It was a lovely welcoming, nice hospitality. I would visit more often.

Aside from mixing up my order, the porridge was obviously not well prepared.

The quantity of the food does not match with the price. I ordered pepper soup, the portion was so small for the price, am not impressed at all.

I love the food and the customer service it is a top-notch

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience using Just Eat and Apata Restaurant. Despite ordering at 15:54 with an estimated 20-minute delivery time, my food still hasn't arrived by 18:32. To make matters worse, the app incorrectly shows the order as 'delivered'. I strongly advise against using this app and restaurant.

I had abula and it was 10000/10 giving me the real Nigeria amala taste and the best I’ve had in London. Will definitely be back, amazing and friendly service too.

Meat pie is toooo salty. Please cut down on the saltiness, especially in the dough. The size is okay though.

I would have like the delivery man to knock om my door, instead of calling me down stairs. That is all the idea of given my flat number.

Discovered Turkey and fish there and it's been non stop visit there. The spice are particularly good especially for the cold weather

Truly yummy dishes here .. Best meat pie , taste so rich .. Egunsi was also very nice with poundo here 👌🏽I am actually a very fussy eater so for me to enjoy these dishes .. kudos to this Lounge . Great location , reasonable prices and very quick to serve . Highly recommended

I ordered for okro soup, with assorted meat and swallow, puff puff as an appetiser but didn’t get the puff puff. E en though I paid for it. I have been calling your customer service line, but no response. I need a refund. I can’t be cheated.

Very bad I ordered puff puff but gave me pasties instead! And I don’t think the fufu was plantain is black…and also I didn’t even tomato soup….so very bad. I want refund.

I’ve given this rating because of the lack of consistency, the first time I ordered seafood okra it was very tasty and came with crab, shrimp and fish the second time I was disappointed as there was no crab and the overall taste was underwhelming the third time I ordered again no crab and there was loads of palm oil swimming in the container. To make matters worse the food always takes well over 1hr and 30mins which would be ok if the food was on point but I’m sorry to say that it isn’t good enough especially as the food is not cheap needs to do better and portions need to be better as well. The food is generally tasty but the whole service just lacks consistency.

Poor customer service I waited close to 45 minutes to get food, and it wasn't tasty, and it was watery (edi k k). It was very disappointing .

Found this place when visiting a friend in Luton. Had visited a couple of similar restaurants in the town in the past and was unimpressed by the food in one and unhappy with price in the other. This ticked both boxes. The service was good, and the food was excellent. Will return when next in town.

Poor quality of the food and low grade ingredients.

The place is neat, I would expect the place to be warm considering the cold weather outside. And all their stained cooking equipment need to be away from where customers can see. A curtain would be appropriate to cover what’s happening in the kitchen

The food was over an hour late and should have been communicated rather then having to call up still haven’t received the food.

OH MY GOD!!!!! I ORDERED MY FOOD AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING 😳!!!!! Try calling but no one answered than finally some so called lady told me that my food is on the way ! As a business owner lying like this!!!!!!!!! Shame on you !!!!!!!! You are disgusting by taking people money and than lying on the phone regarding the order! I ve asked for a refund and all she could say that the order is coming! 🤮🤮🤮🤮 obviously I reported this to rhe police as fraud! Shame,shame,shame on you !!!!

Absolutely love the cooking and the chef is so kind! Sometimes it is loud in there but it just makes the restaurant seem more welcoming.

Fantastic African Cuisine spot, have tried few of their menu ie Abula special, efo riro, Moi Moi and even Jollof Rice!

We had to wait for so long before we could get our food. There were only 2 meat pies left and the first one exploded in the microwave. There was so much noise with the people in there. I am not coming again o.

How do I have to wait over 2hours for an order made within Luton and at this point don’t know where my food is. This is really poor service, for a first time ordering from this restaurant I have to wait this long and probably get ulcerations in my intestines and not even sure the food will get delivered or the quality of food I’m waiting for.. this is really not acceptable

Good food and good vibes. This was my first time trying Nigerian food and it was so flavourful 🤤 I got egusi and beef stew with pounded yam and meat pie. The lovely sister who prepared our food was so kind and generous with the portions. Eating here gave us such a homely vibe and I will definitely be coming back here regularly.
