Disgusting! Did not eat as the sub was slimy and runny as though someone had spit on it. Cookie was also warm as sludgy what kind if cookie is not hard? Straight in the bin with the entire thing! Will never use subway again

Salad was lovely but disappointed as the chicken sub and tuna sub were both toasted but cold. I understand that it takes time to transport the sandwiches but delivery was very quick. Just a bit disappointing!

disappointed that the food was left on doorstep and my gate was left wide open. only knew she was there as I saw her running out the gate. didn't knock on door.

Received my order without the bottle of juice I ordered as part of the meal deal. Asked delivery driver to double check his car/bag and drove off!

Told to deliver in store as I am working and driver called me 5 tomes can't answer my phone in work also no cutlery given shocking

Food was well prepared and everything was wrapped well. Sub rolls were filled with correct ingredients and sauces so all good there. Issue with proposed delivery time as the updates showed that the courier was there but the food was still listed as preparing. Driver time I don't think was at fault, more the estimated time for delivery.

This was amazing got a melt thing wae spicy chicken in it was really good although the staff not the chattiest bunch in the world at the time I was in tried to spark bit of convo got grunts back anyway food was good that all that counts.

The subs are definitely getting more miserable. Considering the price you pay for a baguette. You should definitely get enough salad that u can actually taste it is there. The price should reflect the quality. 2 miserable thin slices of pepper, same with tomato and onions. Disgusting for an £8 baguette

Ordered a chicken breast salad with a sauce. The full box was drenched in sauce and was inedible and had to be thrown away. There was 2 slices of tomato and had to hunt to even find a pepper. Thoroughly disappointed as expected to either have the sauce on the side or a normal amount.

One of the meatballs were like a bit of rock, nearly broke a tooth was like it had a bit of bone in the middle. Need to say though first bad one I’ve had from these guys, normally 5 stars.

When the food came a sandwich had the wrong meat on it and the cookies were substituted for other ones. I understand if something isn’t available but a quick call to see what I would like instead would have been nice instead of just giving what ever you wanted. No issue with delivery.

Flaming Hot Nachos were amazing but the Footlong Marinara had a soapy flavour too it and I unfortunately couldn’t finish it, Not sure exactly what part of it tasted funny but it wasn’t enjoyable

Arrived on time and hot, the meatball footlong with sweet chilli sauce is amazing it’s a perfect blend with the marinara sauce and sweet chilli, il definitely be ordering it again, my partner enjoyed theirs.

Requested a veggie wrap with red onion, pickles, cucumber and sweetcorn. They had put in red pepper instead of onion, ruined the vibe of the wrap. Please read instructions thoroughly before commencing construction of wraps/sandwiches as people suffer with allergies. Disappointing.

I ordered at roughly 11 and my food didn’t get delivered till 11:50 which it said it would get delivered at 11:25 and I could’ve missed my exam just because of incorrect delivery times been given

No cheese on veggie delight, despite it being in the order. No honey oat bread, very little salad on veggie delight (it’s literally just salad, what’s the big deal with being stingy)

the only bad thing is that one of my subs I asked for it to be toasted and it wasn’t plus there wasn’t any southwest sauce on it.
