the bread was stale amd soggy in the middle from the peppers .. hardly toasted like requested and no sauce .. will be requesting a full refund

I order a meal deal and only received a sandwich

Subway got my order wrong, gave my girlfriend the complete wrong sandwich with raw onions which she can’t have because she’s pregnant, both sandwiches are soggy and wet, wrong bread and when i tried to ring them they can’t even be bothered to pick up the phone, appalling food and service. I expect a refund from just eat! Just eat are just as useless and won’t give a refund!

Decent quality food that's actually good for you. Price is OK too.

Ordered salad and it seems the delivery driver delivered the wrong order waffles and ice cream for tea!

Portion size was extremely small, fries were soggy and cold, despite the driver delivering extremely quick. Sandwich was soggy and messily put together. Not worth the price at all.

Paid for 2 x build your own footlong meals. Didn’t receive drinks, crisps and cookies. Then found cheese put on the wrong sandwich. A bit more care needs to be taken with customers orders!

Order two salads every Thursday there always really good for the price, I work with someone who’s pregnant and her craving is cucumbers they always add extra and more to her order would definitely recommend aspley subway

Hats off to these folks at subway they actually pay super close attention to notes. Always followed, as per instruction. Unlike the subway at Leeds Road.

the food was cold and not properly packaged, finding bits of salad in the bottom of the bag. One of the drinks had leaked in the bag and the sandwiches was wet through. 2 sandwiches wasted in the bin. Will order from another store in future or just avoid subway all together as this isn't the first time I've been let down by subway. If you're charging so much for something, I want to be able to eat it.

Delivery driver wouldn’t hand food over although it was all paid for arguing that he needed a code even though there wasn’t one provided with the order which made the food cold.

I ate this Subway sandwich 🥪 the night before HOPEFULLY 🤣🤞🙏 a “surprise” Northampton win against HTAFC 🔵⚪️ at the JSS tomorrow. HTAFC 🔵⚪️ won 4-0 last week, got back to winning ways, but I don’t want them to win this game tomorrow. I’m not overly keen on them gaining promotion back to the C’ship. I’d rather them stay in L1 for a long time, I really could get used to staying in L1. My sub felt warm - don’t know why that was. I didn’t ask for it to be toasted. Wasn’t too pleased to be honest.

I love coming to Subway is amazing and the Decorations is more Attractive coming for breakfast more and lunch so much selection which is excellent and I love uniforms for staff wearing and very friendly great customer service and earn subcard points can spend on anything I can and the subway logo is awesome good for business the cookies are delicious 👍

I am back to paying 😂 for a JE order after 👩 paid 💳 for one yesterday for the whole household from Sharky’s Almondbury. I had cheeseburger 🍔 and cheesy chips 🍟 in Weatherspoons earlier today, now I’ve just had a Subway delivery, my favourite 🤩 Subway sub, tuna 🍣 mayonnaise with cheeses in it 👍😂. Another JE order and another driver that didn’t ask for a delivery code on arrival. This feature that JE thinks it has brought out has failed absolutely miserably so far. 🙄🤣👎❌ Drivers not aware of it, not asking for codes. What was the point of bringing it out if drivers don’t even know anything about it? 😂👎❌🙄 My first JE order this week 😂, I ate out earlier today but somewhere that I’ve ordered from before on JE a few times, the wonderful Sharky’s in the town centre. 🤤

Clearly hadn’t pulled any gluten free bread out the freezer in time for it to defrost naturally so the bread was microwaved & then toasted which resulted in shrunken, rock hard bread unable to bite through for £12.

“The courier is nearby. Don't forget to give them your delivery code.” Just Eat, the driver just handed the Subway sandwich 🥪🍞 to me; he didn’t ask for a code whatsoever. If you think you’ve brought out this feature successfully where drivers ask for a code to confirm delivery, well it’s not working. Not one JE driver that I’ve seen has asked for a code. 🤣👎 I ordered this takeaway 🥡 because I was in a wonderful following Huddersfield’s 2-0 win at Peterborough yesterday 👍💪, up the Town 🤣

Another driver that wasn’t aware of JE’s introduction of four 4️⃣ digit delivery codes, don’t get it why I get 4 digit code on my screen if a driver isn’t aware of the process that’s supposedly in place now. The driver today and another yesterday, both that work for JE, weren’t aware about anything to do with a requirement to get a code off a customer. JE need to update their drivers - they’re not aware of the process at all. This was my 3rd takeaway of the week 🤣, two yesterday 🤣, one today 🤣.

Missing a cookie, sent the wrong drink, and sent 2 pepperoni wraps instead of 2 pepperoni footlong slices. not happy

2 foot long were wrong , one should of been ham & cheese NOT toasted the other shoe of been ham cheese & mayo toasted came without cheese 👎

My first ever Subway🥪, didn’t think I’d be able to order it the way I have it in store, a tuna 🍣 mayonnaise with certain kinds of cheeses 🧀. I ordered this Subway on the day of the Euros final, kick-off is less than 8 hours away. Come on England🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿, win the game in Berlin. FINALLY bring the game home🏡. Don’t let Spain make us accept a runners up spot - again! We’ve been there before when we couldn’t beat Italy. The nation wants a trophy, a perfect time to end the 58 year wait for a major honour.

waffle fries were half cooked and stone cold, not impressed

I accidentally left my work address as delivery address and so contacted the shop to let them know and they got the delivery driver to contact me. delivery went extremely smoothly considering it my own fault for not checking first but thank you to both the staff member I spoke to and the delivery driver for accommodating my mix up 😊

There seems to be a problem with my post code. Although it is correct, your drivers seem to end up on Park Lane for some reason.

Sandwich was fine, but the B&J ice cream portion was unbelievably small - literally a sample tasting size. Disappointing.

Small little shop so its kiosk hell free, you come to this store for when you want a personalised sandwhich. Staff are always super friendly, specially "pow(?)" and her colleagues she's usually on, even the other staff are on the ball. Any issues i've had with my order are resolved immediately and you dont feel like you've annoyed someone when you ask for it to be changed.

Whoever made my order today should give themselves a pat on the back everything was just right sub was perfect and hashbrowns were nice and crispy 👌 Thank you

I've never had a wrap before but thought I'd give one a try with the BMT. Don't get me wrong I love a sloppy sarnie but the wrap was very neat and tasted just as delicious! As for delivery? It was BANG on time so definitely no complaints there. 10/10 👍

It’s always a pleasure to visit this subway store. The staff here are outstanding, delivering consistently exceptional service and are very personable and friendly, which far exceeds any other Subway I have been to. I am also impressed by the owner’s ability to remember my order as a returning customer. The quality of the food is of a high standard as all the ingredients are fresh and well prepared and the staff take the time to check you are satisfied with the quantity of ingredients added without rushing. Additionally, there are no kiosks here unlike other subways in the vicinity, making the ordering process far more efficient. As someone who enjoys subway but has had bad experiences at other franchises, I cannot recommend this store enough!

Regular customers I ordered all the time and never ever will I order again. 3 times now they have don’t my order wrong and the first 2 I let slide 3rd I’m not! I rang and they said if I was to get a taxi down they would replace my wrong sandwich with the right one and so I did. Excellent shop love going in the staff who know the regular can get my order right without opening my mouth but now menu changed a bit we will see good food always fresh only thing that lets it down it like a lot of place over priced stuff But the staff are a credit to the place
