I have wanted to try this place for so long! I'm gutted I haven't done it sooner. Today we finally gave it a try. We ordered bbq chicken pizza some chips to share and my partner got a mix kebab on nan. My partner likes his Donner in a certain way so we were skeptical. However we could not fault the food. Throughout eating we both kept saying how beautiful the food was! It was delivered quickly it was really warm. The delivery person was friendly. The flavours are amazing! And the portions are very generous. Extremely impressed. I just wish we tried sooner. I have often walked past the shop and always commented on how nice the food smells. Honestly not a bad word to say at all. No faults with anything. Everything was fresh and flavoursome. I do think this may be our new go to!

Ordered pollo pasta, it is meant to be creamy with sauce. It was made in tomato which wasn’t nice and how it was meant to come. It was very dry

Food is exceptional. Never a complaint about the quality or delivery time. Food is always piping hot which is a hallmark of a place that cares about food. Will never knock this place for as long as it’s here. Best takeaway in Heckmondwike by far

Used to be a regular customer. I won't be using this takeaway anymore as this evening (Monday) I ordered a pizza and garlic bread and it took 58 minutes to receive my order. When the order was received it wasn't freshly made. It tasted like it had been sat on the top of the pizza oven for sometime waiting to be delivered. Very poor food and service for a Monday.

Always hot, good quality food.! This takeaway was ordered late at night and the delivery driver was thoughtful, even down to the light knock at the door. Always service with a smile.

First time ordering from here and it won't be the last. Food arrived when it said it would. The food was piping hot, the donner meat and chips we kept hot in foil and a cardboard box. The cheesy garlic mushrooms were amazing. Pizza great too. Good quality ingredients. Why have we not tried here before.

Very good the first time i went there they gave me free chips and the pizza once I ate 5 slices because it was so yummy kebab is decent and there’s one tiny problem the chairs aren’t that comfortable but other than that it’s amazing you should definitely go there 😁

Started ordering regularly from Caputo’s and the food is really good! Service is always friendly and collection orders generally are ready in 20 minutes or less

Went here because harlequins where we usually go was closed. What a mistake. Firstly the menus in the store have old prices on them so everything is far more expensive than it appears. I asked for two kebabs with chili sauce and one with salad. Neither had chilli sauce. The salad consisted of some red onion and one slice of tomato which weren’t even inside the kebab. For some bizarre reason they cut through the pitta bread which makes it impossible to eat as all the filling falls out. The purpose of pitta bread is that it holds everything inside! Avoid this place it’s rubbish

Had a mixed donner and a chicken kebab from here tonight for the first time, from recommendations. And wow it did not disappoint. I'm really funny with chicken but every piece was lovely. My partner loved the mixed kebab, said it was lovely. Will definitely be back. Thank you

Went in for a pizza. No big menu anywhere just a paper menu on counter. Chose a 11" thin meat feast pizza price on menu was 6.80 but was charged 8.45. What I got wasn't worth 8.45 and didn't taste good either.

Horrible food, found hairs in my burger& chips was soggy. I seen one of the workers drop the tomatoes on the floor and they still yet put the same tomato in the burger.. the other staff was smoking a cigarette in the back and never washed his hands, and he was touching all the food. Personally I would 100% not recommend

The food was bland asked for chilli and garlic sause paid for it and everything and it just wasn’t nice it happend 2 times now I want a refund

Unfortunately ordered via Deliveroo and the order was nowhere to be seen. No answer from the restaurant and Deliveroo couldn't get them either. A shame really.

We ordered having ordered before and knowing we liked it but it came and was the wrong order and so we rang and took another 30-40 mins for our order to arrive but didn't really get an apology. Such a shame to have such a bad experience from somewhere we know make good food! My daughter was starving and wasn't even hungry by the time she received her food. She opened the pizza box to see a pizza covered in chicken and mushroom when she was expecting a margarita Such a shame. Used to love Caputo

Absolute joke ordered 8.20 rang 10.30 see where order is told will be half hour no order arrived save your time and go somewhere else

Get the cheesy chips here there absolutely amazing, you wont have had any like it before i guarantee you. The pizzas are also really tasty! If i lived closer id be here every night

I'm sorry but my order was late even though I'd asked for a specific time! Then when I received my pizza it had looked like it had been dropped and all toppings were to one side of pizza. I've have a photo for proof. I tried asking for a refund but you've refused so I'm sorry but re ordering again

Never had a problem ordering from here but tonight just eat app said food delivered and it wasn't contacted them and they apologised and said it would be 15mins it was another haif a hour . Don't understand why just eat thought it had been delivered .food was nice

Would have liked to have given 5 stars for both. Food was delicious and most of it was delivered on time. However items were missing. This was quickly dealt with, apologies given and missing items delivered. Won't stop me from using again

Very disappointing experience with Caputo’s this evening. Despite having ordered from here for the past few years - often weekly - there was an issue with delivery after the wrong phone number had been incorrectly stored on the app, despite the address and post code being correct. Whilst the incorrect number may have been my own fault, I find it hard to understand how the driver could not find the address from the address and postcode given, particularly after delivering here regularly. Upon phoning the takeaway, I was privy to the most unprofessional and unpleasant customer service I have ever experienced. Absolutely disgraceful, rude, arrogant and obnoxious attitude. Safe to say, we will not be ordering again despite having always enjoyed the food. Not sure if it has recently changed hands, as we’ve never had an issue before.

Fantastic food! Delivery was on time. Food was piping hot. Best cheesy chips for miles around. The wife had a burger, and it was none of this burger van stuff - it was restaurant quality! Certainly worth paying the £3 delivery charge when food is this good. Great meal will deffo be back again soon!

Haven't had caputos for a while but we love the Mexican chicken burgers, it was delicious as it has been every other time but it took 2 hours to be delivered, when I rang to see where it was I was told it was on the way but still wasn't here until 30 mins later.. and the driver was miserable and didn't even acknowledge it was late just handed me the food and said bye...

Prices have to go up I understand that but portion sizes certainly not what they were a few months ago I could never finish a kebab last night I could have ate two they were so small shame because its lovely food but I think they're taking the ****

First time my order was late but give you the benefit of the doubt as it was Friday,so apart from a little cool the food was up to it's usual high standard.

Use them regularly and never unhappy but last order chips were all soggy and the calzone had almost no sauce,not like the usual quality food they provide.

Order for the second and last time, food came after 1 hour and 20 mins To be given an order we presumed was ours with 'just' missing items upon opening the full order realised it wasn't ours. Called the restaurant to be told 'how can it be ours' when he was only just making it. He said it would be another 10 mins and to re wrap the order we had been given and give back to the driver. I would never order from here knowing that someone else could have received my food touched it and then been delivered second hand.....

Hands down the best burger! Their food is always consistent and good quality. Another touch I really like, is most of the packaging is cardboard, so better for the environment and helps to keep the chips crunchy 🙂
