Tiny portions and food not very satisfying, definitely Ive had better chippy. Mix up with the order as well

Fast friendly delivery, best king rib ever.

Food was cooked perfectly ordered fish and chips and half pizza crunch meal. Now a couple of things which caused the 3 star review 1. Fish had lots of bones in like it hadn't been filleted properly 2.the amount of salt on both meals could of turned the loch salty their was that much it burned our mouths 3.pizza crunch wasn't crunchy it was soft and soggy could of been left in for a bit longer 4.the price was a bit steep £21 for what seemed to be a small fish a few chips amd 2 slices of soggy pizza and chips Went here years ago and food was amazing it's a shame it seems to have gone downhill I'm assuming it's changed hands.

Food was never delivered. Delivery time changed 3 times due to lake of drivers. But when they offered to cancel order. I then get a notification that they are refusing to refund. And now my order is set to delivered. Very poor job.

We have dined here before and it was good. Today it was terrible. The special fish tea was bland. My husbands pizza crunch (cheese and tomato) was rank rotten. Just a big circle of bread in stodgy batter yuk! The tomato sauce in the bottles was watered down with vinegar. Again yuk! Might be a good idea to get staff who can speak English to handle complaints. Will never return to this place.

The food was great, definitely hit the spot and filled a hole as I had moved away from Scotland and was back to visit with my husband. Amy and Kim were very helpful, welcoming and they both displayed great customer service. This location also offers halal options which is great. My husband ordered the chicken burger and said it was super tasty and really fresh. Great place and affordable too! Definitely recommend.

Quiet nice chippy cafe thing .. very smart

Food was lovely, and decent portion sizes but the mood was brought down by rude (manager I think). She kept talking down to our server, who was the obviously still learning the job, and just being overall snappy with her staff. I’ve worked under a manger like her and wanted to let the staff know they did a great job from a customers point of view.

Food never arrived. Driver clicked delivered when we had not received our food and just eat doesn’t have an option to select “not delivered” so I won’t get my delivery fee back either. Waited over an hour for food to not arrive.

I’m a frequent customer and my second last order the fish batter was very overcooked and dried up. Yesterday I wrote to the restaurant and requested they checked my fish before it was delivered. Sadly the fish supper arrived the same as the previous order. For this reason I will not get the food delivered again but will continue to eat in as the quality is always excellent. Huge shame.

Ordered initial time given for delivery was changed and a further 20 mins added on . On top of that meal was another 30 mins late . Very disappointed . Contacted restaurant who stated short of drivers . Why take the order and mislead you to think it will arrive at a certain time . Will not order again .

portion sizes are a bit small for a large chips and also the smoked sausage supper the chips were a small portion. the sausage supper came in a small polystyrene tub with folding lid, says it all really. also ordered a large chips, these came in a large sized polystyrene tub but only half full. considering the price, you would think the containers would be fuller. usually order from a different chippy and portion size is way better for the same price. the chips were also greasy.

Best fish n chips in Scotland this brand. In the shopping centre so easy to get to. I'm from Ireland where fish n chips are crazy prices. Here you get fish n chips, bread&butter, curry dip and a drink for £10.95 complete bargain. Shout-out to Cheryl and Emmanuel who looked after me. When next in Scotland I'll stop by 100% 😁😁👍🏻

This was our first time ordering and unfortunately the fish batter was all mushy and wasnt nice. There was no crisp to the batter and we have had fish delivered previously from other places so i know its not to do with travelling. The chips were nice

Tasted ok but portion was quite small. Not sure I will be reordering. Shame as a previous order was fantastic.

Food wasn’t great at all, chips weren’t the best and fish full of bones which can happen but was inedible.

Food arrived 30 minutes early and was freshly made really good well definitely be back highly recommended

Phoned up to see where order was and was hung up on and told my food was left lying on the floor outside my door severely unhappy never been treated so horribly and it’s not cheap for food these days turned up semi warm and 2 kids that are up past bed time because dinner was 2 hours late

It would have been a 5 star rating if the food had been seasoned as per my order and if there wasn’t green chips. Normally the quality of food from here is amazing but today it was poor. Not sure if I would order from here again

Was greeted and made to feel at home by Cheryl and Anas. They have a good selection of halal and gluten free options. The batter used was light and not stodgy making their fish and deep fried mars bar absolutely delicious. Highly recommended for anybody visiting Glasgow especially East Kilbride to head over there, you won’t be disappointed

Batter is crispy, fish isn’t overcooked and dry. Everything came hot and delicious. Better than the fish and chip shops in Greenhills.

Food was absolutely disgusting never again

I normally collect my order but decided to get it delivered. Big mistake. The fish was dry, overcooked and the chips had become soggy. It took 90mins to deliver. I suspect the food had been sitting around for a while. So disappointed because the food is normally very good. I've requested a refund because it was that bad.

Best fish and chips I've ever tasted and portions are very generous.

Been in a few times and there's 1 member of staff in particular, shay. She is amazing, very friendly helpful and understanding, my 2 children have additional support needs and run riot sometimes n she's been so helpful with them a few times. Food is amazing 👏 😋 defo recommend
