Subway in Monmouthshire

Tried a new sub today and it was lovely, as usual food is enjoyable

excellent courier service but unfortunately the bread on my subway is had to throw away as it had gone soggy so uneatable

Was outside waiting whilst watching the tracker and they drove straight past didn’t even stop👍🏻I want the delivery money back

all the food showed up for once however i received the wrong drink. I know they can run out sometimes and need to substitute it but I would have liked to receive a call as the one they provided is not one I can drink

Only give me one cookie not 2 my sub was pathetic and took an hour from when I ordered it to come

Was later than expected but within the delivery time limit that kept changing. The meals were good apart from the wrong sauce on my sub (bbq instead of garlic and herb).

I asked for a toasted sub but it came cold and not toasted

Couldn’t leave a review on the cancelled order so had to do it on this one and hope I get an answer. Order never arrived, waited an hour and said it was cancelled even though the driver was on his way, rang the restaurant three times and no one answered. Disappointed as we order from this subway regularly.

Really tasty with just the right amount of everything that I asked for. I really enjoyed my order.

We ordered numerous sandwiches from subway. All sandwiches were wrong including a gluten free one which my brother was unable to eat due to health reason. Collection was due at 13:20 and I arrived at 13:15 however did not got served until 13:53 and then she had to remake them. However when we got home sandwhiches were still incorrect including One sandwich had the wrong bread and another was missing toppings . Please refund the full order

Awful customer service, I went into this shop and you have pleasant greeting, you could of the atmosphere in there, the lady serving was huffing and puffing, and wasn’t enjoying her job by the looks and the young lad messed my order up, did offer to redo but I said no out of embarrassment for the experience cost of a roll you’d think they at least get what you offered, I like subway but will not be returning back to this one sorry! Very disappointing

Kept moving delivery time back but was on time when it stopped changing.

Ordered from this shop. Mainly for the footlong cookie and ordered 2 sandwiches alongside it. Cookie never turned up. Annoying as the cookie was the main thing we wanted

Ordered a meal deal, only had my sub delivered, drink, crisps and cookie were missing.

The driver should not be allowed to deliver food, he went to the wrong place and then expected me to take the food over a fence. I admit he phoned but when I told him how to get to our place his attitude was well you are here now. Not at all impress.

When we received our order, the seal of the bag was broken and the sticker advised not to consume food in that case, we tried to call the store for reassurance but got no answer. Opening the bag, we noticed our order was missing several items, including all the sides from our meal deal plus a dip. The sub itself was also prepared incorrectly as I paid for extra cheese and there was no cheese at all. I didn’t receive the compensation I felt was appropriate via this app and feel very disappointed.

Ordered a chicken tikka salad and it came without the chicken tikka! Was not impressed at all

I ordered a salad, crisps, cookie and drink. Food was fine but I wouldn’t have ordered it if I’d of known it would be over an hour before it being delivered.

I am so fed up of ordering food and not getting what I've asked for. I'm a good customer who spends alot of money and this continually happens and my last order didn't even turn up yet it said delivered on just eat. Not ordering from you again.

As per usual the food that is delivered is fresh, full of taste, and enjoyable.

Cheesy BMT was overfilled with sauce along with a shockingly sparse amount of cheese and bacon... Most certainly not worth the money! What's more only half of the sub roll was cut in half which was the only side that had any filling inside... Very disappointed

Sandwiches came quick, hot and very filled, no mistakes either. Very happy. First time ordering from this store.

The nachos don’t have hardly any cheese there’s no sauce my drink has gone all over my sub so now that’s not edible I’m livid. And they even added sauce to my sub wich I didn’t want

Delivery time was amazing as usual. The Philly Steak sub and the Garlic Cheese Steak sub both had wrong breads, should have been Hearty Italian but were just normal long bread rolls. Not sure if they had run out of the requested bread or not so short of the other ingredients being very nice and tasted fresh the bread was very bland and quite dry.

3 of the 4 orders were wrong. Food was slapped together and looked disgusting. I'd rather go hungry... Which we did.

There was next to no filling of chicken or steak in either sub and there was no cheese in there whatsoever and it wasn't toasted and bread was stale.

Drive was very rude I ask him to come to the back door and he told me no so I have to walk to him to get my food

This experience, was not very good. the man that served me touched the bin!! with the same gloves, he went to prepare my sandwich with. Felt very uncomfortable and awkward.

After a terrible visit to Spitty branch it was lovely to have a proper experience with great service and great food. The 2 ladies that serves us were polite, friendly and happy with my order (despite my order often being frustrating as I am really picky) lol

Hostile environment, toilet closed off and we weren’t even able to sit down as they said the seating area was closed but we couldn’t see why. Not good
