Subway in Milton Keynes

too much salad and it was all in clumps and way too much sauce.

There is normally stuff missing when i order from here but over half the order is missing, thats crazy......

they got thr whole order wrong. we ordered for 3 people and one person didn't even have their subway and only one cookie was given and the wrong crisps.

Cookies were dated 10 December had to throw them out.

Driver didn’t deliver the item and he took it for himself and he marked the food delivered.

Sub was soggy and limp. Horrible!

Love this location because it is really fast food. In other Subways taken aves because you have loading of delivery guys arriving every minute.

Avoid Just eat. Not subway. They are a faceless company only interested in taking money and not supporting customers when the order goes wrong.

Wanted to.sit and eat my food.i purchased but this restaurant seemed.to.be used as a hang out joint for people charging and simply using there phones and even eating food from other stores, the staff don't seem to.care im a paying customer when confronted. Cleanliness is not good especially in the evenings 😕

Arrived just before 5pm, told cleaning up, and close at 5pm so fair enough said I would go. Menu board off coffee machine off etc. Said he would do me something which he did, but could not eat inside. Website says open till 6pm this needs to be amended disappointed.

at 6pm the app allowed me to preorder for 7pm (not the earliest time offered!) yet after serval delivery time changes being purchased on the app it didnt turn up until 7.55pm. why offer a time for preorder if they are not going to be able to deliver it for that time. Then when I unwrapped the food I find that it's freezing cold and not just cold but not toasted like I had specifically requested for both items.

Thank you to the man who served us today was amazing food, and can see he was working hard with the cleaning of the store was on his knees wiping. Hands down one of the best visits I’ve had to a subway. A credit to the business

Wanted to specially mention Tracy the manager. Very kind and helpful.

I asked for my Sub with cheese and toasted, but there was no cheese in it and was not Toasted as well , i just put it in bin, wont order again.

Was given a pepsi instead of an iced coffee

Food items missing and items received were poorly made. Sloppy rolled wrap and huge bits of onion in an unmixed salad. Way better local subways around

The staff are always very polite! Subway is standard pretty much everywhere, but its the staff you remember!

We came in at 10:00 which was the listed opening time, when we came in the server said that the store opens at 11. Which means that either the server was lying and just doesn’t want to work or Subway can’t change a simple piece of info. Either way that’s embarrassing!

Wow, the subway is really good for the food. It tastes great .

A young boy serving me was quite rude while I was placing my order. I asked for specific salad and dressing that I always get and was told by this member of staff that “technically I cannot get it as this is not the salad on the menu for this filling”. I’ve never came across the staff refusing to complete my order in such a rude way and I’m very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant.

Seth (if that is his name) refused to serve us 20 minutes before close. He was incredibly rude and I hope that no one comes into contact with him. Ever.

Food was ok, but the workers gave us a bad costumer experience

Not very friendly at all. First time coming to subway ordered from the board only to be told in a demeaning way that I couldn't have mayo on my sub and that I was told it only came with X and y. For a small dash of mayo you have ensured I will never come here again. Doesn't hurt to be friendly

It’s a great place to get a quick snack. The staff are nice and they close as early as 7pm which can be heart breaking sometimes 😂 Overall, they are good!

Great lunch spot. I’ve tried a few subways locally and on the go. Probably the best served salad box i’ve received. I usually get a Chicken Teriyaki Salad Box, and this was by far the best. Well presented and delicious. Can’t go wrong with a nice, healthy, protein packed lunch box for £5-£6. Will come to this one more regularly.

Visited late and was glad they were still open and parking free - very much welcome. Good range of choices available to choose from . Prompt friendly service. Prices reasonable.

It's almost cheating really as I didn't eat a subway i premade my own lunch and at it in subway. Although it was clean , tidy , limited seating , a unisex sex doubled as disabled. But other fine subway really .

Fantastic vegetarian salad. There are two boys who usually serve on weekends are best. They offer a polite service. Made just according to the client's taste. The place is Clean and tidy. 😊

I'm eating here quite often and I was always happy with service and sub's until I have found a hair in my sandwich. People should start using special equipment when they have long beard or hair. You are serving a food and please remember about it.
