Unfortunately food was over 40 minutes late, but when it finally arrived the food was lovely, hot and great portion sizes too. Just wish I didn't have to wait 1 hour 40 mins for it.

Good little team at the restaurant. Always polite. Food is always good and delicious. They are very busy and best to collect as delivary does take longer. But I live about 10 mins away so I don't mind the drive. They always get my orders right as I have fussy kids. I can't fault them.

one of the worst doner kebabs I've ever ordered, so dry and literally could count the strips of doner they gave (8) pita bread was cold and broken in pieces, ,only giving more than one star as the burger saved them and wasn't bad

Absolutely useless. I've ordered from them 3 times. Always late. But today was the worst experience. My food was 2hr30mins late. Everytime we called, they said the driver left 5 mins ago. Bearing in mind that we live about 20 mins away from the restaurant, An hour later, the driver turned up, with the food freezing cold. He refused to show me the receipt which had the time on there. When i called i spoke to the "manager" who kept saying to call just eat and they can't issue a refund. His resolution was to offer me food at 5pm tomorrow for free, but not to leave a bad review. He then offered to deliver my full order in 45 mins, but as long as i don't leave a bad review. So should I disregard the bad service and the fact that I waited 2hrs30mins for the food which arrived cold? All i asked for was a refund which has not been issued to me. I even asked the driver to take the food back.

Food arrived 1hr30 late. And no refund. Driver refused to give me the receipt to prove the time they prepared the food

On app it was saying delivered but food was not delivered when it was delivered after two hours food was cold chips were soggy waste of money and time

Ordered at 7pm , delivered 9.15pm … not the first time, their delivery timings is very poor and misleading … they need to be honest with how long it will take , children went to sleep hungry as food did not arrive on time .

Food arrived nearly one hour late with cold chips, called several times before only to be told the driver is nearly there. Called to tell them the chips were cold when the food was finally delivered. Was told some chips and burger was going to be sent out asap. Been over an hour, doubt it will show. Will not be ordering from these guys again, horrible experience that left me red faced in front of guests.

i have visited this store recently, i want to tell that people come here all the way leaving their work first i was getting late as i have to complete my food and have to go quickly to complete some important work. after placing the order they told me to go to next shop for payment till then it was acceptable but the limit got crossed when the old guy took so much time to accept my payment on the machine. not recommending to anyone and i wont visit there next time. if you want to be successful then follow proper time management. thank you.

A1 Delivery driver was very professional and well knowledgeable of the area. It was there own Tiago in house delivery driver. The best driver I have met , used proper insulated bags and very very polite . Food was good and hot .

Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. But the peri peri was very delicious, with tender meat and flavourful sauce. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time.I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.

Tiagos, and its company director were also prosecuted. A visit to the premises in May 2023 found a cockroach infestation and that cleanliness was “very poor throughout”. On 6 December, Waldeck Luton Ltd, the food business operator of Tiagos, was fined £24,990 along with a victim surcharge of £2,000 and prosecution costs of £1,500. Company director, Awais Ali, was fined £2,800, with a victim surcharge of £1,120 and costs of £1,444.97.

unreasonable 2 hour wait for food, the previous order made directly was 1.5 late, if the restaurant can't keep up with deliveries they should hire more staff.. my advice is order 2 hours ahead so they have no issues, oh and they won't give money back for a late delivery

First of all the delivery was nearly 1 and a half hour late. The chips and burgers were cold, not even luke warm. It seems they've changed their chilli dip as it did not taste the same. I ate from there last week at a friends house and it tasted amazing. Overall massively disappointed. Won't be back anytime soon.

Horrible Service! I would definitely not recommend this place - my food delivered around 6:30 but they missed an item out, rang back and they said they’ll deliver it, over an hour went by, I rang them again to get an update and they said the delivery driver accidentally delivered it to the wrong house and they’ll deliver it out again, rang again for the third time as over another hour went by and they said delivery driver is few mins away and yet again another disappointment, still not here. Will not be ordering from there again!

Food is great, but never order from here for delivery. I've ordered from here for over 2 years, and every single time I'm waiting minimum of 1.5hrs (on a good day). Been a few months since I ordered from here and here I am again, 1.45hrs later and still no food.
