Everything here is Top class. Amazing staff always clean, they are fast. Nothing bad to say:)

2 young women left on their own from what I could tell. Felt so sorry for them they were working as hard as they could but delivery’s orders were flowing out the machine and the shop was full of customers and drivers. Poor management to leave your staff in this situation,

The best subway in Sheffield by far. Staff are friendly and extremely generous with all toppings. They often give free cookies just to be nice. Other subways could learn a lot from how this place is run.

My only negative is that I didn’t order footlong

The guy who works there on a Sunday morning has exceptional customer service. He's always welcoming, polite and friendly towards me and my little boy. It's a pleasure to visit as part of our little routine. My son suggested a 5* review and i certainly agreed 😊

Asked for the wrap to be toasted and the member of staff refused. Very rude individual and extremely unhelpful.

Order never arrived. Rang up numerous times but kept getting fobbed off and blatantly lied to. Complained to just eat and subway customer services.

Awful experience on Sunday 13th Oct @ 12pm, staff didn’t listen to what we ordered, didn’t ask us to clarify and constantly talking amongst themselves rather than acknowledging the customer. Food wasn’t left in the over for the full amount of time and they put the wrong salad in the subs even after being told what we wanted. Staff need training asap and need to listen.

bought a chicken tika salad, and when i opened it it had 0 chicken tika in it, not impressed paid £10 for salad and toppings

the sandwich was not nice big pieces of lettuce the heart the bread was burnt.

Same food as all other Subways. I arrived to pick up my order at 5pm, as I had ordered over an hour earlier. They hadn't even started making it, and didn't start until about 5:10. The woman making my order did it extremely slowly, pausing it to do other things, leaving the sandwich open to contamination. She then went back to my sandwiched picking up her phone on the way and decided to laugh open mouthed during a conversation with a friend in Urdu or some other language. So whatever virus she might have I now will have to. She missed off most of my salad as she was busy talking, so i had to tell her to go back and finish it all at the end. Never going back here. My 5pm pick-up advance order was finally ready at 5:30

This is a particularly good branch of Subway. The staff at this Subway are very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and spacious. There is plenty of free parking.

Incredibly slow service. The footlong we ordered was done on stale bread, wasn’t cut in half, and some of the toppings fell into another salad pot but were still added- cross contamination and allergies clearly don’t apply here! The pepper in my salad was soggy and past its best, and asking for the chicken to be warmed up was clearly a huge inconvenience! £12 for two meals, not even drinks or sides, that we left most of. And they have the cheek of asking people to leave 5* reviews in exchange for a free drink or cookie! Maybe just provide a 5* service/ food to get your reviews instead of buying them!

Everything here is top class. The manager Ramsey is always up for a great conversation as well as Jenny who always brightens up my day. I would recommend coming here as the food is always top quality and always cater for my gluten intolerance.

Minus not receiving the cookies we ordered, it was beautiful! I assume they ran out of what we did order, but was quick to replace them. So thank you!

I get the simplest sub going. Turkey with lettuce cucumber onion sweetcorn with light mayo. Always no cheese but toasted. And I always put the last request of no cheese in the comments. But every order I receive cheese is always on my sandwich. I phone every time and all I get is the next time you order we’ll give you some free bits

Immediately, all of the prices were wrong on the menu. Everything was listed for £8 something, and we were told only ‘Ignore the menu’ when we asked about the prices (no alternate prices provided). Then we had to explicitly ask what WERE the actual prices. Also asked what Saver Subs there were, and were told that we could choose any. However, at the till, we were told this wasn’t true after we explained what we had been told, and so got charged full price anyway. Person at the till also asked me a question, immediately (and before/during my response) started mouthing a conversation to who I assume was a delivery driver behind me, and so didn’t listen to my response and I was left waiting awkwardly. I had to repeat my answer after she had finished her mini conversation and repeated her question. Tables and ice dispenser were also filthy, drinks machine had no syrup in one of the drinks and gave out a vaguely tinted carbonated water. Conclusion: given wrong information, confusing staff, dirty environment. Avoid! I know I will.
