Subway in South Lanarkshire

Size of portions in here is smaller than any other subway I have ever experienced by far!!!!

Hit or miss with the food sometimes good others bad

Absolutely rushed into ordering when had never been before , charged me for a dry roll

ordered online and order still wasn’t ready after 20 minutes and then had to wait another 10 for them to actually make it. Friend ordered a footlong cookie and was told there was none despite other customers such as myself ordering one and getting it. #bigfatliars

Service was appalling. Was made to wait over 30 minutes in a queue, to then be told that their half price offer on footlongs, is unavailable with cash, and that you must pay card. Overall service was really poor. Would not recommend.

Service was absolutely terrible! After having to deal with the price being full whack, although having a 50% offer on, they failed to let us pay cash, and said the offer was unavailable when paying with cash, and that must pay with card. Failed to give a receipt, meaning a refund was non-negotiable. Overall, the service was appalling. Would not recommend.

Absolute chaos!!! I was queuing for 25 mins despite there only being 3 ahead of me. They are only interested in the online orders, and they don’t have the space or manpower to cope with customers in the shop! It’s clearly not the staffs fault, they are just doing as they’re told. Asked me four times what I wanted and burned 2 of my subs so had to remake whist the others went cold! I’ve said it before, but this time I definitely won’t go back!

Not the best Subway and I really like sibway

Got a salad with Chicken Tikka, Jalepinos, Onion and Pepper w/ southwest sauce. Basically just got a bowl of lettuce and barely any of the other ingredients. Stingiest portion I've ever received from any subway.

40 minute wait and total chaos. Multiple orders wrong to other customers, people ordered on the app only for them to make up the order when they arrive (absolutely zero benefit), and not for the first time they put an absolutely derisory amount of cheese, salsa, and jalapenos on my nachos. Will not be back.

Worst customer service .. the guy at the till was aggressive and was serving the food as it was free .. any option get to a better sub way .

Cucumbers in the salad were rotting. Had to put the whole thing in the bin. Cucumber slime everywhere

Very shady, they won't tell you that there is a promotion or a deal, they'll charge you the full whack (if they can get away with it). I've been there a few weeks ago and there was a deal you could get a 6 inch meal deal for kids for free (or very little money) with a footlong - I went in with my kids, no word mentioned, both my kids wanted 6 inch meal deal, I got a footlong, but did I get a deal? You guessed it right, I did not. I've noticed a poster on the window and even mentioned that to them but all I got was "you can get it when you buy a footlong NEXT time". I've been there today and actually clocked a deal which was any footlong for £4.99. Ordered 2 footlongs for my kids, they charge me the full price again! Unless you know what deal is available they will charge you a full price. Very poor customer service, very underhand. Food as you'd expect it in the Subway, very good, but the experience is ruined when you know you're getting ripped off. I won't be going back, will go to EK instead probably.

The person who served us could hardly speak any Englih.Iasked for a Seak philly cheese and when I gorgeous home it was ham cheese and jalapeños,it was vile .

The guy that made my sandwich had crud around his mouth 🤮Not sure why his assistant didn't say anything to him, I've been three times now but can't say I've enjoyed anything form here, I was looking for something different than MD's oh and my crisps tasted stale and the date was only good for a few more weeks but soon as I bit into them the texture was off and definitely the taste, infact the more I think about it the worse it gets, trying to leave on a positive note I can say I gave it a try but it's not for me and maybe you'd enjoy it more than I did.

Bread not as good, very stale the past 3 times. Will give a wide berth for a while.

Only reason this subway isn't a 5 is the insufferable man who works behind the counter. He does not listen and just makes the sub his own way if you do not remind him every step of the way, infact you can say on multiple occasions "please don't toast that" but every time without fail he will pick up the sub and throw it in the oven 🙄 he will also take every chance to belittle you if you are to say a bread/meat/veg or sauce wrong. Apart from this the place I'd faultless

Subway was nice, got a free 6 inch sub using the rewards app. Got a cookie. Double chocolate chip. I'VE GOT THE EYE OF THE TIGER THE FIRE DANCING THROUGH THE FIRE COS I AM A CHAMPION AND YOUR GONNA HEAR ME ROAR LOUDER LOUDER THAN A LION AND YOUR GONNA HEAR ME ROOA A A A A A A OAR

Food is bad and old, driver have took a milkshake for him self that I have orded, nachos are so old too, shame use to be good food but now they only want a money for a bad food. Dont buy food from there!!

Ok I'm not a huge subway fan, mainly cause I end up not feeling to hot afterwards, well in saying that i did get the sweats before, I went plain roll and cold meat and I was fine, my daughter loves it and eats loads out of it, really what you like

Asked for sweet onion and they DOUSED me with sweet chilli. What a savoury menace. I am tempted never to eat a sandwich again. My children weep.

Overheard 2 of their employees quietly mocking a customer who was sitting in. The food was good though.

The staff was not helpful at all and was laughing all the time because I didn't know what to get cause it was my first and obviously the last time I've been at Subway. When I got my sandwich, was cold and when I complained about that the girl touched my sandwich with her hands and said "no, it's fine" and gave it back to me. Really???

Awful customer experience. Got completely ignored on arrival, to an empty store, 1 member of staff slowly making a delivery order. She looked annoyed when we said we had discount/deal vouchers. She GOT annoyed when she had to warm the food up. She GOT annoyed I wanted everything from the salad selection. Put hardly any on. Had to ask for the sides for my meal deal. She was quick to ask if I needed both cups! Much eye rolling and pouting. Got home to a sandwich drenched in so much sriracha sauce. A deliberate effort to ruin my sandwich. Will not be back. Opposite experience in the town centre Princes Mall which we use lots. Staff are amazing and happy to help. Every time.

I'm a delivery driver I was there to pick up order when I come in all the staff wer chatting to each other inside instead of making the orders I had to wait more then 10 MN to get it

Small Store but staff is very co-operative

Waited 2 hours was told order was on route turns out didnt even have a driver available then proceeded to give me abuse down the phone wont be using again

I think this subway makes a good profit by saving salad and by not adding it to the sandwich. Had to ask thrice to add some lettuce. Every time he does it’s not more than 3 -4 pieces.

Staff clearly can't be arsed serving..was ready to walk out...Always go to Subway but will be going to another branch...poor show

Staff are slow and continue to have their own conversation when customers enter, laugh and giggle right in front of serving us - as to be expected by subway

Awful. Dont go. Staff dont even open on time for breakfast. I went at 9.55 on sunday for breakfast and tho the door was open the guy shouted no open no open loudly and abruptly. I asked them to explain but they pointex to the door. Shambles of a place and if its a franchise they should lose it. Took my money to macdonalds who served up my breakfazt quickly. Wont go back to subway here, as ive been a few times, and seriously nad experience each time. Its had its last chance

The posters all tell you to order ahead on the app to avoid queuing, however, every single time we do this we need to wait in a queue as the order isn't made up until you actually step foot in store.... To wait on your order. Absolutely pointless. Workers have said numerous times that "we used to get notifications when an order came through but now we don't". Absolutely pointless ordering ahead on the app for this place.

Meatball manrinara had that much sauce on it I couldn’t pick it up. The bread was like it had been sitting in soup and the cheese and extra cheese was somehow on the wrapper and not the sandwich. Usually when I’m hangry anything will do but that was just too soggy. Cookie for lunch it is.

Not the best place for your sandwich. They throw your sandwich together any old way,depends who does it. I thought there was a set way to make things!!! Not here!!! One side had two pieces of meat, the other end had four!! I asked them to make it properly, the look the man gave me,😠. If you need to go, go, but I would watch them and correct them if necessary

We were for the first time ever very disappointed half cups of juice 2 out of 4 sandwiches wrong and 1 footlights unbeatable due to being squashed with sauce everywhere and half the toppings missing

Always or last stop on the way home from our weekly walk with dogs every Sunday we are there and with using there app we get great deals and bonuses

Fantastic but food not as hot as it should be maybe more training in hearing up food is needed

Service poor at times orders getting mixed up

Ordered through the app for two subs, the fillings were put on the wrong breads and one of them was stale and broke up when trying to eat it and hard at the ends I emailed them to let them know and I didn't even get a reply, not very happy and wouldn't recommend.

Extremely small portions, hardly any salad, staff rude when i queried the amount. Sent pictures to head office, NEVER RESPONDED so definitely would not recommend this subway location, other stores cram the fillings in. Not here, never used to be so mean but having checked reviews on JustEat, it seems to be the same complaint. We cant all be wrong!!!

It was horrible which was my first exprience in Scotland I dislike the services I think the staff cannot work under pressure espically that guy not the cashier who seem to be such a nice guy but the server

Amazing service and quality food

Exceptionally good value. This is Day 1 of my diet and I was away from home. Subway provided a low calorie meal and drink at a reasonable price. It tasted good too. Staff were pleasant and courteous.

Food was great. Staff were friendly, welcoming, courteous and patient (hard to decide what we wanted!). However, the owner is horrible. He loudly, relentlessly, and publicly berated one of the staff who'd just been serving us. I saw no reason for this type of bullying behaviour so I pulled up the manager and told him this in no uncertain terms. Have also reported him to Subway. He's a disgrace to the brand. Once he's been replaced I will change my star rating as the staff in particular were 5 star.

Lovely friendly young girl served us tonight. Food was good and the place was very clean and tidy as the tables and floor are often very untidy in here. We got good service with a smile and a bit of friendly chat 😊

Waiting in a queue. One staff behind counter and he was too busy dealing with ovens n putting cheese on bread to serve. Manager was in meeting with other manager 5 yards away feel he should have stepped in to help. Also everyone could hear conversation. Won't be back there any time soon

The eating area was ...... disgustingly dirty there is only 4 tables how hard would it be to give it a wipe 5 min tops , i am a regular subway user and the portions were tiny how much dose lettuce cost ? Penny's so why skimp . I will not be back i will go next door to domino's or mcDs
