it's good tho definitely order two foot longs as one doesn't feel you up

my sub was cold inside not hot.

Veggie and had tuna all over it cross contamination and came cold and wrong bits inside

This order never arrived. The driver was on my street, then disappeared. No idea if someone sniped my order or if the driver took off with it, but the delivery wasn't attempted.

Bread was on borderline being stale

The sandwiches look like they were just thrown together. They weren't even cut evenly or indeed all the way through. The delivery time went from 17:12 and just kept creeping up until delivery time which was 17:34. Also the toasting was poor

The sandwiches was not made properly and the sauce was all over the place the paper and hardly any Tuna in one of them

was Toasted hot tuna not my thing so can't eat it....what a waste of money

I eat Subway on a regular basis. Its been a while since I visited this store. The bread they served me is not fresh They definitely baked it the day before. Also the sandwich artist said they are not doing the peri peri seasoning anymore Which I had last week in another subway store. Everytime I request them to pack my footlong as two 6 inches which is easy for me to eat. When I requested the man He declined saying here in this store we don’t pack that way (Probably he must be lazy). Sounded very rude. I have been to a lot of subway restaurants never experienced anything like this. The store is in a great location it will be great if they work on food standards and customer service.

sandwiches packaged really badly. squashed in the bag with cold drinks. sandwich also prepared with ingredients not aaked for making it inedible

Took 40 minutes nearly to make a 6 inch sub. Says that they do birthday free sub but they don’t. Takes ages to order

Got a couple of cookies from here, hit or miss with the freshness. Oddly, the first time was in the morning and it was stale and the second time it was really fresh, last thing at night.

I have been a customer since almost 6years. Lots of love for Kartik, Kartika and Vinot…great customer service and really kind and always helpful. Love you guys ❤️ I really appreciate you guys ✨

I don't leave a zero cause there is no option. I order vía just eat and the delivery never arrived. I understand that's not the fault of the restaurant, but when I called the person that picked up the phone not only dismissed me and try to hang up on me, he was very rude. Zero customer service, zero help or manners. Will never order anything to this restaurant again.

No cheese in the veggie Pattie. The garlic bread was just cheesy bread and the wedges were stone cold. Considering we are only 5 minutes if that from the subway I am not sure how they were cold. I am not sure I would order again from this subway which is a shame as I love a subway.

The portions of the salads were soooooo small, the girl who served seemed to be sorry to put more ingredients into the salad like she was putting everything from her own fridge🤡

Not what I ordered, I ordered not toasted and even added it to the notes but the sandwich has been toasted. So i can not eat it as i find toasted subways to taste disgusting

Hi my food came about 10 minutes ago one of your workers has tried coming inside my home saying inappropriate comments to me and also assaulted me my touching my face in a inappropriate way.

was told they were nearby, stood outside for 10 minutes to have them mark it as delivered and never got it at all

I am student and I have subway points I have nearly 4k points and the I want sub through my points but this subway employer told me there app scanner not work how can any subway till working without scanner your employee is fool or what and the employer name is RAJ may be so how you run your subway if you don't know how to satisfy customer and don't have equipment that's and excuse because he don't want to give me I am mailing subway about this improve your customer service

Both of my once hot footlong rolls were placed in the bag with the cold drinks. Needless to say they were stone cold on arrival after waiting 30mins longer than advised

He didn't deliver it to me !!!! He just market it as delivered !!!!

Sandwich was very poorly made, and the driver literally stood outside the building for over 20 minutes chatting with his friend before he rang the buzzer. Didn't even look at me when he handed me my order the resumed his conversation. The sub was stone cold, and absolutely drenched in sauce. Will never order from this branch again. Highly unrecommended.

Order from here all the time and really unimpressed this time. Items didn’t arrive in the order, the contents of the salad box is disgraceful with half the items missing which were advertised online when ordering. Not happy at all.

Vino is an outstanding member of that team, he has great memory of what you order, almost has it prepared before you reach the counter, he’s a very friendly person and should be used as an example of how people should be in a customer service role, his service is a big reason why I return specifically to this branch and not the other 2 within the town.

The footlong was cold and not even toasted when it was meant of been toasted and hardly tasted of any creamy Caesar in the footlong either. All that for over 16 pounds worth was not acceptable

My delivery arrived missing a footlong ham and cheese baguette. By the time i realised the driver had driven off and not answering my calls and the restaurant is not answering the phone.

Funny smell in there food not the same cant have turky and ham as its 50p for a slice of ham meatballs not the same tasted bad

Plenty of seating, good choice of baguettes/wraps or salad. Good variety of filling choice for meat eater or vegetarian/vegans. Sweet of muffin, cookie, or crisps. And wash it all down with fizzy pop, which is self-service, bottle drinks, or something hot.

Food was late and when asked why the driver was rude about it.

This one star rating is not for food. We received rewards coupon from subway and it dose mentioned the expire date is 16/04/2023 but the guy working yesterday ( 18/03/2023 around 19:00 ) is not aware of the reward Coupon and he did not even checked after taking this and said it’s not valid in a very rude manner as if we have asked him give a free sub. There should a minimum customer service because getting into a role were your serving people in food industry. Hope the manager of this subway need to teach their staff how to behave while serving a customer even they buy something for 1£ it matters. We are regular customers for subway but will never go to this place again.

Unfortunately, the order wasn't processed properly. So the wrong bread was used for the wrong sandwich, one lot was missing half the salad options and by the time it got to us, it was really cold as the cold drinks had been sat on top of the toasted subs...

We ordered 9-grain multi-seeded bread and we were given tiger bread and the order was more than 45 minutes late.

Little disappointed that I am missing one sauce and a variety of cookies from the 12 cookie box , overall happy but it is understandable as they were about to close, keep this in mind.

Your service is terrible it was an 1h and 20 mins late and then when it did arrive I have so one else’s order, I am fuming at the moment as how long I had to wait and I can’t even eat the order that came as I’m allergic to some of the ingredients. Want a refund immediately!

Quick delivery, tasty fresh products and the sub didn’t come too soggy with the sauces and was easy to eat without creating too much mess. Better than last time I ordered where the foot long wasn’t cut properly in the middle and thus created a mess.

Great food and service as always, only issue is that i ordered three bags of crisps but only got one?

Ordered a foot long, but wasn’t cut in half. Made so much mess trying to eat it as one roll that I think the dog had more than I did. Food was still tasty though.

Lovely but cold.couldn’t find crispy onions. Maybe try wrapping the food in foil or keep in a warmer! Other than that it’s near perfect 👍🏼

The sandwich was squashed under the bottle of drink I ordered. The sandwich was uncut. The sandwich has been made cold by drink. Delivered just within the estimated delivery time, which was about an hour after I ordered it.

Twice this week the guy working has locked the door 30 mins before close time whilst on his phone. Just so he can finish earlier. This is so unprofessional. I let it go the first time as he apologised - But then 2 days later he done it again.

It said delivered but I never received my order!! Also on tracking my order he was on the wrong road and then it said delivered.I want a refund and for subway to investigate this. It is unacceptable !
