It didnt arrive!! £14 for a footlong that didnt arrive, absolute joke!

Food was unreal , cheese bites are lovely

the food was cold when it got here. the driver had very poor manners.

Food is freezing wrap is absolutely tiny hardly any salad. Missing hash browns and never get any sauce

Gave me a Coke Zero instead of water. Food was freezing not missing stuff on my sandwich???

They keep cancelling and if you are going to cancel every order say you closed mate

Baguette was not toasted. Salad which we ordered had onion in it which was not requested. Asked for double chicken in the salad but there was not as much as usually you would get.

As ever yummy snacks and a massive selection of subs.

A bit disappointing. The Notorious BMT was literally only meat, no salad, cheese or sauce as described, and no cookies :(

The driver was fantastic, made sure to deliver to the correct place and never just gave my order to a random house! Great lady she has delivered to us a few times

Absolute rubbish don’t come here the men are so rude here mocking me behind the counter acting like I can’t here them after finishing a shift working with the nhs I’m tried they made me wait got my order wrong and were very rude to my daughter safe ye money and go the maccies or go to Aintree can’t believe it and there were all flys in the lettuce disgusting

The staff were really kind to our daughter and her 3 friends on 22/09/24 around 5:30pm. They were out independantly for the first time so was very nice to hear. Thanks to the staff.

I waited in a huge que that didn't bother me as it's to be expected, however to order a shed load of food to be told when I get to the till, there's no hot drinks, I asked was there no signage or at least told when I started ordering my food she said we don't do that, I said I've seen signs up loads of times when your not taking card payments. Then she proceeded to drop an item of my order and put it in my bag, I didn't kick off or demand another, however she replied well it's covered, I'm sorry but that's a no you ask the customer if they still want it not argue that you think the product is still okay. My food gets 3 stars as I couldn't have a drink to have with it as I don't drink cold drinks.

Bread was soggy even though it was meant to be toasted, salad was all over the place, didn’t really stay in the sandwich so guess it wasn’t pressed hard down enough.

Wrong food entirely, ordered whole grain bread - got white. Ordered Diet Coke - got Coke Zero . ( vile) ordered double choc cookie - got smartie one . How wrong can an order be

both sandwiches had the wrong bread. No cheese on either of the sandwiches. wrong cookies and crisps given.

Asked for it toasted with cheese didn’t get asked for a packed of crisps they changed the one I wanted don’t like the one they gave not going her again

Finished my sub and found a nail in my mouth. Definitely not mine.

Said it would take 10-20 minutes. Took nearly an hour and a half instead kept changing the delivery time

Food was ok but over 5 items were missing off order including drink. Estimate delivery time was 20-30 mins and took nearly one hour

Order was all correct and good quality

Service is usually good however, I had to wait a long time for this sandwich at the drive through today, just to get home and realise there's about 4 chunks of chicken on the sandwich. When I'm paying 6 pounds for a butty I want chicken on the whole thing, not just one mouthful.

Delivered quickly and was tasty.

A very nice take out salad. All items were in stock that I requested. Staff were nice and friendly.

Appalling staff looked on as we cleaned our own table food and crumbs on every table and under some. Guy on the till constantly looking on his phone and place was empty only 3 of us in there. Very poor will never return

If you want to use your subway points in exchange for sandwiches and hot drinks etc never go to this subway because they always casually say 'scanner doesn't work', and show you a small notice near the till. Franchise must not care about this ongoing problem because the staff don't either!! So no LOYALTY points from this subway 😕

Fantastic store with fantastic staff. All payment methods work perfectly as the store was having new tills installed. 5 stars and fully recommend.

This place is annoying. This was the best Subway I have tasted for a while. Sadly they expect customers to hand over their Card/Phone to pay ad there is no PED by the till. This is illegal and the place needs closing 'til this can be rectified.

Ordered steak & cheese. The steak was very wet and soaked the bread resulting in it falling apart in my lap. My wife's fell apart as well. Additionally, I was told that I couldn't use my Subway car to get points because the system was down. Disgusting!!!

Very run down. Almost everything out of stock (mid morning). Door is dangerous (been like that for some time). The bread was far from fresh and was falling apart. Staff don't seem to care in the slightest and is clear standards are not cared about.

I would recommend the meat balls and red onion sticks 😋 delicious

I think the food standards are dropping in subway. The bread is not as fresh as it use to be, which is very disappointing.

Went to dunningsbridge subway this morning to be told they don’t do breakfast, even though it’s on their menu online, serves by a girl with an attitude as big as herself, when we said it’s ok we were after a breakfast we walked away and she commented go somewhere else then Disgusting service and rude staff won’t be visiting there again

Happened before and yet again, but this time posting here to warn others. In line with other review's, although asked for other veg' not added. Staff / franchisee obviously not putting veg' on drive thru orders. Ended up with tuna, and a bit of lettuce, not good!

Awful experience. Wrong bread, not toasted, extra items paid for not added. Most of order missing. Diabetic child taken insulin on the basis of food being deliver d and now clambering to substitute carbohydrates Tried to ring and all they do is pick up and hang up. Never had a such a bad experience with subway before Edit - giving an extra star. Had to drive to "restaurant" to ask for my missing food. Order was fixed by manager who was very helpfuland apologetic nd made well. Just a shame it couldn't have been done right the first time

Poor. Service was slow. Staff didn't knwo the menu. They hadn't a clue about current promotions. They had no nacho chicken. Sub order was wrong. Sub was remade, then when handed to through the window - half the butty fell out. Will be giving this particular Subway a wide birth until the staff have had further training!

Had to wait a long time in the drive through queue, even though I was only 1 of 3 cars in the queue. They had hardly any stock in, so couldn't get half the order i wanted. One of the wraps that i ordered was supposed to be cheese and toasted and it wasn't. So not a very happy experience at all sadly 🥺
