Unfortunately they clearly didn’t want to be serving today. They had ran out of bread (which I’m unsure how this could even happen?) so I asked for a salad. Member of staff didn’t ask once what I wanted just started throwing veg in a box. No offer to warm up the meat, no offer of cheese, no question if that was everything I’d wanted. Just very obviously wanted to serve me as quick as possible

The only subway that never has any gluten free bread! Still have the signs up advertising it, its on your menu yet everytime I ask, you've never got it. Staff don't even look they just say no, probably just can't be bothered to wipe the side down and go to the freezer. Terrible service!

Went to the shop at 17:50, they refused to accept orders, and the guy said he already closed the till. I asked for the manager and he said he is away, so thats probably why staff closed the till early. Do not bother to go here they get orders whenever they want and they dont do their job.

Went in around 12:30, not busy just one person in line, waited 10 minutes for the 2 workers to finish one sub before taking our order, then had to wait another 35 minutes for 5 subs be made, awful service, lack of understanding between the 2 workers. One of the workers had sweat pumping down their face. When they were finally ready to eat it was cold, not made very well, sub fell apart, tasted alright, finally came to the cookies, I was heavily disappointed to find a hair in my cookie.

I cannot fathom why 5 6inch subs took nearly 2 hours. Subway could obviously not be bothered to fulfil the order, not toasting or putting cheese on any of the subs. Laziness sends the wrong crisps, not hard to pick out the right ones. Really really dissatisfied with the service. For almost £50 it was appalling.

Avoid! Ordered through subway website, clicked on this shop, they took my money but this store was closed. Why was it closed? Their answer "The manger had left it in such a state its going to take me all day to get ready for tomorrow!!!!!" I am really struggling to get my money back. Nobody is accepting it's their fault. This shop's customer service is terrible! They could not even give the phone the number to get a refund!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Wow! This place is terrible! Ordered online went to collect but it was closed. The "trainee manger" was very abrupt, when I asked for a refund he said go to her web site. There web site is terrible, all I could do was give feed back! They said they could not open because they were "prepping" for the next next. What sort of restaurant closes to prep for the next day? STILL TRYING TO GET A REFUND! DON'T GO HERE!

Called here for a breakfast sub whilst out on an early start with gallery deliveries. It opens at 7am which was perfect for us! We had great service from Todd behind the counter who was polite and friendly at all times. He remained calm and unflustered even though it was busy and his matter of fact, clean way of working was admirable. Even a delivery coming in didn’t phase him and I’m sure his demeanour helped keep the queue calm too :) An excellent sandwich and a good latte and great value.

Super service and super sandwich. Came to order 2 sandwiches (a foot-long tuna and a chicken breast wrap) on Tuesday evening the 5th of October. One young chap was mopping the floor and I feared they had already closed. The lady behind the counter said - 'no problem - I haven't done my till yet'. So even though she had cleaned up and looked ready to shut shop, she still served me - with a smile. Beyond the call of duty. Any other place would have said 'Sorry we are closed'. Kudos to the lady on duty. Thank you (I lost my receipt so wasn't able to do the review via Subway's website). P.S. my husband said his foot-long tuna was the best he'd ever had.

If you want to grab a quick sub... DON'T BOTHER! Each time we've been there, there's a massive queue with only one member of staff serving. Today we waited 20 mins, one member of staff serving the other two doing god knows what in the back. Slow as hell, they need a day's training at Aldi to show how to speed up!

Quick health option if you don't go over the top with the sauces, always feel full after a subway packed with fresh meat and salad, the service is quick and the subway app allows you to collect point for FREE food.

Nice breakfast roll. Good price too. Only worry about using Subway is cross contamination. Use gloved hands to pick up meat and salads, the same gloves are kept on to carry on working and serving

Quality of the food it good however let down by a member of staff. Second time I've been and on both occasions the customer service has been poor, like she hates her job and could not really cattle (Dark hair, about 5'3) The first time I gave the benefit of the doubt because we all have bad days but twice now, funny looks when asked for more gerkhins and very blunt response when asking about a filling...makes me very reluctant to go back.

My favourite Costa is the Road chef Chester/ hapsford services. I’ve become friends with the staff who always know my order. Megan, Yas, Layla & Matt are so lovely and chatty, always smiling and helpful as are all the other staff both at the drive through and inside the services. The coffee is always spot on and service fast. Well done 👍❤️

Giving the other reviews we weren’t very hopeful. However it had been a really long day and was prepared to eat anything as long as I had some food in me. Was lovely and clean inside, took about 15 for the food to come however was not disappointed at all. Portion size was way bigger than we expected which is always a bonus and the food was really good! Me and my partner created our own boxes and only problems was it was a little pricey and somehow his was £4 more expensive than mine but he got a smaller box and the same thing!
