Never again. Tried tuna salad. The tuna was definitely off and was throwing up for next few days. Don't believe me? Try it and see. I won't be going back

I can’t fault the food very nice, but the customer service and attitude from an elderly lady behind the counter was unnaceptable. I felt like was being forced to buy a meal deal, forced to pay quickly, forced to either have a crisp instead of a cookie. Last but not least asked me before ordering if I was paying cash, card or do I have vouchers. I went in to the store about 5.30pm. Not a single soul in there. The young girl that made the sandwich was very polite. The elderly lady gave vibes like she was manager/franchisee, she needs to fix her attitude otherwise the store will not last.

In online show store is participating but when I walk to store staff said that we not offer discount this coupon . Still online show that we are participate in this Offer . Staff saying sorry we not

Experience with this subway is good . Amazing service experience. However this is participation on deal 50% off show online . In store it’s write on poster we not accepting any vouchers . I double check on website it’s participate but Staff saying we do not give you discount

The server was very rude - did not listen to the order when listing what veg I want on it, kept on interrupting me. I normally like going to subway due to ability to fully customise my food, however it was not it this time.

Ordered on UberEat spend over £20 and food comes cold and not been toasted!! Called the store and the were blaming me for not written the notes if I want to toasted!! 99% subway orders are toasted so if you don’t have clicking options for toasted or none toasted so you should blame yourself not customers.

Lovely and clean, nice seating area and friendly staff

Worst experience had any subway in the world . The girl didn’t even know how to make wrap and sandwich aswell she gives me wrap in the shape of Bowl which i had never seen in any of your branch all over england . Now coming to sandwich it was open from both the sides in which the salad was falling from either side . When i asked her to make wrap again she threw half of my salad .

Waited 20 mins to get my lunch while they served two customers and sorted out their delivery orders first understand about the the two customers if front of me but sorting out orders in front of waiting customers is a joke, absolutely no organisation. Some of us only have a 30 min lunch break.

A member of staff was very rude and had a lot of attitude toward me. She rudely corrected me and gave me a very dirty look Wouldn’t recommend coming here

Its a subway, what else could you say really

Waited 5 minutes before staff member acknowledged that I was waiting as they were completing an online order. When they took my parties order, when putting the salad on they were rather stingy. The veggie patty and the roast chicken wasn't sufficiently warmed.

Never let us down for our lovely subs are always tasty,look great. Made by lovely staff . Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Salad is the best. It was delivered in 20 minutes, lovely fresh salad, big box. Delicious. At last, a take away you don't need to feel guilty for eating. I will be ordering often.

The owner of the subway are rude to the staff - in front of me they screamed at one person. I would definitely wont recommend this subway I had food at others one they are fine but this one was not gud and if I had choice to give negative stars I would have. Really disgusting behaviour of ppl

Subway staff is rude; I was waiting for long for my sub and had to leave without sub as they were too busy making online order. One member of staff was very rude when asked for how long it will take I have wasted my whole lunch time. Very disappointed 😞

Lovely staff, consistently made food, very good. My only complaint is that this particular 'branch' of subway always seems to not have certain breads and sauces in stock that other subway's have?

Standard Subway as you would expect, clean and tidy.

Service was slow because they seemed to be fulfilling take away orders for delivery so can't fault them for that as it during a lockdown and with only 2 mins waiting for them to take my order it wasn't really a long wait anyway. Once they had taken my order I was leaving the building within no time as they was fast at making the sandwiches and can't fault them at all longest thing after ordering the sandwich was waiting for the slow card reader to take my payment that thing seems to take forever when you just want to go eat food after a long day at work even though it's about 30 seconds. Can't really fault the place as normal time to be in the store from walking in to walking out is usually less than 5 mins altogether. Ill always be back to this one as it's one of the better Subway's I have been to.

Staff seem a bit thick. So on that note I won't be using it again.

Ordered 6 inch hearty Italian with fillings, very mean with filling two pieces of ham a sprinkle of sweetcorn and 4 little slices of pepper. Will not use this one again, will stick with the bloxwich branch as they aren't mean. 😒

bread was like crispbread in my opinion it was reheated from earlier in the day it made my throat sore to eat it so threw most of it away, waste of money won't go there again

Love the food, service, the whole ambience of the place

It's somewhat comforting to know that you get the same choices & standard in each Subway. Therefore we were pleasently surprised to find the staff engaging in conversation with the customers, regulars as well as ourselves whose 1st visit it was to this particular site. Everywhere appeared clean & tidy & they seemed to be a positive vibe going on.

Excellent food. I really enjoyed the new chilli and paprika bread. The staff were very polite.

Very clean, food hot an tasty but everytime i go in theres one female staff member that is so slow, i thought it was a joke to start with, but no its was for real so i had to tell her not to bag it an keep the change! Got to say thou all the staff are polite.

Really fresh food and better salad choices as they have mixed peppers, carrots and spinach. They always give great portions for the salad bowls and are always friendly. The restaurant looks revamped and looks very fresh and appealing. Definitely prefer this subway to any others.

I popped in whilst waiting for family on an appointment. Outside usual look as before, but inside blown away by dramatic changes! Completely open plan new look in fresh and much brighter colours complimented by lovely furniture with more variety for little eaters!. Same space, but gives the illusion of an extension. The food prep area is now slick and being able to add warm garlic butter to your sub is pretty tasty too!! I had a turkey and ham sub, but also noticed improved vegan options as well. Nearby carparking is so convenient. Incredibly staff are very modest about it all which is so endearing when many would use bragging rights to the max!!!! You are even given a nice little basket now to take your food to table in more style. Furthermore, your sub is now wrapped in pretty silver heat retaining packing.Keeping your sub to temperature for longer is great. A most pleasurable experience to be repeated asap!

Great place to grab a quick bite.

At the Bentley Bridge Wolverhampton branch, Staff were rude, throwing cheese back in the tray. My wife asked "What's that cheese done to you". With a sarcastic grin they replied with a grunt. We were made to feel like we had to hurry up and get out, as they were prepping to clean the floor, pushing chairs by where we were sitting. Also sandwich choices are a bit lacking in great variation (limited options). We used to enjoy coming to Subway, but we'll think twice in future. The pop tasted like it was watered down too.

Excellent place, food quality is 100%, plenty of space and comfortable seating, highly recommended.

Let the kids order, steps into being more independent. They were served by someone who wanted to finish cleaning and go home. When the kids came out they complained about the poor service they had received. They ordered meals deals and because the server forgot to add drinks to the order. Said they had pay the difference and Then tried to over charge them. He also muttered a swear word under his breathe. I apologised that id let them go in and that we wont use the location again seeing as they are not child friendly. Happy to take their money but not happy to give them the service they deserve. Disappointed in myself for not confronting the staff member but id worked for 10 hours and have no energy left. 2 stars as they did receive all items in the end and ate it.

Service & Food excellent. Staff friendly & Food hot & tasty. Would have given 5 stars but found decor a little drap , needs a splash of colour to lift the atmosphere.

Something about a sub which makes it last barely a minute when eating. My only problem with subway is the extra charge on top when it comes to eating in. Toasting your sandwich I can understand. Surely by seeing the place full of happy customers your encouraging more people into your store. It just doesn't make any sense.

Delicious food and unrushed service which was exactly what we wanted! The roast turkey was absolutely delicious as was the pumpkin soup!

I find this particular subway very mean with their portions on the salad bowl. The subway at merryhill fills the bowl up but here at Bentley bridge they only half fill it. Won't be going to this particular subway for salad bowl again.

Quick service and food food, a good place to grab lunch.

Needs closing down. Awful. Two six inch and footlong came to £14 with NO cookies or crisps. The coke tasted like pee water. Asked six times for cheese and toasted and they still got it wrong. Went back because couldn't taste the cheese and the woman started putting her fingers breaking it all up trying to prove me wrong. Then wrapped it up and gave it me back!!! Absolutely disgusting. Rip off and hygiene is horrific. Anyone who thinks this place is good needs there HEAD TESTING.

This place is a rip off, Charges their own prices - 2 X 6 Inch Subs on their own comes to £15, I mean you could of got a 2 footlongs for that much, when asked for a receipt they gave me a card payment receipt which didn't show how much the items were. AVOID!

I love Subway anyway but it's really good here as it's close to me and has great parking. Alot of seats to have your meal.
