick hard. Worst subway I have had.

delivery woman was extremely rude, not appropriate no manners and practically shoved my food into my hands and side eyed me with no thank you, your welcome or anything.

I asked for seasoning on 2/3 box’s of wedges and all boxes came without seasoning , delivery driver made no attempt to find our house and asked me to come get him and get my order

Order never came even though it's status was showing as delivered on Just Eat. Tried to call them and got a recorded message saying they can't take calls and they weren't able to receive messages either. Poor service ... won't be ordering from them again!!!

Nachos tasted stale and they kept changing the times till later because the driver was late

Taste is horrible steak melt hardly had any steak in it just jam packed full of onions and sauce 🤢 would not recommend

The delivery was great, but there was items missing from my order.

I had none of the toppings or the sauce I ordered for my sub but instead I got my husband's toppings and sauce on mine. He got every topping available put onto his sub. Its a good thing I am not allergic to the sauce or to the veg that was in my subway. Please please please make sure you read what the customer wants in their order incase someone is allergic to a sauce/veg.

I don't even think you're supposed to give out steak n cheese unless it's toasted, (some kind of heat to it would've been something) that's what I got though. Not to mention the cold unheated hash browns on top. Yep, unheated, cold, hashbrowns. Inedible. Whoever made this sandwich?... what were you thinking?? How can it be possible you work somewhere that makes sandwiches? You should stay far from people's food. Far. You guys need to rethink your life choices.

Please just update the menu instead of sending unfinished orders. I would rather have my order cancelled and refunded than receive less than what I’ve ordered or alternatives that I’m uninterested in.

Food is cold as bottle of juice out of fridge was put in nxt to what was hot food and I am lucky if sub is like warm and my cheese bites are cold. Disappointed to say the least. This is not the drivers fault but deliveries of meal deals really have not been thought out thusly.I need to go now and microwave my ment to be hot food 😳

Terrible..i tried to phone the store to tell them that the wrong address had been entered,but no reply..resulting in my meal getting delivered apparently to number 46...I went to 46,whom are very good friends of mine and they are adamant that nothing was delivered to them!!!

Would it break the bank to fill a salad box at least to a half? Shameful! A photo has been sent to justeat.

Is there a shortage of ingredients that hasn’t been declared on the menu or is it that hard to follow the list when preparing an order???

So beyond disappointed with this, nachos were freezing, no jaleponos even though they were requested no cheese either really. The footlong looks like it’s been flung together wasn’t cut in half all the fillings were spilling out the sides.

Got 1 bit of bacon in my salad which didnt have much meatball sauce, a couple bits of jalapenos which i didnt order bc i dont like them and was missing the crispy onions, could have been worse tho I guess. Just not the best value for money imo

Food turned up 30+ minutes late of a 45 minute lunch break. No apology and I was gestured to reach into the just eat bag to collect my order. Obviously multiple drops were done at the same time but delivered to the other side of Hamilton before my order which was 1/2 mile away

Only ordered 1 meal deal and 1 salad but still managed to get everything wrong, bottle of Pepsi missing wrong salad on sandwich and wrong ingredients in salad. Guess I won’t be ordering from here again
