Cockroach in the whole costa on the sofa they were crawling on the pastries I’m disgusted and will never go there to think I’m allergic to cockroaches aswell and they so pathetic no hygiene nothing

Very bad staff they're not provisional they bring the bad attitude from their country I was good customer spending at least 15 pounds every day at costa but not anymore.

Great staff and even better now it has been refurbished. Standard Costa offerings and a nice location to view the world going by or access the town centre.

This branch had become rather dowdy. It has been refurbished and is now a more pleasant environment.

This Costa is located on the ground floor of the Mall, opposite the library. It offers all of Costa’s usual menu. However, the staff are lackadaisical and the service is poor. They didn’t slice my toastie (which is standard across every Costa I’ve ever been to), out of sheer laziness. The coffee was too hot, so someone isn’t using the thermometer. And they didn’t put the hot toastie and other items into a paper bag for me to carry until I asked for it. Poor! However, everything tasted fine as it normally does.

I didn’t receive my order because the delivery man didn’t feel like coming to the hotel

Really bad service AGAIN! Last weeks order cancelled out of the blue after waiting 30 mins with a delivery time given. Decided to give them a 2nd go this weekend and to my horror the service was even worse. Two hours between order and delivery 3 miles away is shocking. Ended up meeting friend for lunch such was the wait. Costa have to get better at this. Things happen I understand but an early cancellation has got to be better than stringing customers along. Come on Costa you gotta do better.

Average Costa, lovely staff, but they have a big problem with people coming in to steal and there can sometimes be shouting/screaming/yelling and drama

A very expensive coffee and one of the dirty in town.Always all the tables are full with waste food,and the outside area is horrible!

good and fast service, easy to both pick up and is welcoming enough to be able to sit down and enjoy your order there as well.

The hot drinks were *extremely* hot (to the point where I'm questioning the calibration of their machines) and the floor and seating was extremely dirty and in disarray. The seats material was ripped and very dirty - clearly hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. Same goes for the entrance mat - very dirty and had extremely old gum on it. If I didn't know this was a Costa I'd assume it was a run down cafe run by a couple just running out the clock until retirement, not a nationwide leading coffee chain. Absolutely shameful.

Staff are rude they are warning people to leave store Even we public wait 5 min for partner or frnds they are loosing words and customers lol I can order 1000 coffees if i want but Remember store manager your staff cant take words back

Eta was 12.25 got delivery at 1 and coffee was not hot

Order was wrong. No idea if it was intentional or not.

Many times the coffee tastes bad, and every once in a while they make it right, in addition to their bad manners with customers.

I have never ever visited such dirty, unmanaged and lowest at customer service. Not even a single table was clean. Rubbish on floor and on tables. I request them twice that I’m having my coffee here but still they offered everyone in paper cups. A very long queue like I’m in LIDL not in Costa. NEVER EVER COME BACK AGAIN

got a sausage bap which was burnt and cold tea black cold and hot chocolate that was luke warm and tasted like coloured water great effort 👌

Ordered cappuccino but got coffee

Really dirty, when asked for a cloth to clean my own table been just smiled at but not cloth has been given. Seats with fabric cover need a deep clean, same as the sofa seats! Messy floor and walls! End it up leaving and not sure will come back.

I ordered my drink&biscuit at 17:45pm did not revieve the order till 19:22 &I was missing my biscuit Not very happy at all this time!!

No straws or serviettes in the back to drink our frappés with.

Understaffed and service really slow. If you need anything in a hurry to Muffin Break.

They packed my ham and cheese toaster in with a blended drink, making the sandwich cold and the drink melted. Ultimately a massively disappointing experience. Won’t order again. Only need to throw away money on a place once.

The coffees were filled way over the brim so much so i burnt my self trying to get the coffee out. The lids need to be put on property as this is not safe thus todays 1 stars.

Great shop, great staff. I’ve never had a bad experience in this Costa, the staff are wonderful & the drinks meet expectation.

The staff are extremely friendly, always have a good experience here. The premises is clean and they usually have everything in stock. Good job.

Not sure what I drank. Ordered a Oat Flat White, and got some sugary oat drink. Costa should supply with proper Oat milk and not whatever I had that day. Also tidy up the coffee machine it's dirty. Staff was professional, nothing to say about service

It arrived late with no notification

The restaurant forgot to put the foil in the coffe cups, and unfortunately the driver wasn’t aware. Upon arrival about 2/3 drinks were spilt, all around the cups leaving me with about 3 sips of coffee. the driver promised to go back and get new ones however we didn’t see him.

Just went in and asked for a chai latte. The server was scratching his arms like he had some kinda condition. Didn't even wash hands after Eurrrggghh... Don't go in there They practice nasty customer service 🤢

Coffee is always great. There was a food item missing but got a refund for it quickly. We’re all humans after all so it’s not a reason for a bad review :)

Awful delivery time, when I ordered at 1440 the wait was 30-50mins, at 1615 my order arrived! Such bad service … and to make matters worse, my drink order was wrong

Missing Oder restaurant service are so bad

Absolutely appalling drinks made by this Costa today, what was supposed to be a frappe was actually a layer of coffee and a layer of foam, barely any ice blended with it, no salted caramel syrup. Tasted disgusting. Complete waste of money!

They didn’t give me either of my food items that I ordered! They should not have the food items on the menu if they’re no longer available. Now I have to order something else which is going to cost me more money on delivery.

Wrong items sent. Bacon toasties instead of wraps. Human error or not, it's unacceptable to to send bacon to someone who doesn't eat anything that contains pork. If I was suffering from allergies you'd be looking at a lawsuit. Triple check your orders next time.

Cold and both toasties only toated on one side. Neither toastie box closed properly so they were cold even though the delivery was very quick.

My order was missing a lot of items today I don’t understand why people don’t check the order before sending out. I was missing a tart, cream and rice cake. I have put a refund request in for the missing items

2nd time in a row now I have ordered a Ruby hot chocolate from here and both times I have not recieved the cream or pink sprinkles on top which is what completes this drink. When I use Costa at Stopsley or gypsy Lane they always put the stuff on top. Seems like it's a can't be bothered attitude from this place.

The latte has been made nicely however white sugar was provided instead of brown sugar. Regarding delivery, the driver was in too much of a hurry to greet me at the door (although I took c.10 seconds to get to the door) - makes an impact to the end-user experience

Quality of cappuccino was so poor no stars no froth just water. not touched it after first sip. Ordered a toastie n got something else Thought I’d try a new lotus rocky road that was awful too Staff do not care at all here I thought you train staff I worked for Costa n make a much better coffee disgusting

Mechanically recovered meat with pink food colouring in it, IS NOT BACON. Absolutely vile. Never ordering again. False advertising is what that was. Yuck.

My food arrived uncooked and cold and my drink is missing

First of all not impressed with delivery time. Second of all coffee was absolutely awful , too much syrup , tasted like someone put the whole bottle of syrup inside.

Came so quick which I wanted. First time getting this flavour as I always get the traditional Latte. As someone who doesn’t take sugar, this flavour latte is way too sweet but that could just be that I don’t take sugar with my beverages. So it was a super sweet shock to my palette. They forgot o put the leaflet with the barcode for my Costa app so I get points 😞. Other than that I’m a Costa Stan.

Awful tasting coffee for 1 - asked for a vanilla latte and must have had a whole bottle of syrup in there, and the other cup was half empty. Both very bitter and unenjoyable.

I ordered a white hot chocolate and chocolate twist. The drinks were cold and pastry was cold couldn’t eat it. Asked for whipped cream on my drink they didn’t put the chocolate whipped cream there.

My order was delivered to next door. I ordered to 15 Platt Close and my order was delivered to 17 Platt Close. My neighbor called me and asked if I ordered Costa, because a delivery driver delivered at her address. And I have not get my cakes which I bought. My cakes are missing. I am disappointed.

it’s good I love to order a similar drink when Starbucks delivery’s are off but it’s come without a straw a few times which is a little sad but other then that great quality each time.

Thoroughly enjoyed my medium Latté with Whole Milk. The Chocolte Brownie was interesting lol but I also enjoyed the piece, however for the size of the slice? The price doesn’t match 🤨. Will I be ordering again from Costa? Yes my favourite Coffee Place.

Delivery was early and restaurant made correct orders considering it was a large office order but 3 of my drinks were damaged and leaked everywhere so 3 people have half a drink which is frustrating I would put this down to the driver considering he was nearly 10 mins early.

Wonderful service and delivery

1 of the drinks was ordered with NO coffee but had coffee. The Ham and Cheese toastie had no ham and just had cheese and tomato sauce in. Order was ruined with wrong items and no way to contact restaurant to rectify the mistakes so I ended up with nothing to actually eat or drink. The other drink was tight and so was the bacon roll but they wasn’t for me, they were for someone else. First time ordering from here… never again! The order was on time and the driver was great it was the restaurants mistakes that ruined it.

Second time I have ordered a drink at costa using apps, I am dairy free, you sent me a frostino with cows milk AND cream despite the order clearly stating no cream and soya milk. Please just read the orders correctly it’s not hard .

Instead of cancelling the order due to the driver losing service and address. They brought me the cold food more than an hour later. The driver already came to my building I told him the number and he disappeared. Having someone else deliver the food another 30 mins later. If a driver is lost or loses service you guys should just cancel the order. What is the point of having cold food, I was moving and didn’t have no microwaves to even warm it up. So thanks for the cold food when I asked for fresh ones to be delivered instead.

The issue is not with just eat Costa coffee did not cook my bacon roll properly I get it all the time and it was not cooked JUST EAT delivered it on time

Food was late by 20 minutes. Then receipt stapled to the bag was my order however the contents were not my order. Just eat have refunded me amount for the food but not the delivery order.

Delicious! Would order again as it is nice to able to order something different from others takeout as I was quite bored. Miss lemon cake shall order it for next time! If sandwiches could be little more added to the list. Love hot chocolate. blueberry muffin was so great. Thank you for making this happen.

I just love this Costa Caffe. I'm Brazilian and I was a Starbucks addicted, however since I moved to UK I became a Costa fidelity customer. Somehow their coffee taste better and stronger. I usually prefer to visit the Costa inside the Mall because of the staff, they are very kind and friendly.
