lovely food and always listen to what I put in the box just if its add this or take away this they always do it will definitely be ordering again and prices are so good

Asked half food mild and rest hot ! They sent all hot and kids didn’t eat cowboys are working and running the shop never again

Chicken very good, fries were little cold, full of flavour in the chicken. overall food is Good

Food arrived cold and over and hour 15 minutes late. I called 5 times at 15 min intervals and every time was told it’s already out for delivery will be with you in 2 minutes. When the order came it was cold, soggy and part of the order was wrong!

Awful experience. Order never arrived nearly an hour later after the time it was due and can’t get through to the restaurant at all. Appalling lack of communication and service. Avoid at all costs. Have applied for a refund.

Late delivery and the twister burgers were completely not what it used to be, not sure if its changed management but sadly they have definitely gone down in quality of food.

never again. delivery was late for over an hour, no communication, chips cold when delivered, chicken strips all burned black. very not happy with quality. Rest of the food such as burger and wings was good. Asked for some money back for cold and late food, request was ignored.

Ordered lamb doner kebab in pitta, no warning it would be covered in sauce, couldn’t eat it.

Menu needs update. No donner meat on je menu but in shop can order.

First of all the delivery was nearly 1 and a half hour late. The chips and burgers were cold, not even luke warm. It seems they've changed their chilli dip as it did not taste the same. I ate from there last week at a friends house and it tasted amazing. Overall massively disappointed. Won't be back anytime soon.

Food was showing as delivered over 20 minutes before it arrived. Stone cold food, burnt and soggy burger buns, congealed yellow stuff I couldn’t identify stuck burgers to box. This is the second time.

Horrible Service! I would definitely not recommend this place - my food delivered around 6:30 but they missed an item out, rang back and they said they’ll deliver it, over an hour went by, I rang them again to get an update and they said the delivery driver accidentally delivered it to the wrong house and they’ll deliver it out again, rang again for the third time as over another hour went by and they said delivery driver is few mins away and yet again another disappointment, still not here. Will not be ordering from there again!

Food cold and dry as the desert like the food was left over from yesterday. It makes sense why they have 40%off on a Friday night.

Food is great, but never order from here for delivery. I've ordered from here for over 2 years, and every single time I'm waiting minimum of 1.5hrs (on a good day). Been a few months since I ordered from here and here I am again, 1.45hrs later and still no food.

Food was delivered at 18:00 when in the app was showing as delivered 25 mins. Not happy as this is not the frist time this as happened.

Tiago's deliveries are usually very late but the food is always fresh, so it makes up for it. This time, they forgot the chicken but after we called, they delivered it with extra fries and a dessert as a complimentary gesture. Thank you

Food was delivered an hour late. When the food arrived, there were missing items from the order (4wings, 2 from each box ordered). Food was average, nothing special. Won’t be ordering again.

Great food for reasonable prices but it’s located in a deadly area down Farley hill. We got a mini platter which had a good portion of chicken and a burger which was an absolute treat. They’re open until midnight so if you’re craving for any good food then this is the place to go 🙌

Our go to Friday night takeaway. Highly recommend the peri peri meals. Very saucy and well cooked. Love their chillies sauces.

Assalamualaikum Friends I visited Tiagos and the ambiance is so good and the workers are serving very friendly and the management is so friendly and courteous. The food is amazing and I really like their grill chicken and their burgers. Must visit place with your loved ones to enjoy the proper food taste and your carvings will become double after entering in it.

Absolutely amazing food. The new touch of donner meat is just mouth watering.. it not rubbery but fresh which makes it more appetising and wanting to eat more! wings are 10/10 & you can't go wrong with the tastilicous monster burger. Great job guys.. keep it up!!

it looks almost 2 hrs to deliver some fried chicken and chips, they said it was fresh but chips were warm and the chicken had to get reheated. This isn't the first time they've been late to us, we've given the benefit of the doubt but their delivery is consistently late.

Disgusting food would not recommend at all

Good food but presentation of the ballers box needs to improve, should learn from other munchboxs out there by putting the food in a pizza box instead of chucking everything into a small brown box. Also peri peri half chicken i got 2 leg pieces instead of breast and leg.

Food didn't arrive. Very disappointing no answer when calling poor customer service. No way of getting money back either.

Food hasn't even shown up. The delivery time was 8:05pm, then 8:35pm, now its 9:30pm and nothing has come. Everytime I call the restaurant the line is busy so I cannot even speak to them. Terrible service alll around. Should have been up front at the beginning and tell me that they couldnt fulfil my order, instead of making me wait all this time and spend my money unnescessarily.

The last time I ordered two months ago. It took three hours and 30 mins to come. And I’ve already made an order an hour and half ago and still not here. Service is actually terrible.

Forgot 2 drinks with meals. Had nothing to drink in house. My husband had to go to the store on a Sunday night to buy drinks to go with meals by which time the f p pd was cold. The only drink that came was a milkshake for my meal that too was disappointing. But the whole point if ordering fast food meal on mothers day was so we could eat together as a family which was ruined and we started fighting instead

Rice had no taste and the chicken in the wrap had no flavour.
