Great food, friendly staff and good value!

The jacket potato’s are so small and dry. Hardly any filling and arrived cold. Definitely would not buy again

Two meals arrived cold, one had been toasted until it was hard right through the bread all around the edges. A third wasn't toasted at all. Sent two wrong ice creams, and an incorrect packet of crisps.

Guacamole and cheese filling missing had a salad sandwich soo very disappointed

When I arrived at subway in the evening I saw that it was quite busy and only one person working at that time. Despite all the orders coming in a worker called Vaishnaja stayed calm and ensured that my needs were met, she had a friendly smile and great customer service.

Was cold dry and leaked every where

Salad tasted very fresh, we received everything we asked for within order of our sarnies, they were all wrapped very well and with care and were well presented,this was really appreciated as places like this staff must work hard to such a fast pace so we would like to thank subway staff for taking care of my order hope subway appreciate your hard work

Visited Subway around 7 PM today and was impressed by the dedication of the two staff members working despite being extremely busy. Unfortunately, they were struggling to keep up with the high demand, which delayed orders. I think it would be beneficial for the store to consider adding more resources or staff during peak hours to improve efficiency. Kudos to the two girls for their hard work!

2 young women left on their own from what I could tell. Felt so sorry for them they were working as hard as they could but delivery’s orders were flowing out the machine and the shop was full of customers and drivers. Poor management to leave your staff in this situation,

The best subway in Sheffield by far. Staff are friendly and extremely generous with all toppings. They often give free cookies just to be nice. Other subways could learn a lot from how this place is run.

Asked for the wrap to be toasted and the member of staff refused. Very rude individual and extremely unhelpful.

Order never arrived. Rang up numerous times but kept getting fobbed off and blatantly lied to. Complained to just eat and subway customer services.

Awful experience on Sunday 13th Oct @ 12pm, staff didn’t listen to what we ordered, didn’t ask us to clarify and constantly talking amongst themselves rather than acknowledging the customer. Food wasn’t left in the over for the full amount of time and they put the wrong salad in the subs even after being told what we wanted. Staff need training asap and need to listen.

Don't order as 90% of your order doesn't arrive. Work in a sandwich shop can't even make a sandwich to specification.

She then went back to my sandwiched picking up her phone on the way and decided to laugh open mouthed during a conversation with a friend in Urdu or some other language. So whatever virus she might have I now will have to. She missed off most of my salad as she was busy talking, so i had to tell her to go back and finish it all at the end. Never going back here. My 5pm pick-up advance order was finally ready at 5:30

This is a particularly good branch of Subway. The staff at this Subway are very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and spacious. There is plenty of free parking.

Incredibly slow service. The footlong we ordered was done on stale bread, wasn’t cut in half, and some of the toppings fell into another salad pot but were still added- cross contamination and allergies clearly don’t apply here! The pepper in my salad was soggy and past its best, and asking for the chicken to be warmed up was clearly a huge inconvenience! £12 for two meals, not even drinks or sides, that we left most of. And they have the cheek of asking people to leave 5* reviews in exchange for a free drink or cookie! Maybe just provide a 5* service/ food to get your reviews instead of buying them!

Everything here is top class. The manager Ramsey is always up for a great conversation as well as Jenny who always brightens up my day. I would recommend coming here as the food is always top quality and always cater for my gluten intolerance.

I get the simplest sub going. Turkey with lettuce cucumber onion sweetcorn with light mayo. Always no cheese but toasted. And I always put the last request of no cheese in the comments. But every order I receive cheese is always on my sandwich. I phone every time and all I get is the next time you order we’ll give you some free bits

No dip that was included!! And your drivers are far too lazy now don’t even get out of their car!
