Subway in Liverpool

came with no pepperoni hard bread asked for not toasted came toasted anyway barely any salad or sauce for £18 was terrible

Food was not what I ordered, mix of wrong ingredients thrown on bread, awful

i was watching the map and he was in the same place for 5 minutes, i think he tried to take a shortcut but didnt realise there was a load of stairs on the “shortcut” route. made him 10 mins late from expected delivery time

Hardly any filling in the tuna sub and the bread was hard/stale, abs awful

30.12.24 12.30 noon. Fungi/ mold found on food (See photos). Not properly delt with by staff either. She's check the batch after we reported the issue and she simply said the rest of the batch looked find. Stay clear of this store if you value your health. Disgusting.

Asked for chicken teriyaki, I got chicken and cheese on a sandwich. No cucumbers, peppers, crispy onions, or lettuce and no sweet onion sauce. Terrible.

When you get deliveries Subway NE ER heat the sandwiches. Also bought three footlongs and all wrong bread. I'm sure they just use the bread they have most of for deliveries and dnt heat as they are never the same quality than if you are standing in the store watching them get made

Second time we have ordered from this subway and had both sandwiches made on the same bread (when we ordered different) with half the salad missing! Won’t be ordering again as this keeps happening.

Awful ordered two toasted sandwiches. Didn’t come toasted and salad I didn’t order was put on and salad I did order wasn’t. Baffled at how bad at your job you could be.

No atmosphere rude unhelpful girl / lady on the till red hair in a bun did not seem to like her job asked for my order which I gave service rushed which then proceeded to me getting my order mixed up yelled to the guy in the back as obviously I was taking to long to order what happened to customer service ??? I took my mixed up order and didn't want to rectify as her attitude stunk it was my fault if I had not felt rushed, it would not of happened and I think i was overcharged too and when I was leaving a lady sitting down must have had the same experience she looked like I did shocked I love a Subway unfortunately not at this one never again staff need customer service training or get a new job .

Had the door locked at 5.30pm had 3 people stood outside for 30m waiting to get inside.

Good didn’t have dips with it also wasn’t toasted I won’t be ordering from u again

No extra cheese on any of the subways which we asked one had none at all no ham we ordered 2 deli meats no ham no substitute also a bottle of Dr Pepper missing

Like always the food is great . The prices should be cheaper.

shocking the chicken tasted like chicken

Sub was nice, crinkle wedges were only partially cooked, I had to put them in the airfryer for five minutes to make them edible. Generally my idea of ordering takeaway isn't so that I can spend the money and still have to cook the food myself

Food was absolutely disgusting either of us could finish it and I had to take the chicken of the Mexan sub as it was rubbery, nachos was burnt and also had missing items and wrong items sent I asked for a blue Gatorade and got a Mountain Dew, ordered 2 cookies and got 1 and also ordered a bowl of meatballs that never turned up.

I was told its take out only at this branch this evening. I asked is it because there was only one member of staff on duty? The young girl serving said there is only ever one person on duty. After struggling to park, it was quite irritating to not get some food but I was not prepared to eat in my car. I wont be returning to this branch. Why do Subway insist on leaving one person in charge at various branches?

The sales assistant was a very young girl very abrupt in her manner. I ordered a breekwhich with hash browns, unfortunately the hash browns were still cold they replaced the hash browns with roasting hot ones. The toilets are always broke in this subway and staff are rather cold and uncaring.

Streak sub was covered in BBQ sauce I’m allergic it had bits off sweetcorn on it I only asked for a steak and cheese sub it was freezing when it arrived not happy one bit

There are also 3 Subway what is really close, but this one is the best!!!! :) Always on time, never have issue with the order or anything, the driver was also nice :) Thank you so much for your hard work, will order only from this place. The small side orders of meatballs are super cheap and really tasty. All in all, you can’t beat it for fresh veggies. Always good

With Liverpool on the menu, no food outlet is safe from food critics, highstreet giants subway is a mixed bag of joy & disappointments, like its burger brothers BK & Mc around the country, though subway delivers on its standard in fast food quality its norm UK highstreet pricing & the taste factor that brings us into a sub outlet. Sadly we see the failure in the consistency of each sub, primarily due to who you get serving you. We ordered multiple subs from tuna, Italian BMTs to steak with sides, the standard 4 Scoop on a foot long is what you expect but we asked for 4 salad options, we expect a pallet of colour & some bulk for the buck but this was not the case, a skinny sub is what we got, bits of salad you could count on 1 hand like the server was scaredto dig deep into the goodness & deliver us an epic chewie amount.... a shame but this is a classic case of the masterpiece didn't happen this time...we will be back soon.

I ordered a Mega meat sub but was given an Italian bmt with no meatballs in it

Order was wrong it had red onions on which I could eat tried to take them off but the taste of them was still on the sub also there was no cheese

Ordered a turkey and ham wrap with hash browns. Cheese and toasted. The hash browns were so cold. Had to take them out the wrap.

Food was clearly prepared too early as it was cold and soggy upon arrival. We paid for extra bacon on a footlong sandwich which we did not get. Not all sandwiches were toasted despite selecting toasted

Just been sold a beef patty subway on Aigburth Road, Liverpool - WAS INEDIBLE. BREAD WAS STALE - ROCK HARD SOLID. BEEF WAS SHRIVELED AND STALE. HEALTH HAZARD. I called 5 times they didn't answer and no refund. I am appalled.

One of the orders was completely wrong, the tuna sandwich was meant to be toasted and it wasn’t it was in fact stone cold, and it also had pickles on which I did not select to be on it. The meatball sandwich was requested to be toasted and come barley warm to the touch and the shop is 3 mins down the road if that. Waited over an hour for the food to finally be picked up from the store by a driver let alone delivered. Absolute disgraceful won’t be buying from here again. I would like a refund in full this is appalling.

Just your standard Subway sub shop. The shop is mainly operated by Hunter foods as a place for trainees to learn and get their bearings. Overall there is quite a nice and friendly atmosphere when you enter the building and the facility is very nice and clean.

Given completely the wrong order

Liverpool Aigburth Road branch won't accept offer vouchers that have recently been posted out city-wide. Go to another branch if you want to use these vouchers.

Wrap was stone cold when asked for toasted!! Nachos looked like half a pack with a tiny bit of cheese and salsa on waste of money!!!

fabulously fresh and very quick service i felt bad i had no change to tip the rider as i’m housebound and have to wait for my family to get change for me just eat should have something on the app so they can be tipped

Took a while to assign a driver (just eat's fault) but the food arrived hot and fresh and they threw in a few free cookies.

The poor gotnwas lost. It wasn't his fault. But when the food turned up.it had red sauce all over it. No lettuce like asked for and was soaking wet because of the sauce. A paid £8.99 for a £1.10 Pepsi and a 6" tuna mayo. £9. And it turned up like that.
