we travelled to Luton from London. Thought we'd try out sams as it's a well established. Firstly it was £7.50 for six wings meal which was way high but it's fine if the food is good. The box had a small handful of chips inside which were totally limp, breaded wings were mixed with wings they hadn't boxered to bread just chucked it in the fryer with bare skin. We were in a rush else I'd ask for a full refund.

Picked up our order, drove all the way back home (we don’t live in Luton), hungry and excited to eat it all, and turned out that literally half of my order is missing!! Super annoyed. 4 chicken wings, 2 sets of fries and a sweet potato fries are not there. Refund for all missing food is not possible . What a waste of money.

I really like sam's chicken of Leagrave road branch. I tried couple of time the town centre one, but their service and food quality is not good as the other brance. I would recommend the Leagrave road Sam's over town centre.

Ordered food from here last night for the family firey wings bucket which came with 4 chicken burgers which were all raw and the excuse they gave were the guy that made the order was a trainee which isn’t a good enough answer

I ordered 6 chicken strip burgers, but unfortunately, all of them were raw and uncooked. I went back to the shop to inform them, and they explained that this is how their chicken is prepared. They claimed that the chicken is naturally brown and dry inside, but I found that explanation unconvincing. On top of that, the delivery was late, and the burgers were cold when they arrived. Instead of addressing my concern properly, the staff escalated the situation by asking other customers to smell the burgers to see if they were okay, which felt unprofessional. I only mentioned that the burgers weren’t cooked properly, but they didn’t seem to understand that. I ended up returning all 6 thigh fillet burgers, which cost me £17.31, making it a complete waste of money.

They have really nice fast food meals, and the customer service is 10/10

ordered to wrong place. but called the resturant within minutes of ordering he took the adress corrected it. but the driver took it to the wrong adress. called resturant but no one picked up. when your hungry this happens. ridiculous! how hard is it to change the adress on a receipt and how hard it is for driver to see the chnaged. also messaged driver on the chat that Jist eat gives. wasted money but no food

After long time went to have a lunch at Sam's. Service was poor and slow. Shop inside was dirty . Food price increased but quality is appalling. Hopefully will not go there unless all food shops closes in Luton !

After ordering my food THREE HOURS prior to my delivery slot, my order still managed to arrive an hour late!!! Cold! and tasteless! And they have the nerve to take a service charge for this!! My advice to anyone thinking of using Sam's chicken in the future, is simply FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I won't be ordering from Sam's chicken ever again.

Ordered 9.55 not received by 10.30 went to front door 3 times no one knocked on door but said delivered 10.16 rubbish never got delivered gone from one of the best to the worst do not order from them

Tried a different Sam’s then the usual one that Dunstable road and regret it massively. My delivery times changed and then when the food did arrive it was all cold, burger missing and the chips were stale not fresh.
