I went here with my son and sat in the premises. Little did i know i had left my handbag and purse under the table as i scooped up by phone and keys. RD arrived at my door at 9pm after his shift after driving out especially to make sure i was reunited with my belongings...I cant thank him for his honesty and kindness. It made me heartened that in this day and age there are still genuinely lovely people and RD is one of those. Thank you

Popped in to this establishment this morning and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful employee called RD very nice chap and very attentive

Decent Subway in Edwalton, open late most days compared to neighbouring branches. Parking in retail park. Nice atmosphere, always has been clean with comfortable seating. Staff always friendly and professional on multiple times I have visited. Nice quality Subway food with lots of customisation options. This branch also uses most National offers and deals. Will continue to visit regularly for Subway when in the area.

The staff could definately do with some customer service training - including the team leader, they couldn't look like they don't want to be there anymore than what they do, including the team leader

Ordered via app to pick up, 3 sandwiches, 3 sides, 3 cookies. I arrived 3 minutes late to pick up time (about 15 minuites after ordering), queue was long but that's why we ordered via the app. Cashier was friendly and warned me my order "wasn't quite ready yet." She promptly collared a colleague and assured me it was being made now. Queue soon went down but my order had not materialize, this was 20 minutes after I had arrived. A just eat delivery driver came in, collected immediately and left, guy who had been asked to do my order signed "2 minuites" I nodded and went back to waiting. At the 30 minuite mark I went to the cashier again to ask where my order was and realised (after the queue had been delt with) my order was finally being processed, I was offered 3 cookies as apologies for the long wait and waited at the desk for my order to be finished. Finally collected order nearly 35 minuites after walking in. Got home, opened order, all food was either fridge cold (sides of nachos and pigs in blankets) and sandwiches had not been made well (additional meat, lacking cheese and sauce all at one end) and were also cold. Complained via app, not currently resolved.

Staff are friendly and helpful but would not recommend going if you're vegan like me. There is a very limited chance that there might actually be some vegan food whether it be the meatballs, beef or chicken for example. The last four times I have visited, I have come out with nothing.

Ordered online with deliveroo a few times. Order the same thing every time, cheesy pepperoni marinara sub and majority of the time there’s never any marinara sauce on it which is pretty much the main ingredient. However the times that they did put the sauce on it tasted great.

Little slow on service but it was a little busy and only 2 serving. Food was good as always at a subway. Only card payment.

No bread 5 roll if brown left, half salad missing, coffee machine turned off same with drinks dispenser hardly any drinks in fridge. Staff Laughing about having no stock available in fact they looked to be closing just trying to close the place early at 15:50 although it states open till 7pm on festive opening hours.

Staff seem nice enough for a Subway (not just teen grunts with no smiles), I have been twice and they seem to run out of bread! The first time I went I had the meatball with cheese sandwich and it fell apart when I unwrapped it and had to eat it with knife and fork! Later that night I was really ill possibly due to cross contamination of food. Second time I went to give it the benefit and tried a simple beef and cheese sandwich, this time it stayed together when I unwrapped it at home, again later that night I was really ill, it seems cross contamination is a major thing as this Subway. Be warned if you are ill later after eating from here it is definitely a cross contamination sandwich from this Subway!

Lovely sandwich's and the staff in the landmere lane branch were lovely kind and accomidating.

This is a newish outlet so still looks relatively nice but still like most Subs. We ordered a salad and pretty much nearly got a whole lettuce whilst they skimped on the meat a bit. Still a bit of cross contamination of food products which is something they are all a bit guilty of. A good stop off though as close to Greggs and mcds too.

Absolutely awful subway! Roll all fell to pieces, really stingey fillings, no mayo (there's an aldi next door 🤦‍♀️) and costs an absolute fortune! Haven't been for a long while...and not sure we will ever go again, not at all impressed!

We visited on a Saturday morning and it was busy. The staff were coping well and everywhere was immaculately clean. Disabled access was excellent. The food was delicious, with nice generous portions. I would definitely recommend it.

It was lovley but they just needed to add more cheese on the nachos it was to dry for me over all it was good remember the cheese.they also said i cant have hot water for my tea.

The place is nice and spacious compared to most subways, it's clean and food seems fresh, however when I ordered my sandwich and was on the veg section the chap serving me put the guacamole on with a scoop then spreader it using his gloves then without wiping them when you could clearly tell that there was still guacamole left on his hands, put them in the sweetcorn, put some on my sandwich then put the rest of the sweetcorn back in the pot. To me it didn't make that much of a difference as it will all mix in my sandwich anyway, however I am worried about people who have allergies to some of the ingredients in guacamole as that is a high risk of contamination.

Visiting Nottingham for the day, decided to pop into this Subway, very disappointed that there was only 1 staff member serving with a queue getting longer, a second staff member appeared and helped but the queue was still taking longer to get down than it should, they were too busy talking while serving to pay attention to the fact that neither of them changed their disposable gloves the entire time (around 20 minutes) we were there when they should be changed with each new customer to prevent contamination, especially where allergies are involved, luckily neither me nor my partner have food allergies but it should be priority!

Only two members of staff at 11.30 when we visited. Run off their feet but maintained good customer service. Tables desperately needed a wipe and floor a sweep, obviously no staff available to do this. Toilet door had broken handle/lock and couldn’t be secured. No toilet paper either. Disappointing to see a Subway in such need of effective management ☹️

We went for lunch so wanted to sit in but all the tables were disgusting, rubbish everywhere, food and drink on the tables and nobody seemed to be cleaning them we went elsewhere.

AWFUL. Nobody was there when we went in eventually a man with a beard came out, he was clearly in a rush to serve and get back to what he was doing. He had ZERO interest in provided any customer service and didn't! He was abrupt and rude. He practically threw my sandwich at me and said drinks in the fridge when I gave him the money! AWFUL SERVICE. I will avoid now.

Busy Subway in the middle of the Intu Victoria Centre. Great for grabbing a quick bite to eat. Typical Subway with usual offerings. Has seating but no toilets. Toilets in shopping centre close by. Staff service is usually quick and friendly.

Manager dealing with food and not got a hair net on. Staff members shouting and talking over customers and are very rude when ask them a question high chairs were filthy and when asked if they wouldnt mind cleaning them i got told we clean them in morning and at night its the reaponsibility of thr parent to clean up after been used which is fair enough but i hadnt used it yet i had only just gone to sit down will not be going back.

Stroppy service, staff member having argument with colleague while serving me, literally threw change in my hand. Immature children need to act like adults while serving people.

Customer service is terrible. They rush you and are not patient if you need some time to decide what you would like. The place is constantly filthy. One of the employees left her dirty gloves and a wrapper on the paper to roll up the sandwich, and another employee just took them off and rolled my sandwich in it anyway. Never had a pleasant experience here, and is the only Subway I've been to that is this terrible.

Very dirty downstairs, table was sticky , on floor loots of wrapping paper and some pieces of chocolate cookies..

They made my turkey and ham on honey oat bread just right. The amount of toppings added was perfect and they did with care to create a beautiful sandwich that I am now enjoying.
