I visited with family after my grandads funeral. As soon as we arrived the woman on the bar seemed angry and was not very friendly despite us spending quite a lot of money on drinks. Later on around last order time, she created a really awful situation by organising an attack by calling her boyfriend and 5 of his friends. I’m not sure why this occurred as we were targeted despite there being other patrons still in the pub and we all had our coats on ready to leave. They were punching and using objects to hit people. At one point one of them had my grandmother on the floor. Avoid this place. Extremely violent staff. Very scary.

Horrible women working there. Screaming at everyone for no reason and causing a massive fight with every single person in the pub while a family was there after a funeral grieving a poor man

Quick service the lady behind the counter with red hair sorted me out and also helped us with the pool table

After not being here in about 15 years , we went for a quiet drink . Nice pub , was very quiet as it was a week day , quite spacious . Would go back .

Not my type of pub . There were just old men in there.. the bar women was coughing everywhere an toilets could do with a good clean ..

Staff were nice but drinks were actually more expensive than the Aintree racecourse the prices for the same round kept changing depending on the barmaid you went too, used to be a great pub clearly won't be going here again before an event/races again, just thought money should go to local business too but will try oddies at the old rain or family pub in the retail park!

Bar staff were struggling on raceday to keep everyone served. Expensive for a pub.

We were there for new year's eve and had a great night, it's my local but haven't been there much because of the virus, but it's a great place people and staff are really friendly I would recommend it if you want a good night with decent music.

We have just been 'shown the door' here after two of our group - in wheelchairs - were refused access/use of the disabled toilet. This establishment HAS a disabled toilet but it wad roped off and could not be accessed. When we asked where our wheelchair friends were to go to the toilet the atmosphere changed and security were called and told us that we were barred from the establishment. This is a totally disgusting and uncalled for situation. The management need to be taken to account. Avoid this place.

I haven't been into the Queens Arms for a few years now but it has changed and had a welcome face-lift and it makes it all the better. Pleasant place and may be worth another look..

Took a visit to the queen's not been in it since covi hit. Was really lovely vib was not too busy. Found staff very welcoming and friendly would recommend for a few drinks prices ressable will pop in again.

A bright and airy venue next to Aintree Racecourse that just doesn't do it for me. The ridiculous requirement to only wear certain items of clothing perhaps is reason for the venue being empty on a Friday evening. Drinks are priced competively for the area and the venue is clean and tidy.

Great location the outside is looking a bit neglected

Nice staff, good quality Guinness. Went to see a band, (who were brilliant) but stage in an awkward position!! Not the best venue to see a live band, but enjoyed the evening.

Great prices, looking forward to returning on race day in November. Hoping prices stay the same 👍

Beautiful pub! I have been here once and will definitely be going again. The pub is equipped with modern facilities like like digital karaoke, smart display screens fitted with photo cameras. The pub is very spacious with indoor and outdoor space. Live sporting events are also shown here. And of course, wide array of drinks 🍺

This is One Amazing friendly I call it home the bar staff and Manager are first class my daughter Lisa and I recommend a fantastic place to be yes!!.

Great pub if you love your sports from football rugby and horse racing in particular with good variety of drinks. Plenty of tv screens and a good atmosphere when busy come pay a visit also literally a five minute walk from Aintree racecourse.

Great open bar with a large selection of draft and bottled beers. There are large screens located all over the pub so there is no bad vantage points really. Couple of pool tables. The stafendly helpful also.

Average pub. Staff are friendly. The people that go there might not always be the best crowd.

Terrifying in there, kids running around until all hours, checking your toilet cubicle as you left to see if you had left anything, arguing and fighting in and outside, drinks were ok price wise but no one wore shoes in there!!!! Staff were lovely but an argument broke out behind the bar which made people uncomfortable, but after another round it felt alright!

Dive sports bar near aintree racecourse. Happy hour prices are good along with free pool but somewhat poor drink selection. Nice decor with plenty of viewing options for sports. Questionable clientele.

I was in here on a Friday at 11pm. Great music, dance and drinks. Prices were reasonable, clientele ok, and look and feel is a bit tired. Staff were fantastic, friendly and enjoyed a dance behind the bar as they served.

Alright for a few pints and a game of pool

Mediocre pub if truth be told; staff ok but nothing else about the place lures you in.
