Subway in Dudley

Two subs we received were made well and tasted great. Service was good - the two servers were very friendly. The only downside to this subway is its usually very untidy and there's always litter on the floor - not very attractive to customers

SOPHIE was very polite helpful and always smiling. Her customer service was outstanding and she definately went the extra mile for me and my kids. I hope the senior management see my review and recognise they have a real shining example in Sophie of the perfect member of staff.

The girls who work here are so friendly! The food is good every visit and it’s great for a quick bite. Worth a visit

Absolutely horrible. They don't pay wages to the empleyees, owner is very rude and uncooperative

Usually a great place to grab a bite after my work but today went in got some funny looks from the staff, couldn't hear them when they spoke to me, felt as if they didn't want to be there and the food was cold when I asked to be heated. I had a steak and cheese wrap. They didn't ask if I wanted meat to be heated and when it was toasted and I took a bite it was cold even the outside. It was cheap I guess that was a upside

Apart from my veg meatball being hard at the end it was fine ..I also noticed the lad messing with chicken then getting cheese with same glove ..just be careful but other than than loverly

Yet to try the vegi option!! you can still build your own sub if you know what you fancy, fantastic

Staff was very helpful and there the only food stall which were gloves when making your sub.

Overly priced. They used to give good offers back in days. One can't be filled with 6inch sub. My 11 year old boy will eat a foot long and that is £7-8. Just the hype🤔

Subway run out of chicken when they were next to KFC get it together Subway womt be going there again. 🤬🤬🤬

A little over priced on they're vehicles

The food is quite healthy when compared to other fast food chains. This specific branch serves Halal meat which opens it up to more people, helping to create a diverse atmosphere. However, the food can be quite expensive compared to other fast food chains. That being said, their preparation time is far quicker than other fast food chains.

Not the fastest behind the tills beings there's four people making one sandwich but the new cheesey garlic bread ITALIAN BMT was the shiz yo.

Staff need to improve their demeanour and methods. Had my sub toasted and they left it to stand for ages before enquiring what salad etc so it was stone cold by the time I got it. I complained and they very reluctantly remade the sub.

Usually busy, decent quality food.

Food is good but staff lack basic customer skills Rude staff, sub was thrown together, no please or thank you. Girl who served me was only interested in sweeping the floor. No hair nets ponytail just loose on her head going in food etc.

The sandwich was messy and fell apart as soon as I opened it and my daughter complained of the strong taste of salt in her sandwich. We also asked for no olives or onions yet we still got them. The pepsi was also flat. Dissapointed but in all it didn't taste awful

Just like most subways only the staff can be a bit grumpy and it is crowded most of the time.

Poor shop.. Manager is an idiot.. Takes on too many staff and cant afford to give adequate hours to the current staff.. Messy place and cramped.

Very rude and ignorant staff members the man that served me told me I would not be able to afford my meal when I could he also told me I was lieing and I would not recommend this food place ever

Just like every other subway in the UK - Well run, clean, and good food.
