Boss butty, nipped in for a quick bite to eat and the meatball sub i got was incredible, and the service from staff was top too. Keep up the good work 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

ordered a 6-inch meal deal - meatballs were dry/hard/overdone, sandwich was really messy and not all salad I requested was present. Wrong drink provided and no sauce with the side of waffle fries, which were a mess anyway - all little broken bits, really soggy and stuck together. Probably wouldn't bother ordering again - shame, as it used to be really good from here. I have requested at least a partial refund via JustEat.

My sub was cold and uncut I had ordered for toasted, and it came with mayonnaise all over the sub covering it. The cookie I had ordered was not delivered. Disappointed.

Dont order through just eat , they cancel the order everytime

When the food come they have sent the wrong drinks I ordered we ordered 2 Fanta fruit twists and we got 2 Fanta oranges it come over an hour late because they couldn’t assign a driver by time the food has come it’s cold and not nice

I ordered a foot long sandwich and they only gave a 6inch so I’m missing half of what I ordered. Also I didn’t receive the pot of sauce I ordered.

Order a just eat breakfast sandwich. It was disgusting missing items. Dry, cold. Burnt bread . Pick-up be prepared to wait a while

Sent me someone else’s order which they also got wrong judging by the receipt and when I rang up the girl on the phone was absolutely no help, I don’t know if it’s just eat or subway but this is not on

I ordered a Teriyaki sub, and it looks like I've received a chicken ceaser one.

We asked for our subways to be toasted and unfortunately they never came toasted, they were rather cold. The chicken breast felt like rubber when eating. But other than that food was ok. Food got delivered 10 minutes early so that’s good! And driver was friendly!

Delivery was really quick for a change so food was hot however, one slice of turkey on my sub, no cheese. Always something they seem to mess up at this subway, it’s beyond a joke. Normally either wrong or missing item but this today tasted like utter c”@p

good food, however we were missing a drink, the sauce and they also gave us the wrong cookies (with nuts might I add which could have gone very badly if any of us were allergic). the food was great but their stocks must be suffering 👍 just go in store, don't order

Best Subway I've been to in ages! Was neat food was made quickly and ybe staff were great. Asked about allergies and they pointed out clear info...and with a smile. Nice one 😊

Was on time only as delivery kept getting pushed back. Sandwiches were toasted yet stone cold and sides were like ice. One drink wrong and all cookies wrong. I only live close but had guests so couldn’t go pick up. Food would not cool to that extent in the distance it had to travel.

On time, but took far too long to assign a driver. Driver not at fault, but website gives an ETA and it was miles out and kept changing to add time. A more realistic ETA at the start would be preferred.. .

Usually a good subway to be fair, but I just got probably the worst order I've ever had. My mountain dew had leaked all over the bottle and the paper, couldn't eat part of my sub because it was wet. And my hash browns looked like someone had played tennis with them before bagging them up lol, all broken up. Instead of the usual plastic bag or big paper bag, everything was wrapped up tightly in a paper bag so the hash browns were freezing because of being pushed against the drinks, and probably why they look so damaged. Like I said it's usually good quality but maybe something's changed since last time I bought from here.

Warning to plant based people. The vegetables, have been cross contaminated with ham and other flesh products, as someone keeps touching the flesh on the sandwiches, where the 'flesh has been loaded on the bread' already, and then putting their hands back in the vegetable topping containers. There is a piece of a dead animal , and bacteria and that means, anyone who avoids those slaughter foods, will have bacteria from the flesh on the vegetable toppings. I came in and saw that, and walked out.

Whilst working nearby myself and work mate visited... menu change at subway is now confusing and not exiting but it just did not taste the same... i had a basic salad box and was nowhere near the quality it used to be

I'm on the fence here with subway. Because unused to like it a lot. But it really is hot and miss depending which subway I go to. Some are great and some are very poor. This one was good. Staff excellent, cleanliness excellent, food typical good but could be better.

A great little shop the young girl who served us was brilliant. The food was as to expected from subway.

Nice megamelt and friendly staff

I honestly don't believe this subway is in the best spot so it is always very quiet but it is great to visit for a quick snack. The store is based on a small retail park next to the Aldi so there are loads of parking spots available including disabled parking. The staff are always friendly during our visits and happy to help. They always seem to be cleaning to keep everything nice and tidy. During my last visit my order ended up being messed up and the staff were happy to fix my order and very apologetic. It was a very simple fix and did not take long to fix. The food also looks very clean and fresh. In the store they do have a sit down area were you can choose to eat your subway. Paying in-store is very simple and easy.

Shop was empty with 2 staff, requested a sub platter just ham an cheese for the kids footy team. Told me need to book 24 hours before there too busy. There was litrally no one in the shop bar 2 staff members that were rude wont b going back there

Worst Subway I have ever been. Don't order over Uber they just make what they feel like, regardless of a person's allergies- dangerous actions. Then say get a refund off Uber, Uber said fault is with the store so they need to action, point blank refused. Incapable, incompetent so called sandwich artists. The worst experience I have had in a long time. Avoid at all costs.

Got a delivery to work at halton hospital. 5 items on my order and not one item was correct. You choose with or without jalapenos for the nachos. I ticked without but they added them. I thought they forgot the cheese, it was there it was stuck to the paper not the nachos. I ordered 2 steak and cheese bites with lettuce onion and ceasar sauce. They came with one piece of spinach on each and sweet onion dressing. I ordered 2 ham and cheese bites with sweet onion. They too had one piece of spinach each but had no sauce at all. The bites were tasty just not what I wanted. Left most of nachos as soggy no cheese and fed up picking out the jalapenos.

Excellent service my subway very enjoyable

Just called in for a subway, got a 6inch Tuna no soft white baguette picked tiger. When I got home it lacked filling bit of this and a bit of that. A waste of £3-30 better value at Pound Bakery. Know we're I'm going in future.

Went this afternoon as we live local. I really wasn't impressed. The bread was stale and not just a little, this would have been noticed when preparing the Sub. But they decided to still give it to me. Also the cookie I had said I wanted wasn't in the bag. I went back and got the worst customer service I've experienced anywhere! No apology. The stale sub was taken from me, I was given a fresh one and a cookie. Hardly a word was said and still no apology. Come on Subway teach you staff some customer service skills!!!

distinct lack of salad, asked 4 extra onions/chilli's on 1 sandwich (bought 4, 2 with nothing on) 3 pieces of chilli, onion nigh on invisible!!! Its our local and will now drive, rather than walk. Thanks

A very poor example of the chain. All meals more expensive than at other branches, no justification for this especially given the less-than-prestigious surroundings. Toilets disgusting and the lock on the male toilet non functioning. Rude staff. Very poor.

It's a subway sometimes it's nice sometimes it's not, not had any issues just if you wanna eat inside often gets swarmed with chavvy kids

I ordered a chicken wrap for lunch today, it turned out to be a warm tuna one, it has to be the worst thing I have ever tasted. I did think about bringing it back, but I'm an hour's drive away.

20 minutes to serve the 3 infront of us with a sandwich. The girl taking orders couldnt stop yawning, and was entirely un interested in being there. Will be appreciating the one at alban more than ever

It's not dreadful but must certainly improve to keep my custom. It was very slow service but the place has not long opened so I guess I should be a little more tolerant. The thing is...Subway is a big chain so should really work harder to ensure all their staff are fully trained and efficient before opening.

Given stale bread that fell apart an he dropped all my salad trying to rap it up an told me it still had salad on got home to find out other wise can't be arsed going back gave it the dog

Wonderful experience couldn't ask for better customer service from the young lad in the black top food was unbelievable can't wait to go back soon 10/10
