Should’ve trusted my gut when I felt something was off, such an eerie environment. Firstly I was shocked to see there was cross contamination in play where they were touching meats and non meats with the same gloves, I had to ask to be clear if there is cross contamination as I don’t eat meat. I was only told that they couldn’t guarantee if there was cross contamination or not even though it witnessed it with my own eyes. Further more the sandwich artist that served me couldn’t get my order right, I was patient but I was baffled that they couldn’t get it right. I’m not trying to be a Karen but it just wasn’t a pleasant experience and I didn’t get to enjoy the half hour lunch I have.

Always enjoy coming here only thing that need to be changed is the food regularly as can sometimes taste that it has been there for a while 😔 And perhaps make the offers more clear because you get charged more

While I was a regular member of this Subway all was good till the Subway App overpriced me for a sandwich. The customer service from Subway put me through to the franchise owner who promised me to reimburse me for the subway. However I still haven't received the reimbursement even though I emailed the owner twice. It's very rude to not answer back your customers and its a shame

It was nightmare , no hand sanitizer in Shop and when I wanted to use that gel in subway that sale assistant was rood and Shouted that is only for customer ! You aware that shop bringing higher volume of customer to you ? She said is only for costumer

Popped in for lunch on a Sunday with my son (aged 5). Food was tasty as ever and kids meal was good value. However giving feedback seemed a little like an alien language sadly! I gave great feedback as above, but when we suggested that it would be even better with paper straws (instead of plastic), I was treated like a weirdo! When I asked where the plastic recycling was for the kids bottle I was told they don't recycle. After advising that I was happy to take the bottle home to recycle, I suggested "don't you think it would be good to have recycling?" My feedback was met with indifference, lack of interest and lack of care. When I asked where I could give feedback about the issue she said she didn't know. Such a shame as the young woman seemed warm and inteligent. Really disappointing to meet any young person that disconnected with the needs of her environment. Was she representing her views or did she not think that they mattered working for a big franchise like Subway? Either way, I'm afraid it didn't look or sound good whoever she was representing and I was very sad to see a young woman caring so little about a very real issue. I'm relieved that this is not representative of the views of young women in Bevendean. Afterall, if McDonald's can give us paper straws and plastic recycling surely my concerns aren't that weird? Very strange!

Having ordered a sub yesterday in a rush, I had not seen the 2 for 1 deal on the front window. The staff decided to not inform any customers of the deal on for the one day or have any signs inside the store for us to see. When I saw this sign out front later in the day, I returned to the store and the same man, who I presume was the manager was there and I explained that I had completely missed out due to him and other staff members not even informing customers of this uk deal. I asked if he could honour this now, to which he stated, 'you should have said you wanted to use the deal at the start of your order'! He probably took the free subway himself for lunch, as it should not have made a difference to give me the free part of my purchase. I was really not impressed that they couldn't inform or promote relevant offers to their customers, especially when it was a buy 1 get 1 free offer, despite the fact it made no difference to them.

The first time I went to this Subway in Highway Brighton (Nisa Local). The staff was very kind and the food was fresh & Healthy. They were rally fast and keen to serve us in less than 2 and a half minute. Overall great service and great people.

Glad there a subway here great staff and very fresh food salads and cookies better then the ones in town. They work as a team always talking to the customers when making the sandwich. Dont know why people think this is a bad place. When it busy it worth the wait Keep up the good work

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and sub of the day is just the cherry on top of it. Would 11/10 recommend it to my friends. Also one of the last subways to offer cookie / crisps, and a cup drink instead of those 5My Fruit stuff with Kids Paks. Really good! Never going to those low-end ones in town center again

Poor experience with customer service, on opening. Staff weren’t well trained enough for the amount of people therefore waiting time was extortionate. Visited again and staff were rude, wouldn’t go there again!

Unfortunately, even though there were many things right I'll be avoiding this place. The service was impeccable, good beer, perfect lighting and lovely music. So what was wrong? A coven of aggressive women believing they ran the place because they'd booked a table. At their request the music, that I'd been enjoying, was turned off so they could conduct their meeting whilst sipping peppermint tea. I'd suggest a pub isn't an ideal place for this sort of thing. Especially if you're hell-bent on spoiling the atmosphere for everyone else. Sadly, they're regulars.

We come here at least a couple of times each week. Favourites are the bread, sausage rolls, smoked salmon and scrambled egg croissants, and the ham and cheese baguettes, but everything is great. It's a really great place.

Chips were very overpriced, £3.95 for a small, burger was very plain and dry, chips were ok and lots of crispy bits, probably wouldn't go here again, but the guy who served me was friendly , the shop was clean.

Things sometimes go wrong but when you have staff that take care of it immediately and make it right, that’s solid customer service. Lovely stay .. get the sea view room. It’s wonderful.
