Order was wrong. Ordered popcorn chicken and got a wrap. Ordered 2 cans of Idn bru and never got them.

Said peppers and it’s covered in peppers

I paid for fried onions on 2 of the roll but there was no fried onions

Incompetent, can’t follow clear instructions, rude in the phone and will never use again! Items also missing. Told never to use them again and happy to absolutely oblige!

Always feel full after a snack box, the breakfast wrap is the best for a occasional treat, and the baguettes are another favourite of ours. Good quality food.

again......received someone elses order, every time you place an order on a weekend something is wrong with it

Unreal scran! Although.....when ordering on a weekend why can't you ever get an order right? During the week always spot on, but whenever I (and others) have ordered at weekends its either missing something or just completely the wrong thing 🤦 today I ordered 1 wrap with chips and got someone elses order which was far larger than what I ordered.....but even at that the person whos order i received was missing things they had ordered 🤣 sort it out lads

Originally said delivery time would be 30 minutes waited over an hour and then the two soups were missing too, i understand sometimes there isn’t control over the times given. other items good just a shame waited so long for things to be missing.

took over an hour to deliver a burger, burger was good but order was over an hour later than the original delivery time

ordered a roll on link, got a roll on square. the salad roll was soaking wet on the bottom and all the fillings falling out so it was inedible.

I ordered and paid extra money for cheese and curry sauce on my fries and never received it and I am not happy with this. I also ordered two cans of DIET coke and I got given two cans of normal coke. I really enjoy your business’ food but I am not happy with this.

Ordered no cheese on my wrap and ended up with cheese on it which I couldn’t eat , normally nothing wrong with my orders here so extremely disappointed

Just received order , first time ordering from here. Never again! Cheese toasties were like burnt bread , paninis were still soft but burned looking , chicken tikka is vile although it is different everywhere but looks cheap , ham and cheese panini was disgusting . Would never order from here again. Paid more than average For the poor quality in food. Never again.

After a pal and I woke up very worse for wear after a night out, we were in need of some bad boy scran. After seeing videos of snackbox's offerings online, we meandered over and ordered. Although, it has to be said, the shop could easily be missed, as we drove past twice whilst trying to find it. I ordered a bacon and tattie scone roll, whilst my pal ordered a salt and pepper munchie box. Oh my word. It was unreal, proper hangover recovery scran. The bacon roll was juicy, and lathered in broon sauce. My pal's munchie box was terrific again, and we will both be back (hopefully not hungover the next time!). The owner of the store was charming and even brought our food out to us outside. Service with a smile, and as a customer, we can't really ask for much more. Looking forward to my next visit, Ben

Get food from here alot, but today the soup arrived and it was thick, foamy and smelly. Clearly off. Everything else in order was great, but just eat refusing to refund.

We order from snack box a lot but always forget to review. Regular deliveries to Coatbridge never seem to be an issue. From breakfast rolls to chicken and rice soup we can never complain. Special shout for the salt and chilli stuff as well. All really good and quality always consistent.

would have been good if had option for baguette was toasted and cheese melted otherwise was actually okay and tasty

when the food arrived it was so so warm that i kept burning my tongue, but i love that it was still so fresh and warm even after waiting 15 minutes for it to be delivered by the driver. everything was so tasty and once again, super warm and super fresh. i’m so so happy with everything

We have had a few deliveries from Snack Box and have enjoyed the food on all occasions. The food is tasty and there are a variety of different choices. Unfortunately, when I received my lunch I noticed the portion of Chips and Cheese I ordered and paid for was missing. A bit disappointed, but still enjoyed my Chicken Mayp and Cheese Pannis

Chips were lovely however the mozzarella wrap had chicken in it and I’m vegetarian:( so couldn’t eat it It dosent say on the menu that it has chicken in it.

Food arrived quickly and the wraps were lovely. The large chips at £4.50 were missing so we called them and they tried to blame the delivery driver. The bag was stapled close upon delivery so more likely that they were missing from the bag when collected from the shop. Was advised they wouldnt redeliver and that it would be quicker to request a refund through the app. Wraps and baguette were really tasty but would recommend checking all your items are present.
