Subway in South Lanarkshire

Once again, bread not toasted, no cheese and ham/salami fridge cold. Will not be ordering again. Considering the prices they charge, you would think they would get my order right 😡

Was given someone else’s ordered and when we phoned the restaurant person on phone had no clue how to help us and when asked for manager who he said wasn’t even in building offered to give us their number and when told is was pointless he says ‘yeah’

taste was amazing, food hot , will order again.

Lovely friendly young girl served us tonight. Food was good and the place was very clean and tidy as the tables and floor are often very untidy in here. We got good service with a smile and a bit of friendly chat 😊

Bread on both subs hard and stale, meatballs hard totally overdone or stale, no cheese or sauce added. Usually enjoy a sub but unfortunately everything tasted old hard and definitely not fresh.

For the price the food shouldn't be cold, 5 minute car journey away

Delivery driver didn't have a clue where my address was, I had to talk him through directions, then once he arrived in my street he asked if I could come to the car and collect, the food was COLD what's the point !.

I don't know how the food was because It never turned up. Third time now they've turned up the wrong street and then disappeared off the map. If the drivers can't understand basic written instructions, how are they even safe to drive here?

Order was late. Delivery driver ignored our sign to come to the front door and instead entered through out back garden leaving the gate open allowing my dog to get out. Not impressed

When food arrived driver asked for a tip, explained I had no cash which is why I paid card. He then said put tip on through app. Very rude asking for tips if I don’t give one

The delivery was hot but unfortunately the order was wrong... Got 2 philly cheese steaks which isnt what i ordered 🤷‍♂️

I was missing my caramel with my churro

The sub was hard and hash browns cold - as if they'd prepared it when I ordered it and left it sitting for the hour until the requested delivery time. Very disappointing :(

Service was absolutely terrible! After having to deal with the price being full whack, although having a 50% offer on, they failed to let us pay cash, and said the offer was unavailable when paying with cash, and that must pay with card. Failed to give a receipt, meaning a refund was non-negotiable. Overall, the service was appalling. Would not recommend.

ordered online and order still wasn’t ready after 20 minutes and then had to wait another 10 for them to actually make it. Friend ordered a footlong cookie and was told there was none despite other customers such as myself ordering one and getting it. #bigfatliars

Service was appalling. Was made to wait over 30 minutes in a queue, to then be told that their half price offer on footlongs, is unavailable with cash, and that you must pay card. Overall service was really poor. Would not recommend.

Absolute chaos!!! I was queuing for 25 mins despite there only being 3 ahead of me. They are only interested in the online orders, and they don’t have the space or manpower to cope with customers in the shop! It’s clearly not the staffs fault, they are just doing as they’re told. Asked me four times what I wanted and burned 2 of my subs so had to remake whist the others went cold! I’ve said it before, but this time I definitely won’t go back!

Completely mixed up the two subs, both subs have wrong ingredients and one sub didn't even have any sauce. Please double check order next time.

Ordered the BBQ Baller footlong sub. Meatballs were overcooked, bordering on burnt and sauce was thick and tasteless. Sides were cold too.

Got a salad with Chicken Tikka, Jalepinos, Onion and Pepper w/ southwest sauce. Basically just got a bowl of lettuce and barely any of the other ingredients. Stingiest portion I've ever received from any subway.

Put my cold drink in next to the warm sub so now my sun is freezing cold thanks soooo much, absolute joke

40 minute wait and total chaos. Multiple orders wrong to other customers, people ordered on the app only for them to make up the order when they arrive (absolutely zero benefit), and not for the first time they put an absolutely derisory amount of cheese, salsa, and jalapenos on my nachos. Will not be back.

slow no one seemed to know what they were doing 2 people infront and myself had to correct the worker as he was making the wrong sandwich order time to collect was 2:15 got the food at 2:35 and was cold overall bad experience and i think everyone would agree that gos to that shop in the future

The quantity of salad was very poor compared to previous orders. There was not much of it. in addition, no light mayo was on the salad as requested.

Worst customer service .. the guy at the till was aggressive and was serving the food as it was free .. any option get to a better sub way .

food was expected to arrive about 40 mins after I placed my order, there was a delay and it was updated but clearly the food was made and just left the entire time, freezing cold. driver sat in the car and called me outside rather than actually looking for a house number. if I wasn't recovering I would have picked it up myself because the lack of accountability is shocking when not in person.

if I'd wanted it toasted I'd have asked for it so thanks for that a lunch that is now inedible because you can't read and follow a simple order

The quality of this food was terrible no mention of an egg on this sub. Yolk burst all over my order far too much tomato sauce and tastes terrible.

Sub was not 6 inches. It was tiny!!! Food was stone cold. Driver also clearly had more than one order and was driving all over East Kilbride.

The person who served us could hardly speak any Englih.Iasked for a Seak philly cheese and when I gorgeous home it was ham cheese and jalapeños,it was vile .

Very shady, they won't tell you that there is a promotion or a deal, they'll charge you the full whack (if they can get away with it). I've been there a few weeks ago and there was a deal you could get a 6 inch meal deal for kids for free (or very little money) with a footlong - I went in with my kids, no word mentioned, both my kids wanted 6 inch meal deal, I got a footlong, but did I get a deal? You guessed it right, I did not. I've noticed a poster on the window and even mentioned that to them but all I got was "you can get it when you buy a footlong NEXT time". I've been there today and actually clocked a deal which was any footlong for £4.99. Ordered 2 footlongs for my kids, they charge me the full price again! Unless you know what deal is available they will charge you a full price. Very poor customer service, very underhand. Food as you'd expect it in the Subway, very good, but the experience is ruined when you know you're getting ripped off. I won't be going back, will go to EK instead probably.

This is a complaint about Subway, not Just Eat as a service. My Sub was burnt, dry, and all the cheese had melted off the bread. My daughters Sub was toasted when I hadn't selected this option. Don't usually complain about things but I feel the whole order was just a let down.

No complaints, everything ordered was delivered quicker than stated time :)

Arrived cold with missing items

Sandwich was hot, delicious, on time. Fries were hot but hard and overcooked, threw them in the bin, a waste of 3.99. I just think people don't care about quality service...i have in the past ordered large fries and what i have received was regular fries, i just feel i am being ripped off sometimes by the restaurant...not happy.

Unbelievable!!! Vegetarian daughter ordered a meatless Philly steak and was sent a meat sandwich. She normally has no issue so took a bite before realising. Called Subway who couldn't give a toss and also said they knew they'd sent the wrong order. Absolutely furious!! They said I'd to go to the shop for a replacement and all they could say was sorry. They knew and did nothing!! Absolutely disgusting.

The guy that made my sandwich had crud around his mouth 🤮Not sure why his assistant didn't say anything to him, I've been three times now but can't say I've enjoyed anything form here, I was looking for something different than MD's oh and my crisps tasted stale and the date was only good for a few more weeks but soon as I bit into them the texture was off and definitely the taste, infact the more I think about it the worse it gets, trying to leave on a positive note I can say I gave it a try but it's not for me and maybe you'd enjoy it more than I did.

Won’t let me select more than 5 mins late but was actually almost 2 hours from order time which was meant to be 20-35 mins delivery time which is why we ordered from here as we were in a rush. Realised as we ordered that the road outside restaurant was closed but we should have been warned it was going to be this late. Food was of course cold and mediocre anyways, hardly any salad and burnt bread.

Missing part of my order and told they will not deliver it now because they won't send the driver out to my house twice to deliver the missing items. so the only thing they can do is refund. But I want my order. All of it. 🤯
