Enjoyed my food and nice and hot

The girls in today were great! Food was good, no pull there face when I told them I had an allergy. All good When it came to leaving, putting all my rubbish in the bin (yes I'm the guy who throws his car key in as well) The girls came straight round to help, I really appreciate it Thanks 😊

Lovely, helpful staff who let me try a sample of sauce and warned me off the hot one when I said I didn't like spiciness. Food was fresh and delicious.

Staff looked bored out of their minds and somewhat rude. ‘Do you want lettuce on that lad’ from a teenager with the worse skin I’d ever seen. Overused seating looks worse for wear and populated by drug users. Avoid.

Always a friendly face at the counter, with a friendly smile! Always enjoy a sub from there!! 🙂

Came here yesterday for ONLY 4 bottle drinks, when the girl had finished serving customers infront, she then decided to turn around and ignore me even though both of them saw me queing up. After asking if i could get served she then started apologising saying they were in a pickle. Not my problem. If this is a regular occurance then you are losing out on money. Very dissapointing customer service.

After waiting in the queue for 15 min I got told to wait for a bit as they had 4 online orders at the time they had 3 members of staff so I ended up walking away never putting my foot in that place shocking service

Wasn't prepared to standard normally you are offered an alternative if you don't get say peppers but wasn't, then when started eating it no onions which is part of the actual chosen item Bought tub of meatballs which wasn't even full Runcorn subway disappointed

Great staff in this subway and was made even better getting a ft long sub for £3.99

As always, had lovely service at this subway. Staff are always polite friendly and great at their job.

Brilliant place to go and food is really good, I always buy a salad box with chicken which is so nice and reasonable price. Staff are very nice and friendly

DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!! Waited an hour and a half for 2 subs, delivery said around 30-45 which was fine but then time subjected I was eating at tea time and not lunch! Food finally arrived stone cold, I don't know if they'd kept it in the fridge but wasn't what I ordered. It certainly wasn't toasted with no salad or sauce, the cheese was present and to top it off there was a hair found. I've give it one star only because I couldn't review without any stars, don't order food from here, you've been warned!!

Why say on your website your open till 6pm but at 1.30pm it’s closed with people sitting in, WASTE OF TIME.

Food just what I want when I want it.

Went for lunch only to wait in queue for at least 10mins, I was having warm chicken sub , which was done and awaiting for the salad to come on , then they said card only which was fine , stood nearly another 10 mins, then they couldn't get card reader to work , so I said why aren't you taking cash , they said no change only 20ps and 5ps , disgusting they should have a float , so I asked how much my bill was and I could pay if I had exact money , which I did , by time I sat down , my chicken was cold , so fed not enjoy it today , normally love a warm chicken subway but today was just not nice .

Needs a good clean and to be refurbished .

Ordered on uber missing loads of items! The wedges were freezing cold. Contact number "doesn't work" and a refund for the missing items "isn't available"

Food was standard subway. Hot chocolate awful ( no decaf coffee). Toilett rank! Female out of order male not good ( was my 5 year old that needed it). I really hope the staff don't need to use this too! The staff are the saving grace the 2 on shift were really nice. 🙂

Marvelous place for a sandwich. But the staff serving had no masks on so we left without purchasing anything.

Staff were very kind, area was clean, all items and bread were available. Conveniently located in the shopping city where escalators are.

Went into subway shopping city,asked for pigs in blankets (it's Christmas)£1-49 on the door ,wanted 2 ,was charged £4-98 ?? He said I asked for wrong ones,so one sausage and one piece bacon £2-49 each..Will NEVER go into this shop again. And I can't give it nil star..

Most of the items were unavailable. Only 2 breads. Vegan cookies not even stocked even though they're advertised. Ordered 2 kids meals and the difference in sandwich size was substantial.

Amazing service, nice food , however portions aren't considered which is something they can improve on.

The staff were wonderful and very polite and very helpful. The eating area was clean with the relevant distance apart. The food was great...I had a salad and it was generous portions. All the time you could hear the delightful staff helping...grwatcolace to eat.

Been to the shop in Frodsham 3 times in last 2 weeks and hot drinks machine been out of order. No business from me.....

Cash only but no sign outside to notify you Only 6 people allowed in, they should put the menu outside so that you can prepare what you want. No receipts were given.

The staff here are spot on ,they know what there doing and they work as a team ,I have worked in catering all my life and have worked with people who couldn't wipe there own arses let alone offer a service as great as this lot ,the coffee and cookies are great value and the food looks fresh ,unlike other subway stores that don't ever seen to wipe there counters ,well done team 👍👍🖖

Subway Murdishaw, the best subway I've ever visited! I've never really considered eating in, but it was lovely, clean and bright, lovely staff, I will be a regular 😁

Upon entering the Franchise, the tables, floor and so fourth were not cleaned to a satisfactory level. The toilets were also not cleaned & the food preparation was appualing. Little slots were food was placed, bad peices of other food in it. They only had a selection 2 breads, rather than 5. No milk. To summarise this, I recommend never coming here!

I didn't even go in there. I was in a place on the opposite side so 1 star for a blunder

Amazing customer service from Tracey and Julie it was I belive, she is a credit to this shop. 10/10 got cleanliness and service.

Nice food as always. But tells me after they have made my salad they told me that they have no knife and forks. Eended up buying some from the shop, how did they think i was going to eat it?

They serve up wide range of sandwiches and salads.

Usual subway friendly staff prices are always good in subway. For those new to subway I think there the tastiest cheapish buttys on the high street. A food outlet with limited menu but always tasty and as swift as it takes with systematic series of moves around the glass pass. I have never had to queue long at all and the cookies are lovely. The staff make the store in subway, in Rhyl especially how she cooly coped with 6 different orders at the same time. Though have been one and the ditz on the till was actually listening to music on her earbuds whilst asking me today speak up, I couldn't write it lol. Overall I've never been let down by the continuity off pricing and constant product.

Neve use subway, too halal with funds going to Isis and such like

A lovely place not much outside sitting place as right opposite the petrol station but in side is lovely and plentiful of seats and toilets

Not a great choice of drinks orcpudding options but the sandwiches and salads are tasty.

Go here quite often. Never had a issue with the food or staff. Some days it can be quite busy but highly recommend
