McDonald's in Dudley

All the food was cold it was vile the burgers was like rubber the chips was like they had been left for an hour before delivering them. None of us could eat it paid over £30 for a meal so cold it was vile and went in the bin

Bit dire to be honest, I don't think I will be going back.

after getting notified that food had been delivered to which it hadnt arrived 30 minutes after for the driver to say he had been riding round different estate look ing for my address even after having a map to follow ,as u can guess the food is freezing cold which ended up straight in the bin nearly £28 quid down the drain im so angry!!!

delivery took forever and was stone cold when it turned up. also poorly packaged. not happy

Driver was late , only 5 minutes but still. The actual food was good but was missing one of the McMuffins. Which when there was 2 x Main items ordered and 1 is missing - not very good. The other item was delivered fine though and tasted great.

Food absolutely freezing £21 for food that is supposed to be hot is really poor

My quarter pounder was completely plain with no pickles or onions etc even though I dodnt request any changes and the food was cold.

Dire food, if you can even call it that, this was a toilet stop!!

My wife and I been in Merry Hill Mcdonald, my wife forgotten her mobile that she accidentally put down on the tray. On our way out ,I handed the tray to Julie and she noticed why is it heavy .So we rushed back and there are the nice ladies Julie and Kate waiting for us to come back.We are so grateful that there are people like them so honest and kind.. Thank you so much!😀

chicken nuggets were stone cold and the medium fries were still solid as if not properly cooked. not happy at all

I ordered 9 chicken selects share box and I got sent 20 chicken nuggets when I don’t eat chicken nuggets

would have been nice to have fries that were not half empty, considering we paid for large 😢

driver was extremely rude. if he is not going to read the comments to help himself find us that's not my problem. we are the corner house so it's not difficult to find us. shame the driver let you down as food was delicious.

I’m not happy with the way my order was delivered or my driver ! He spilled my drink on the floor as he was holding the bag incorrectly and then proceeded to tell me he was going to get a new one but hasn’t returned

ordered food 2 hours ago, put right post code in DY2 0XR compact fork trucks, driver went somewhere else told driver the right building where we are driver called back said going somewhere else then coming to drop my order no one been want refund !!

Got given someone else's food (stone cold) and from looking at their receipt their order was incomplete, so even if it was my order there'd have still been a problem. Had to apply for refund through JustEat

I ordered a breakfast wrap and got an egg bacon sausage bap brown sauce instead.

all good apart from the curry sauce dips missing as kids like them for there nuggets chips and on there custom made burger.

not happy. not all of my order was in the bag, plus tuck hour and 10 min to cook/ arrive.

absolutely ridiculous. firstly the burger meat was in half , no extra onions and I asked my no pickles . put me off eating burger, everything was just dashed on bun not appealing at all . And milkshake not thick but thats more likely the drivers fault putting it close to hot food .what a waste of money. No more Macdonald, just vile .

only complaint is no straw for my strawberry milkshake. waiting for milkshake to melt then drinking melted milk shake isn't nice at all. I tried drinking milkshake with lid off but kept getting hit in nose with the strawberry shake, how hard is it to remember to put straw in bag.

I received a beef Big Mac instead of the chicken Big Mac I ordered. everything else is OK though. The new packaging looks good.

Can't see the point in reviewing a McDonald's to be honest. The place isn't big enough and the layout isn't great to negotiate especially when you have pushchairs and the like. The purpose of my 'review' however is to pass on some praise. Apologies if this is not PC but I want to say that the two 'mature' ladies who assisted us Monday 18th March lunchtime went above and beyond their duty to look after us. Then I noticed that it wasn't just our family, they were like it with everyone who needed a bit help. I wish there were a few more people around just like them.

My order arrived and all food was cold, I tracked the drivers progress via the app, and it took almost 25 minutes to arrive, the driver didn’t seem to have a warmer bag either, not very happy, not sure I’ll be using the delivery service again.
