Subway in County Durham

Service was very slow, can’t handle phone takeout & customers in store, salad was very poor, half handful of brown lettuce, no cucumber in store, about 10 sweetcorn, plus cookie tasted like it had been in store for 2 days very hard, will not be going back.

We love going here as staff are lovely and the food so fresh and great value for money. Not impressed that subway have discontinued the chilli wrap tho.

Gran lugar para un sándwich con amor la carne differance n queso. Nos dio un montón para elegir. Bebidas postres maravillosos.

Fuimos a este viernes 31 de marzo en el metro de 2017 a las 5:30 pm. Me sorprendió encontrar la única opción disponible era una envoltura de pan. No hay pan de ninguna especie. Ahora puedo confirmar que la carne, queso, normalmente muy delicioso, es muy escaso en una envoltura, comparado con un abundante desayuno italiano. Estuvo bien, pero me decepcionó. Ya que esta fue la noche antes del fin del Festival de Comida Bishop Auckland, con 10, 000 visitantes esperados en la ciudad, me sorprendió que no eran abastecidas a los rápidos listos para el ataque. Cada Metro está dirigido por una franquicia, y así cada rama tiende a correr a estándares diferentes, aunque se supone que funcionan con el mismo nivel de calidad que cabe esperar de la otorgante, Metro IP Inc. Me quejé a Metro a través de su página web y en la justicia no recibir una disculpa del gerente del área del franquiciado, y el ofrecimiento de un almuerzo gratis. Quizás tengan más opciones de pan la próxima vez?

Nuestra nieta quería volver, que básicamente comida para llevar con un par de taburetes. Calidad de la comida era buena, pero con muchas corrientes, moscas y avispas todo y el suelo estaba sucio.

Excellent service from very friendly staff great food at decent prices my son loves the subs and salads plus it's a more healthier option than macs or KFC

We enjoyed some really nice sandwiches here. hand made and to order. lovely bread. what could go wrong. well we were going on a walk with our dog and bought a bottle of water for her, as well as bottled drinks with us to take on the walk. asked for a paper cup but it is not allowed. not allowed to have a paper cup despite spending over £14! slightly galling to say the least. apparently the cups are all accounted for, so god help us all if one of them gets dirty, because 'they are all accounted for'. disappointing.

I was really impressed with the service I received the other day at Subway. I was served by a lady called Tracy who was a very happy person and made me feel welcome. I'd certainly visit this shop again. It was my first visit and I'm sure to visit with all my colleagues again. Well done Tracy.

Had subway salad today which was lovely. Only downside with this outlet is the customer service from the staff. As someone who had never been before I was asked abrupt questions and expected to know what they where on about. Better customer service would make this outlet great

I visited subway yesterday the 4th of july and I was greeted by a lovely set of ladies who helped me choose my sandwich with a smile. Two of the lady's were crossing shifts and they did this efficiently so as not to disrupt the other young girl who was working and I assume was an apprentice. They even asked me after I'd eaten if I'd enjoyed my sandwich which is something I've never been asked in other subway stores. What a delightful set of lady's and a spotless clean place. I shall be returning here regular as over the years this store had been going down hill and I was greeted by miserable faces but its now a friendly welcoming environment with lovely staff . Well done girls .

I am absolutely appalled at the way the staff speak to the customers here. I will never set foot in this place again! The management need to look at those staff and probably offer some training in customer service. If they don't like making sandwiches for a living go elsewhere! I would happily go somewhere else with my custom at tindale and receive much better service. Disgusting.

Clean and tidy but with only a couple of seats if you want to be seated. Only ever two members of staff on so when its busy there is a bit of a wait. The food is up to the usual standard of subway even though it is a tiny store

Food was okay as you'd expect from subway but there is no seating and when we were there only one person serving. Make sure you get there with lots of time to spare if it's a work day. Also unlike other subways the drinks aren't refillable as we found out by the evil glare from guy behind counter.

Lovely fillings, can have healthy options, particularly like the flat bread. Would be nice if the surroundings for eating in were more attractive/welcoming as seems like they don't actually want you to eat there.

Subway recently opened a café in Guisborough so I thought I would give it a try and I was very surprised at the service, which was excellent. There was a good variety of food and drinks, the toilets were spotless and the staff were very friendly.

Great food here I get salads as well, the service is a little slow for me and the staff are very polite. The sandwiches are really moreish it it has a lot of choices . Recommend
