Subway in Nuneaton and Bedworth

This time i was given the extra olives and extra onions with no problem. Well done to whoever made my foot-longs !!! YOU put the customer first AND you made some fantastic sandwiches for me !!! Thank YOU!!!!!

Food said was delivered but nothing has arrived

Asked for extra onions and olives, they sent a note basically saying that the can’t do that. Every prior order they’ve done it !!! Must be a newby going hardcore!!! What would it have cost them??? .2p ??? Shameful !!! What happened to the customer comes first??? Great sandwiches though!!! Could have been better with a bit more onions and olives!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤠

Nothing to complaint really besides they only put sauce on one side and the bread was slightly stale other than was very tasty and warm

We place our order ,the lady who is trainee was doing good but the other lady came out there were maximum 4 customers behind us ,don’t understand her got panic or she just want to finish that little queue the service very bad and the portion is very less as we order (big Bombay)very disappointed 😞

Funny looking hearty Italian and southwest sauce I just have herbs and cheese bread and mayo 😩

The order never came, when he rang he asked me to collect it and i could see him from my window! i told him that i had a broken ankle and can’t walk down the buildings stairs and he then put on the app that it had been delivered! just want my foot long.

Why keep missing an order items, you need to LEARN how to COUNT

The bread was stale and soggy. Un eatable chuckucked in bin, Disgusting that it cost 16 pounds for a soggy sandwich!!!!!! Really disgusting and disappointed

kept changing delivery time. Tell us if it's likely to take nearly 2 hours for a lunch delivery before you accept the order. fraudulent!

Delivery was early for once !!!! What I don't understand is I'm paying a monthly fee to Just Eats, but I'm STILL getting charged for delivery AND for a SERVICE FEE !!!!!!!! WHY am I paying a monthly fee (£5.99) if I'm paying for the privilege (sarcastic) of being a customer (£3.36 for a order of £18.78 !!!) ?????? Then, on top of that, I can't find how to contact Just Eats !!!! HOW can I contact Just Eats customer service???? Anyone ????

Subway is my favourite place to eat, making this my favourite restaurant to eat in Nuneaton. Place sets the standard for cleanliness, the food has never failed to leave me full and satisfied and all of it is served from the friendliest staff who embody service with a lovely smile. If you don't think Hearty Italian is the best bread, you haven't had Subway properly. Would eat here everyday if I could afford it

Always get good food at reasonable prices and staff is very welcoming always. Recommend to everyone.

Great choice to eat when in town or delivery. Delicious food, menu is vast so you have a lot of options to choose from. Food is handled with care and they provide an excellent customer service.

Don't know if it was resturant or driver... food was ice cold, waited over an hour for it the other subway has it to me in half that and it's round the corner... I didn't get updates and almost reordered and wasted more money won't be ordering from here again.

Just ordered food on just eat, I’ve been waiting since 4 o’clock in the afternoon, it’s now 5 o’clock and the shop is shut and said it arrived at 4:46. I tried to ring the store just before 5 and apparently the number is invalid, an absolute joke

I went in after a gym session just was having a causal day and decided to pop in, was served by this one rude staff who I believe her name was Asha. I asked for a steak salad bowl but ended up with a extra piece of her hair and was rudely talking about me in Hindi which I assumed she didn’t know I’m fluent in and was calling me names. I didn’t understand what I had done wrong but was just saying a friendly hello but ended up receiving possibly the worst customer service I’ve experienced from this subway. 0/10 would not recommend to anyone. The food was absolutely terrible and was off and the tomatoes were just soggy and sticky. The whole service was an absolute nightmare.

The most dry and stale bread I've ever eaten, unacceptable especially so early in the day. Makes me think its been sat out for days. The extreme lack of sauce didn't help either, so stingy...

Old Indian staff tried to charge me twice for a drink when it's subway policy that you can refill! Dude turned off the company's WiFi so customers can't use it. Even told after staff to call security if you refill until you show the security the policy! Security apologies and legged it.

As usual good food at a decent price.

Ordered the new festive pigs in blanket for £1.99, one sausage wrapped in bacon that wouldn’t stay on and microwaved for 30 seconds, chopped into 4 pieces and thrown into a small tub! Absolutely nothing like the picture! Nothing like a roasted sausage, looked pale and under cooked … absolute rubbish.. subway you should be ashamed! Also the man who served us watched us the entire time! I wouldn’t of fed that to my dog!

Its a subway I bought a sandwich

Went last week with our grandsons. Man in shop wore his mask on his chin entire time. He didn't look like he knew what he was doing. I wanted to leave. But grandsons were hungry. Terrible

Absolutely brilliant. They make really good subs. The person serving was very pleasant and co-operative. We had a discount voucher which we wanted to use and the staff was very comfortable about it.

On multiple occasions they have forgotten to apply my sauce and salad, the man should get sacked becuase he always fails to do his job correctly

Great food, always friendly staff.

All eating establishments are expected to provide a toilet for customer use, it is a law. Customers have mentioned this to the staff but as this is a franchise they cannot do anything and are quite stressed when customers ask to use the toilet. Sort it out.

Busy place, but why oh why have they removed sliced Beef from the selection, its still showing on the menu, I am not a happy Subway eater.
