I went inside, and asked the worker if I could wash my hand in the toilet, he straight up said no rudely and said to leave customers only, keep in mind I was about to order a sandwich after using the toilet, the worker was a male Indian looking fellow.

Veggie patti not same as tasty as before

Honestly, one of the worst selection of staff as well as customer experience. Where does the manager find these people. Entering this restaurant I did not get a getting from staff, nor did i get acknowledged for a further 5 minutes while a very short asian man kept Hunslet busier doing something else then to serve me. Eventually, the man asked what i wanted. Once my food was being toasted, I waited until he came back from doing something in the back, by then my subway was cold after being left to stand as well as me for approximately 5 minutes after he had taken my sub out the oven. After an awful long time , I managed to get to pay for my food, or so I thought. The man seemed like he was trying to dispatch a rocket to the moon when he was figuring out how to set up the transaction for me to pay with my contact less card. Only around 15 minutes of waiting for service with no que and the loss of all hope did I realise this store are run by baboons. Even the bread tasted funny and weird. I wouldn't be surprised if these guys are cutting corners in some way or another. I just hope it's not in the hygiene or food area, somewhat discomforting. There was another asian woman there just looking at me in a "screw faced" unwelcoming way. She seemed like she shouldn't be working in customer service either.

The management of this store has recently been changed, and the new management is doing very well. The food is good, the service is fast and the store is neat & clean. Overall, it was a good experience over here.

This branch is a waste of space. I went there to buy 3 white chip cookies and 2 of them that were given to me were broken up. When I took them back to the shop, the guy that served said it was because they were fresh which is a load of rubbish. They didn't taste very nice and he changed them for me. The new lot were a bit better in terms of them not being broken up but the taste wasn't perfect. He never said please or thank you when taking the money so it would be good for him to learn some manners and have respect for customers. The branch at 95 Cranbrook road Ig1 is much better. I only ended up in this poor substitute because the other branches in the area had run out of white chip cookies. I won't waste my time going back!

i didn’t get my nachoes hello????

rude man with shoulder length black hair. didn’t even greet us when we entered. we asked how much the cookies were and he said ‘can you not read?’ i asked because the cookies were cheaper in a subway five minutes away from this subway and he told us to ‘go to another subway.’ terrible customer service.

The people of the restaurant was showing a bad attitude towards us. We just went to the shop and they haven’t even greeted us. Such a horrible experience as a customer.

The food was good but I did not get any of the deserts ordered and when I phoned to ask for it they offered it but only to go and collect it, which I was unable to, otherwise I wouldn't have order it online. Even though I said I can wait for them to send it today anytime as the kids are waiting for their dessert, they did not send it and they offered double but only for me to collect. Very unhappy with this service!

I don't know what's wrong with Subway, they used to make the best sandwiches with less price. Now they are charging too much and the quantity and quality is decreasing day by day. I mean they just put one sauce in a 6 inch sandwich and what's wrong in putting a decent amount of veggies. I got one slice of cucumber and tomato, a tiny amount of lettuce and even the meat quantity. Really disappointed with Subway all together

I just called to the Subway an Asian man answered i asked to order Tuna sandwiches and what is the price he told me I go and chake on his website he doesnt have time for me and cut off 😑😤 . Who know from what Indian village he come from and didn't learn how to communicate at his earlier age from his mother and father or at school may even didnt do school... but bought his sartificate and come to work in UK without having knowledge. This kind off people wouldn't be here go back to your country with ir sartificate work with the animals!

Driver behaviour too good friendly nature .

The worst sub ever. Literally I ordered a chicken tikka subway and they gave no chicken with less sauce ever! Like wth!

The delivery was fine and good but the food wasn’t great. The drinks were warm and not chilled. The cookies tasted dry and not fresh.

Amazing customer service, prety served me and she was excellent. Great food, great customer service. I went on 21 sep at about lunch time.

Order delivered was incomplete, customer service was non existent, never ordering from them again. Abysmal!!!

So I don't normally review Subways unless they're extraordinarily good or extraordinarily bad. Unfortunately for this subway, it is the second one. I go in and the guy is just waiting in the back, have to ask for service. Then, whenever I asked him for something, it seemed as if he couldn't understand me properly. When it came for asking for salad and sauces, I had to ask him several times for more because he was acting really stingy with it. Eventually, I asked him to scan my Subway card and he 'did', but when I checked later, it turned out he didn't. This is nothing new because it's happened in this store before where I wanted to redeem a side and the rude lady said I have to make a purchase. Anyway, at the end, I paid for the sub and asked for a cup drink, which he said was broken and it clearly wasn't, and as a cherry on top, when I opened my sandwich, it was not cut in half, so I had to get up again to get that done. Long story short, give this Subway a miss. I'm a Subway devotee, but this place is an absolute joke, and seeing the other reviews, I'm surprised Subway hasn't done a complete overhaul of the employees here. No work ethic, very rude, just there to take money and not do the work required of them. If you don't like being kind to people, don't be in the customer service industry! 0/5, don't come here, go somewhere else, Ilford has loads of food places.

The guy who was taking our order was rude and very inpolite and refused to take my order

The bread was not available seeded it was honey oat the patty was undercooked there was not a lot of salad the gloves was not changed the sauce was not shown to me and I was overcharged 7.69 for that too much money I will like my money back

Rude staff. Not very helpful. Three times in a row, felt like they don’t want to serve … very disappointed… I love subway, almost one or twice a week. But regret going there to face the rudeness :(

So I went in here because my kids wanted a subway only for him to say that we are only allowed 3 peices of sweetcorn, 3 peices of olives and 3 cucumbers (I have it on video of him saying this) if we wanted more than 3 peices we have to pay £1 for each item he said that the salad is not free and that we are only paying for the meat so we have to pay extra even in the salad box! What a joke we pay an extr 60p for the salad box and only allowed 3 peices of each so we just walked out and left it will not be going back the staff was very rude and was swearing at me in his language very unprofessional and disgusting behaviour especially Infront of children! Wish I could add the video! Stay away and go to another subway which we ended up doing! He also said I wasn't allowed to use my points to get a subway and he wasn't allowed to scan the subcard

Lettuce in my sub which was not ordered.

The customer service is really poor . The lady working there was busy on her phone , and no concern to my choice /preference was given . Pretty bad experience . She was mute most of the time , underfilled the sub , and hurriedly went back to her to attend her call . No work ethics

Absolutely horrendous,I have never seen such bad customer service.Initially I went in with my friend and it was during Ramadan and my friend who is seek ordered a sub.He proceeds to slander him saying that he shouldn't be eating in Ramadan and questioning him.I then the next week go with another friend because we had all invited eachother to the app hearing we can use the points to get food.Well with this friend after he asked to scan his rewards (right after I had just scanned it ) the guy said that he was not allowed to scan it which was absurd since I just did he then proceeds to tell him to get out of the shop bear in mind he didn't say anything wrong or no aggressive behaviour and just questioned why he would let me san it and not him.He now unplugged the scanner and every time my friend asks to scan it he tells him to get lost and go to another subway.

21:17 21/04/23 Just arrived as my little boy wanted a subway ans driven for 2.5 hrs reading the the London marathon.. to fing it closed! It's sign says open till 2200hrs. Guy inside waves his hand in dismissal... won't even speak.. utterly useless! Avoid!

Not good service at all, it’s like he wanted me to not go there again which I won’t be. Very stingy with toppings, salad and sauces. It’s like eating plain bread.

Most ridiculous customer service. I received 1 thing from my order only. Called up and for the first 4 minutes he was quoting an order that wasn’t mine or listening to the fact it’s not my order then told me to come down and collect my missing items. Why would I order from just eat if I was going to go there.

Useless, their scanner always happens to be broken when there's Subway deals available with a Subcard

Honestly horrible service After placing and order online They called me and told me to cancel my order I called back saying I couldn’t and that I was trying , after getting into contact with the delivery service we both for half an hour tried to call the shop to get confirmation about cancellation, where the proceeded to avoid contact letting the Order be undecided After a long time and a lot of effort they had the balls to contact the deliver service and said I asked for a cencelation even though they where the ones who asked for it and made me waste a lot of time and effort and made me incredibly hungry as I couldn’t order anything else till THEY decided Truly lovely …..

One of the worst subway store in this area. Pathetic staff and no sense of customer service. Most offers in the apps are not available in the store! To say the least they struggle to keep stock and maintain food hygiene! Avoid !!!!

in my order i mentioned i want both my subways to be toasted as contained meat and cheese. both came freezing cold. we didnt enjoy it at all. i called the restaurant and told them but they werent bothered all they said was 'it was a mistake' and to complain to just eat even though the problem wasnt the driver it was them! im very upset it was my last money and ordered it whilst at work which i cant leave. and now im left hungry...

Hi, To this store manager. Please I request you to see what's going on in your store. I was there today @1.30 pm. You can check the camera as well. There is one women who was serving me she was bit angry with everyone including me. After that I want to pay with my subway reward that time as well she took so much time,like she don't know anything about till. When I first enter to store she didn't say anything like hi, hello or good afternoon. She was there but her mind was somewhere else. She was rude with me. When I was sitting in the corner having my Sub that time again I heard that she was literally shouting on old woman who was really don't know how to order, she was treated that old woman like she is homeless...it was really ridiculous thing I saw in my life...i approach to that old woman and said sorry to her and then she was sitting next to me but still she was scared..... is this type of customer service you do? Please I request you to this store manager please take the action or atleast told her to talk nicely with everyone... atleast she should talk with Old person very calm. I Will never ever visit this store if she is there for serving.. Thank you
