Great portion sizes meant good value for money. Update: the mushroom rice was very tasty and the crispy prawn balls made a great change from the standard batter. My first order from this Chinese takeaway - via the Uber Eats app My friend and I ordered two different dishes. I had the Sweet and Sour king prawn balls 8 pieces £7.80, with Egg fried rice £4.00. My friend had the House special style chow mein - in gravy for£8.70. All the food arrived hot and there was plenty of it We used up our leftovers the following day.

Quick service and was super yum. Salt and pepper spare ribs were especially good.

First and probably last time ordering from here. Although the crispy beef was fine the chicken balls where soggy and had no taste

Ordered 2 set meals, to share with family. Arrived to collect and was welcomed with a smile. Order was ready a few minutes later. Hot and fresh food, yummy.

Amazing vegan food options! If you want to order vegan options just make them aware when you call. Vegan sweet and sour chicken balls are fab, all food is delicious, freshly prepared and excellent customer service.

Was recommend by a friend to try this take take away. So, we thought we should try it out tonight. When I got there they were very busy, so that's a good sign. Everything made fresh to order. Fantastic/Friendly service, as they see that I'm also oriental (Thai/Vietnamese), they recommended some new dishes for me to try. Being a chef once and cooking at home a lot of Oriental food. I have to say, it's definitely, one of the best places to order from. But I like said before, people have different tastes, so you will have to try for yourselves 😉

Use this Chinese’s every time because it’s never let me down. The only thing is they don’t deliver yet but I’m sure that will change soon

Had salt and pepper prawns. They weren't bad but a bit hard. Beef black bean was good.

Ordered twice prior to this and it was good. However this time, my food arrived tough as old boots so i called the store, who said they "checked CCTV and the food was fine". Not sure how on earth that works. After offering to bring the food back for them to see, they told me no because the food is fine... Absolutely shocked at the poor service and very rude staff on the phone (who before seemed friendly) Will be avoiding from now on!

just had our order and we had ribs (well i say ribs) they were rock hard its like they have been cooked yesterday and then put into a microwave and then had a bit off sauce poured over them .way over cooked in the microwave,that hard could use them for a hammer. i phoned the store and at first was calm but when they came back saying that they were cooked like always i lost it. we love our food from here and always had the ribs and never had this before.the man on the phone was not understanding and did not want to know.could not believe his attitude.rude

It's usually a reasonable takeaway which I've used several times but delivery/waiting times can be unacceptably poor when they're under pressure; over Christmas they kept saying my order (walk in) was nearly ready but it took a further hour and a half. Had they just been honest instead of stringing me along, I would've been more understanding. The prices are generally okay except for starters and sides: a portion of seaweed is so expensive that it's ridiculous. The horsd'ouevre option is too heavily bulked up with prawn toast. The staff are polite except when they get ratty with customers during the busiest periods, especially abrupt with customers asking what's happened with their deliveries. It has a four star hygiene rating which is acceptable but not great.

They were so nice on the phone could tell they take it seriously and even though delivery took a little long he apologised and was very friendly. Food was amazing . Especially the salt and pepper chicken and duck. This will be my main chinese place from now on due to how lovely they were .

Lush chicken and pineapple curry

One of their drivers helped me out a lot! Mohammed had an order to my neighbors on Huntley Crescent street and I forgot Keys to home, I need to wait for my flatmates for a couple of hours. He gave me something to sit on and was really nice to me. It was truly Excellent customer service! (And writing about it here was my idea - just in case of questions) I'll definitely order from them after that what happened :D

I have had some truly authentic dishes frkm bens. I.e. Hot and sour soup. No one makes it like bens chinese takeway
