Subway in Glasgow City

The lady who made the sub was so rude and arrogant. Just ruined the whole experience will never recommend anyone to ever come here!

Wouldnt come here again, appalling service.

Never usually leave reviews but this subway has shockingly appalling customer service. The girls on shift were more interested in chatting with each other - had to repeat my order several times because of this. The girl serving me clearly did not want to be there and made me feel like an idiot for correcting her when I noticed she was putting salads on that I did not ask for. In the end I asked for south west sauce (had to repeat this twice) she ended up putting mayo and another white sauce on I felt so uncomfortable that I didn’t correct her. The service/attitude from the girl at the till wasn’t much better.

Usually never leave bad reviews but this subway was so bad. Stood in the very small queue at 4pm, didn’t actually receive my food until half an hour later. The two girls behind the till kept turning round and ignoring customers to chat and laugh. Watched the couple in front of me have to say what they wanted 3 times as the girl kept turning round to speak to her friend who was cleaning despite the line. My sub was put in the oven but wasn’t touched for a further 5 minutes so was cold and soggy from sitting with condensation under it when I got it. The other people I was with managed to order, receive and eat most of their food by the time I was done.

Really bad service, Asian staff was so rude with the customer sub was not properly baked, ordered extra cheese but they just put 3 slices and charge 50p extra I don't know why.

Doesn't feel that long since my last visit to a subway but the price has jumped significantly and the menu has changed to something harder to make sense of. The staff looked like they could use another few members at this branch.

Really poor service, could barely hear the guy behind the counter with his mumbled responses. Sandwich then flung together carelessly. When I opened it from the wrapper it fell apart with all salad and sauce falling out. So messy and near inedible. Won’t be back.

Good sandwiches, large selection of fillings. Reasonably priced.

The staff ignored me for 5 min, one of the girl saw me waiting and she went to the back, then another girl came saw me and started filling the fridge without saying just a minute or anything. I had to ask if they were open or not because I couldn't understand why they ignored me, almost need to beg to be attended. I just wanted a vegetarian side and apparently there were no hashbrows, no potato wedges, no nachos and no vegan meatballs. Very rude staff and they just seem annoyed to work, I won't be back, not even for cookies.

Girl who was serving in St Enoch Centre today. Where do I begin. First of all her attitude was atrocious! Huffing and puffing around, slamming the oven door, banging everything about. Literally threw the salad on my sub, which meant she couldn’t actually close my sun over properly to wrap. I wasn’t happy and asked for a new sub as the original looked like a dogs dinner! Again she huffed and puffed. Got to the till where she threw the sub, cookie and napkin on my tray. No customer service skills what so ever, very rude person for serving the public. Won’t be back!

Waited for 15mins in the counter no one came to take the order.

Food was quick to arrive, not the friendliest staff, though. They weren't extremely rude though, so I'm giving it 4 stars.

I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while the lady behind the counter sorted out the oven and bread while completely ignoring me, an acknowledgement of my presence would have been nice. When she came to serve me no apology for my wait. She then made half made my sub, then proceeded to serve the person behind me and then tried to serve the person behind again before I spoke up and requested my sub. I was told she only had one pair of hands. Eventually I paid but only for the sub not the meal deal I wanted as I had lost my patience with the situation. If I could give no stats I would. It seems customer service is well and truly dead at this store.

I waited in the queue to order my sandwich. One of the servers behind the counter preceded to wipe their nose with the whole of the palm of their ungloved hand and then put their hand in their mouth . Needless to say after witnessing this I left without ordering. Basic hygiene should be important never mind when there’s a virus going around.

I was horrified today in Subway St Enoch Centre. The person serving me with my food wearing gloves placed my food on my sandwich then with same gloves took my cash and gave me my change much to my horror & disgust. Should there not be a person handling money only... more so in these circumstances? When mentioned to server i was met with a blank stare!!! Needless to say sandwich went in bin!!

Attitude of the girl working was atrocious; should be trained to treat customers with respect,Clearly hates her job. Wont be back again.

Lovely, something that the kids enjoy that's no fried.

Always enjoy a subway, was served quickly, order was exactly how I like it
