Tim Hortons in South Lanarkshire

Missing an item, bag was too easy to open…. One of the things I was most looking forward to. I guess that’s why you make them wait while you check the order and slow down the whole process. First time getting from here, last as well.

The driver was friendly and polite and big thanks to him as I managed to get my whole order witch never happens with Tim Hortons lol very happy thanks driver.

Milk in my coffee, the wrong donut, missing dips, cold food and not exactly cheap either, hmmm.

Coffee was cold and items were missing.

Chicken burger looked like hamburger. Brown on outside- chicken like rubber inside. Totally inedible. Given refund no problem. Fries inedible. Won’t return

Today i tried tim hortons for the 2nd time even thoo i never enjoyed the first as i got a breakfast first time and hated it. I decided to try again this time i got chicken nacho burger and the new nacho fries and toastie was really good i enjoyed it and a few drinks i got but i always enjoyed tim hortons drinks. £18 for all pretty good.

Terrible very poor service took over 30mins to make order. Staff did not seem to know what they were doing kept messing up orders. Could do with being better organised

I ordered an extra fries for £1.99 and I did not get it. =(

love ordering Tim Hortons, It's my favourite coffee, but I have ordered it twice in the past few days, and on both times, my drinks have been shook all over during delivery to the point where one of them, on the the two separate deliveries, has spilled all over the delivery bag. Once I can deal with, but twice? Maybe ask the drivers to take more care

My french vanilla latte had marshmallows in it and the lattice fries tasted like they had been microwaved 5 times inedible

food is good and coffee is especially good but they lose a few points due to the staff, they never seem to know what they are doing and run around like headless chickens, and heaven forbid they should venture out from behind the serving counter to clean tables!

We were at the Tim hortons in East Kilbride and around 5pm my daughter within seconds grabbed a hot coffee and poured it down herself. Instantly the staff were going above and beyond assisting us. Their customer service was incredible. Special credit to the store manager who was actually leaving at the time this happened but stayed to help and one of the staff members who was absolutely amazing but couldn’t catch their names. These staff members deserve so much. These words don’t even cover how much they did for us in such a scary moment.

Totally wrong order. Phoned up Tim hortons store and they said they couldn’t do anything as it’s just eat delivery driver issue. I’m really disappointed.

Food was freezing cold when I’m very close to this store.

This place needs a deep clean everything is filthy from the bottoms of all the toilet doors right through to the sit in area leather couches were All marked kick boards were filthy didn't see a clean bit anywhere even the floor was filthy and it was early in the morning come on staff you looked bored get the cleaning stuff out or have a night in once a week for a deep clean !

Food tastes excellent as always. The only problem was I’m pretty sure once they wrapped the food in the tinfoil they played football with it before bagging it!!

received completely wrong order and the refused to correct it even tried to pass blame onto the delivery driver when it wasn't his fault. don't bother getting anything from Tim Hortons on just eat.

I believed food didn't start to get made until the driver was at the restaurant and I thought this was confirmed by the length of time the driver was there collecting. Once collected, he was quick to get here so this makes no sense however our food was awful. The bacon double cheeseburgers were cold and terrible tasting, worse than something I'd pay less for at a burger van and the lattice fries were cold and soggy. The Chocolate Cream frappe tasted cheap and like synthetic chocolate sauce. The tropical cooler had obviously been sitting out in the restaurant for long enough that it had already melted by 1cm. If I had the capacity to get to Tim Hortons today, I would have returned the items mentioned above for a refund however this is not an option. This was a really disappointing meal and being charged just under £50 for it is laughable.

has to be hands down the worst burger I've ever paid for in my life. looked to be microwaved grey patties.. no resemblance to a burger whatsoever for its price aswell I'm utterly disappointed. lattice fries seem to be double cooked and literally cardboard. waste of money. never again

I was in this when in East Kibride today with my grandson. I was served by a young man called Michael who was lovely. I placed my order and sat down and got up to ask girl beyond counter to clean table as was not very clean. She stood back and just waited behind counter then Michael came out and he had to clean table my order was shouted and as I was in crutches the guy said do you need a help over I said yes please and once again Michael who was already cleaning my table had to come and take my order over. It was not busy at the time but to me it seemed that poor Michael was getting made and shouted to do it all he then went on to empty the bins. I was bit disgusted that staff were just standing there and asking Michael to do it all and they say the young ones are not helpful. He could not have been more polite or helpful such a lovely young man and a credit to your establishment but would be nice if other pulled their weight and done some of the things as well as him. Maybe you need more staff like Micheal to help out.

Always quick service, used them with the Too Good To Go bags too and there is always a good selection. Staff are always friendly. Posted the above almost a year ago, and can certainly say it does not still apply! The whole atmosphere is strange, the staff just staring but not speaking which is frankly uncomfortable and awkward, orders consistently wrong, I even started ordering on the self service kiosks because I thought surely if it's printed out there would be less chance of any mistakes but much to my dismay I was wrong. When having to take the order back and communicate what was wrong, we were met with blank stares as if we'd just done cartwheels across the counter. Frappes are always lukewarm instead of chilled and always far too sweet, the syrup is overpowering. We had originally planned to sit in, but the table was wobbly to the point it would genuinely not stay still even with no items on it, a staff member seen this and walked in our direction, making direct eye contact the whole time, then took a sharp right and just whizzed by? The floor was filthy and food underneath the table, so combined with the lack of stability from the table and the staff, we left. I would much rather pay the extra and go to Costa where I know I'd be satisfied with my purchase, rather than waste almost £15 on a wrong and frankly inedible order.

Both of my doughnuts were wrong. I paid for extra vanilla in my vanilla latte, couldn’t taste any. My mint chocolate frappe was sickening as it had far too much mint in it. This is the second time that I’ve bought drinks and end up binning them. Gave the benefit of the doubt and I wish I hadn’t, should have just binned the £15 and saved the hassle.

Been here a few times now. Place is dirty, tables, seats, windows. Most I've seen is someone going about with a dustpan and brush for the floor. Food was look warm at best and part order wrong. We did complain to the manager while there and he did offer to redo but we have now had enough. Won't be back and strongly recommended you go elsewhere. There are others nearby in the centre

Love going for a coffee here. It’s just a little disappointing that it closes at 5pm myself and so many others were turned away. I’m surprised they don’t stay open to meet demand also opens a lot later than most. My old local Tim Hortons was open from 6am till 12pm and while I would expect this location to be open that long I know how busy this location is that it’s mental they don’t want to take the extra money adjusting the opening times to meet demand.

Came after waiting two hours. The drink was spilt all over the bag and ruined the food. Awful

I am very unhappy with this service as my order was delivered very late and when it did arrive my meal was soaking as the lemonade had spilled over my toastie so I wasn’t able to eat any of it. When I contacted the driver he pretended I had the wrong number. I am very disappointed in this service and would like a refund.

Not a lot of staff ,they try their best

Not for me. The first and last time I'll be in. The chips/crisp potato things where like rubber. They have obviously been pre cooked and the reheated, not nice. The double cheese burger was ok, however, I would've be better to go to McDonald's as it's cheaper. So I wouldn't bother with it again personally.

Staff are rude and leave you standing at till , they expect you to only use machine, be glad when these are run by robots.

Did not receive my order although it was marked as delivered and did not get answer whilst trying to call the restaurant to sort it out , very disappointed.

The French vanilla coffee is lovely and the apple fritters are amazing! They now have an interactive board you can order from, I love this as its far easier to explore their menu. The sweet chilli crispy chicken wrap is lush!

The colour scheme makes for a cold atmosphere. I was immediately sick 😫 whilst eating bacon roll. Coffee and service v good

Way overpriced and like an airport cafe but less joyous.

Ordered on Uber, food arrived cold and drink was spilled. The delivery took ages and was freezing cold.

Brick hard roll that definitely felt out of date with 2 bits of bacon which were okay but sadly not great. Small milkshake when I ordered the large as large was the only option for the strawberry. The milkshake however was awful, I'm so disappointed. Please can I have a refund? I want no more delivery from Tim Hortons. Like it at the shops but awful delivery. I've never left a bad review before but had to, wouldn't even accept an exchange. ☹️.

Could do better with its appearance and speed of service, feels run down and not very bright or friendly as a coffee shop. I have actually been fortunate to visit a Tim Hortons in Canada and you wouldnt last 5 mins over there as service is key and quick and Tims is always packed wereas this location is never busy and they havent quite cracked the UK market I dont feel. Service is slow here (you can tell as costa is packed and here is empty and there right next to each other, why would people be willing to wait in the line at the competitor answer your served much quicker and the coffee is better)

I am really annoyed that my 10 timbits supposedly mixed, we're all the worst flavor of all, chocolate.

Having been lucky enough to enjoy Tim Hortons in Canada, this UK franchise is no match on taste, quality and price.

Worst service I’ve ever had on just eat waited for two hours with no updates couldn’t phone the restaurant couldn’t cancel the order only for them to mark it as delivered after not receiving the food

Food and drinks are pretty good but the service is variable , we've sometimes had great staff and others maybe haven't been having the best day . Not the fastest in terms of being served if going in towards end of the day but usually not too long a wait time.

Chicken burger and fries are really nice but doughnuts are really bland/chewy

Got breakfast delivered and 5 items missing including a whole meal and drinks. Absolutely disgraceful as food was for children and doughnuts also missing. No-one answering or came back to me which is a joke. Never ever going to order for delivery again! Avoid!

Usually have no problems, but item was marked as delivered when it was not and I had left instructions on where my house is.

Nothing quite like ordering an ice coffee for £4.75 and not getting any coffee in it...? 🤷 The two lads that were working on the particular Saturday morning were receiving orders from the kitchen and basically throwing them across the counter, laughing and talking to each other whilst there was a queue of people waiting. Seriously unprofessional, won't be back.

First time in Tim Hortons and I thought breakfast was really tasty I had pancake, bacon and syrup with a hash brown only downside was pancake was served in a burger box My Son had cheese and bacon melt which he enjoyed also.

Didn't like the fact its cashless you can only use your card 💳

Half the iced cappuccino leaked in the bag due to the cap used having a large hole and a flimsy sticker to cover it, with the drink laying on its side. Burger buns were soaked. Had to throw the burger away. Looked like it would of been a decent burger though if it wasnt soaking

I ordered an iced tea and a burger. The portion of the iced tea was minuscule and was 90% ice , i.e. water The burger was served in mouldy bread and gave me indigestion for two hours. It seemed to me that it had been sitting around for a few hours before being served. God only knows the history of the mouldy bread, better not to think about it. I definitely do not recommend that you eat here. Horrible.

As always the food here is delicious. Delivered nice and warm still too no hassles. This will be my new place for breakfast treat now. Hats of to staff within and delivery guys.

Very expensive for not a lot of food

Order was very late and freezing cold when it arrived 😡

On arrival there where no till rolls in self service machine. Order then displayed as ready,but it actually ready for another five minutes. The potato lattice chips where stone cold, burger average. The whole restaurateur was disgusting staff standing at counter talking to each other year all table filthy bin over flowing, seats stained and dirty dust all over interior window panes. This was my first visit to any Tim Hortons and will definitely be my last. A thoroughly disappointing experience

Oh my days, my first breakfast order and it did not disapoint. The pancakes are the best I've ever ate, the hash browns are amazing and my kid said the sausage and egg muffin is fantastic! Even the drinks are a winner.

As always food, packing and delivery was fantastic.

As always great food, speedy delivery and a gift much to my delight. More companies should follow Tim's lead :)

First time I have ordered breakfast from Tim Hortons as I usually use McDonald's, not now, better quality food, order was correctly, last 3 times McDonald's got it wrong, much, much better service and food A+ from me

Got a message to say the order was on its way, normally you see the driver make the 5 minute car journey go very quickly- this time the car sat in what looked to be the car park for almost 25 minutes then I was handed them and they were on the very last of their heat. Not very happy
