They recently moved to different site (next door) but the new site has no drive through, so having had to park in a space which was narrow yet painted with a disabled logo, I had to struggle out of the car into the venue, then get back into the car with the food

Clean fried chicken, not dry at all!

Recently moved and renovated it's a nicer seating experience than most other fast food resteraunts in the area.

when we went there was only 1 person working and the other 3 were watching him a would have went nuts but the food was quality 👌

Omg kfc where is my ice cream on my kids meal first u put ur prices up then u swapped my ice cream for a mushy pineapple stick unbelievablable 5.89 for a bit sized burger a watery juice and a tiny bit of corn on the cob I’m currently poor and angry at u I should a McDonalds I need ice cream I don’t care about being healthy I’m a child I’m getting a kids meal because I’m a KID I don’t need to go on a diet thank you very much so please give me my ice cream back and put ur prices back down u ruined my dad I depressed because of u

Great value for money. The chicken I got was a bit dry, but don't let that put you off. I've been a few times everything's been OK so I'll go back the staff are great and friendly, I returned today 02/08/24 while the food was good as always my complaint is they had the aircon on it wasn't cool it was freezing I couldn't believe it my mother went back to the car for her jacket and we weren't the only ones other's were trying to find a seat where you could avoid the aircon fans, kids wearing goodies and you could here them saying it was COLD

Shut at 10 pm when the sign on the door clearly states 11pm closing time now I have to go McDonalds for my cinema meal very disappointed guys

A £6 credit on my JustEat account for a meal that was so cold it was inedible & went in the bin?Arrived over 1 hour after purchase. Tried calling the restaurant multiple times, no reply. Eventually got through and they said it was the driver's responsibility, not theirs. I drove to the restaurant to pick up more food. A refund to my original payment source should be the correct response from JustEat.

I ordered the boneless banquet with gravy and sweet chilli sauce but instead I’ve been given beans and spicy mayo (which I can’t even have for health reasons) not happy.

So disappointed. I asked for extra lettuce and there wasn’t even a basic amount in the bun. It helps to cool the meat. Not going to order again.

The food was cold ( burger and chips )as well as the gravy had to microwave my meal which evidently isn’t great !

I am pleased with the restaurant respecting my request I left on my note. Adding the extra tub of gravy was much appreciated.

My order status changed to delivered however no delivery driver ever showed up. Be careful when ordering from here.

Missing drinks, burgers looked like they had been thrown together, a tiny amount of lettuce and mayo on them so we had to add more ourselves and 2 portions of fries that were not even half filled! I have been given a £1.79 credit for the missing can of juice!

Half my order was missing! The driver was given 2 bags and only handed over one. I had to drive all the way to KFC to pick up the remainder of my order. Our family meal was ruined but an incompetent delivery driver.

Missing items on order fries and a side as part of meal deal not even an option on refund request to submit for part order missing either. Can’t be difficult to get an order right surely!!

Awful. Ordered the colonel meal with 3 piece, 2 x mini fillets arrived. Also ordered a fillet tower burger, zinger burger arrived. Out of 4 items ordered, they only items correct were signature fries and can of diet 7up......actually surprised they got them right as well

No dips anywhere as usual and wrong water (sparkling instead of still) as has happened at least twice before. Seems to be a major blind spot.

It was early and hot. The staff got my instructions perfectly. The driver was friendly and informed me I had left my keys on the outside of the door lol

I really don't like complain I very really do but if you don't have in something mark it as unavailable I have just paid over £22 pound for them to replace item that my husband is allergic too I know I should not complain as they replaced the item with something else but but my husband is allergic to the item so it'd going to waste and mh husband doesn't have a full meal

There's chips are disgusting prefer the other fries that they use to have before the other chips that they have noo there chicken popcorn are always cold they don't serve tea which not everyone likes coffesetc or lipton cold peach tea which is not tea tea please csn y bring back the original chips like the fries thst kfc use to do the toluene are a disgrace there always no toilet roll in thd female toilets the hand dyrer don't work there is always toilets paper down the toilets nobody clean the toilets the tables are not clean having to clean the tables yrself there is nothibg fir Amy one with disabilities except for the disabled toilets which don't have toilet roll the flusher on the disabled toilet is not on or working there is no toilet roll in the disabled toilet the way to get in and out of kfc is not adequate for a wheelchair in the hamilton kfc at the Palace grounds

Nearly half the order missing, no juice, no dips, sides not the correct side that I ordered, no contact from the shop to inform me of these changes. Marked for delivery then received 5 minutes after the fact also but was still between delivery time. Usually don't have an issue with this branch but you have drooped the ball big time on this one

chips were dark brown, stone cold with zero flavour. bbq tower burger had mayo on it which i cannot eat. This was not specified on the menu. Not Happy

I had a notification saying it had been delivered at19.11,then a call from the driver asking where we were this call lasted 2mins37 seconds,I then called back at 19.22 this message lasted 1 min 40 seconds,the driver was quite rude and told me to complain ,our food was extremely cold and inedible also we had no pepsi max delivered in our cold,late order.If there was anyway to attach screenshot of times of call ect I would.

Absolutely horrendous, order was over 2 hours late. Arrived luke warm and the driver argued he just received the order. Even though the receipt stated the time, avoid this lot like the plague. Better places to get fried chicken!! I Could catch a chicken and cook it quicker than this lot!!!!

Typical KFC, clean, quick to serve and supply food. Can be busy at lunchtime.

my order hasn't appeared it's not been delivered, and that's nearly 3 hrs late?

KFC is usually good when hot....The time kept on being put back on eta even though we are a 5/10 min drive away. We checked to see where he was on the maps, only to find out he was waiting at a mcdonalds for over 20 mins while our food was getting cold. Ironically he has to pass by our direction to get to that particular mcdonalds. Food was cold, he was on his phone while delivering it with no apologies or conversing. The asking time was for ASAP so waited over an hour from ordering to door. Would like a refund or at least a partial for the extremely bad service!

Order placed via just eat - note stating NO SAUCE on burger added to order. When delivered the note was printed in large type on the recipe stuck clearly visible on the bag. Both burgers covered in sauce, top and bottom of fillets so entirely inedible. Refund refused by just eat despite pictures including of the burgers in the food waste bin. Tried to call this franchise 25 times, phone rings out till cut off. No answer. Will not use this franchise again.

Absolutely shocking, sat and watched the driver on the map get to within 3 minutes of my house then it just changed to saying that it had been delivered. Called the resteraunt and they say you have to contact Just eat to assign a new driver. I did that and they said they would get back to me within two days!!! Imagine using a service this incompetent. Does nobody do background checks on what these drivers are doing with the food?

Food was good, as expected. Delivery driver a bit rude though, came to our door mid way through a conversation on his phone said absolutely nothing to my partner who answered the door just shoved the bag of food at him and proceeded to keep talking on his phone. A bit of manners when delivering food isn't to much to ask for.

I ordered my food and left a note to tell the driver which store to go to. The driver moaned at me for not answering my phone when I was dealing with customers. He didn’t read the note and told me there wasn’t one with the order although when he passed my food over on the receipt it clearly has a note of where I requested the food to go. Not happy and unprofessional.
