Go Coffee in Luton

I popped in to grab a cup of cappuccino this afternoon. The atmosphere was unpleasant, gloomy and creepy. The table weren’t cleaned, couches were torn, stained and unorganized. It took more than 5 minutes to get the coffee. Coffee tasted good but I didn’t enjoy it due to the bad aroma of the place. I wouldn’t suggest it to anyone. 👎🏼

Good service and friendly X but the only thing sat by the town entrance and could smell unsavoury smells 😷. Next visit will sit inside.

A good go too place for breakfast, lunch or snacks. They sell a good selection of bakery, sandwiches, panini's, jacket potato, lasagna, mac n cheese and so much more. We had the jacket potato with a choice of 2 toppings and side salad, it was hot and fresh and very filling. The staff were nice and everything reasonably priced. The reason for a lost star was just because it felt a little run down. They offer a dine in or take away service and I would recommend

Amazing breakfast spot. Great atmosphere, fab staff, and the food was delicious. Really well presented too. Good coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. I had the veggie breakfast and my fiancé had poached eggs. Both were excellent.

Ordered a sausage and bacon roll... Sausage and bacon, ok... But I didn't think much of the roll! ( too soft and cheap taste ) could do better! Like, use better quality rolls...

the workers were quite rude and even took long to serve me, my drink took way too long to make and was too small for it to be £5, disappointing

Ordered the'special'omelette which supposedly came with cheese and a choice of 2 toppings. When I asked what the toppings were the 1st words out of servers mouth were cheese. I said it already comes with cheese. We argued back and forth in any case she clearly doesn't know her own menu. Omelette was just eggs thrown over a bit of ham and mushroom and had zero taste. Go somewhere else people

Coffee was terrible, just hot milk, not a proper flat white, also microwave stale cakes?

Had the best breakfast with four colleagues here. We all had different things and we were all very excited about what we had. Even though it was extremely busy, the service was fast and waitress very polite and funny. Great atmosphere! Will definitely come back the next time I'm in the neighborhood.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Been a few times and has always been ok. BUY today soo poor. Service was really slow . Dinners after us where given food before us(we ordered 2 toasties and drinks another customer ordered 6full breakfasts and they were fed before us) when we went to question this after sitting for 20 mins all staff walked away as they saw us come to the counter. And when we do speak to someone they said they had six breakfasts to do!! Very poor and very poor customer service. Won't be going again!!

If i cud give this place 0 i wud, but it wont allow, luckily we didn't eat there, we just got a coffee, and it has been one of the worst coffees we av ever had, didn't even taste like coffee, let alone look like one as was in a glass mug, we was debating on getting a refund at one point but literally had half as cudnt even drink it and left the worst taste in our mouths till we got back to car to av our water, luckily my grandson had a fruit shoot, as dread to think what a smoothie wud of tasted like, was the worst and quickest we av ever been avin a coffee, and on way out a young lady wiv her little girl was looking at menu and i actually told her dont waste ya money as its bad&my daughter said same as she walked past... She was greatfull of advice and walked off.. So if u ever go Luton and go to the mall shopping centre, avoid at all costs..

Friendly staff, food is always great quality and it's a great place for children too. I love that you can get simple choices such as a cheese toastie with nothing else in it as well as cheese and tomato, then cheese and onion. They have so many different options for food with great coffee. This place is never too busy and a gem. Used to take my boy here all the time when he was little and I've carried on coming. The muffins are great too! 😁

Seen the member of staff today Eatting thr beans off the cooker with a spoon then putting the spoon back into the beans to service to customers when I management I was total ingored.

I always like the way the staff look after their customers. It is nice having meals served on proper plates instead of eating out of a plastic box like KFC. The atmosphere is very relaxing. It is no wonder it is always busy, they are so popular. Keep up the good work Go Coffee

I’ve been using this place for a couple of months now and enjoy it. Friendly staff and nice food but please change your tea bags back to PG tips ! The new ones are rank and I drink a lot of tea there. 👍 4* due to tea bags being pants.

Was rather busy today but staff managed to keep up with orders and get them ready quite quickly. Other staff were clearing tables. Will return again

This is literally the best breakfast I've ever had from anywhere. Every item was hot and fresh and cooked to perfection. The hot chocolate was perfect. Definitely would recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet breakfast whilst out and about.

This is a great coffee shop. The food/drinks are reasonably priced and decent quality. Have tried a few meals and cakes and all were excellent quality. What really makes this place great is the staff. Happy, friendly and helpful service from all. I always feel really welcome and get great recommendations from them. Comfy seating and quick service when eating in. They also have a great range to takeaway. My favourite place in Luton Mall.

I got their halal English breakfast with a mocha. I like that they've catered for the Muslim population. Brilliant food to be honest, can't complain. The waitresses were very nice and the service was on point. Would recommend.

Lovely place to have breakfast/lunch/a snack at; there is one of the girls who works there who is really friendly and makes you want to order more than a coffee, just because:) the food tastes good, the coffee and cakes are great too. well done!

Came here today for the first time. The girls behind the counter were fantastic. They were welcoming, friendly and helpful. I was enthusiastically offered recommendations without even being asked when the lady who took my order could see I was unsure what to order. Can't wait to visit again.

It's becoming a regular Saturday stop off after discovering they do Moroccan tea! Worth a visit just to try this healthy pick you up! Great staff and a good selection of dishes as well as beverages.

Coffee was good but not was not happy as they had a Mall logo in the front of coffee shop meaning you should get a percentage of for that but lady refused as she said it was not within the offer. Other shops with Mall logo in the front did reduce price no matter what you bought.

The coffee taste was not good enough. I asked for WiFi but there was no WiFi. Tables were not good clean.

Thus place is lovely for a really nice break from shopping or just want to go and have some time out with a friend or family member. Has a good range on the menu and has new stuff added recently. The staff are nice and the service is good. You order and go sit down and they bring it over to you which is a nice.

Go coffee is a great, calm, elegant and spacious place to have a breakfast. The coffee is original and tastes very good. Another thing is that the customer service is amazing with quick service and very nice staff. I would definitely be going back!

Don't understand where the good reviews come from Really bad coffee and cakes it made me and my partner felt sick all day and also you could see oil floating on the hot chocolate ... I don't even want to think of a reason... Go Gregg's or Costa at least you know what you're getting

I liked the deal that we got at this place. The tea I had was ok and the jacket potato was a reasonable size. Staff were very friendly.

Cofee is good but they are always sold out of most products on menu which is why i gave low score ,as i have to alwayss choose an alternative

I have been searching for a coffee that did not leave a bad taste in my mouth and came across this one. Great full body taste, dark and smooth with a nice flavour. Happy to say i have found a new coffee!!!
