Chillies & Cream Takeaway in Glasgow City

They took payment and nothing arrived, had to phone for a refund. The guy said the place wasn't even open, disgraceful.

Complete nightmare. Waited ages then completely wrong meals delivered. Food cold and pakora over cooked. Then had to fight to get the delivery charge refunded. Ended up having to get in the car and actually take the meals back before they refunded the whole amount. Avoid at all costs. If I could give them no stars I would.

Ordered on 16/03/2024 order missing full king kebab phoned to complain was told by the girl it would take a long time to redeliver as they were busy and told to go to website for refund (website says phone for refund) but insisted on redelivery. 2hrs later phoned back for refund and was told by girl it was on its way before I could even ask for refund and hung up on me. Taking money and not giving is THEFT.

Shocking experience with this restaurant. Delivered food. There was food missing from order they said it would be ages to deliver and to go to website to ask for refund. We asked for food to be delivered. After waiting over an hour we called to be told it was on its way. Website states call for refund and when they answer they say Ho to website. I would give zero stars 🌟 if I could pizza was utter garbage aswell with toppings missing we paid extra for and sauces missing from pakora order - disgusting

Ordered food and everything was ok. my order was accepted by this restaurant. Around the time for delivery, after 1 hour if waiting they decided to cancel. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Got chicken kebab no salad won't be back last time I was in I got charged £9 for fried rice curry sauce and a portion of chips daylight robbery

First order they got wrong then sent a poor excuse of a rushed job pizza tasted doughy not nice at all won't be ordering again

Few times I’ve been asked to have a burger with no cheese in the comments go to pick it up and the guy laughs and says plenty of cheese on it for you get back to the house to find out he’s not joking completely ruins my dinner won’t be back

Very disappointed with the pizza I ordered. A simple vegetarian one was not baked properly. Poorly topped and with less toppings then on menu, and not baked as the cheese was still white and not even melted properly. Cannot recommend and will never order again.👎👎👎

I have ordered before and the food was very good no complaint, I decided to try again and this time it was very bad. There was big chunks of ginger in the curry with a couple of meat pieces it. I ordered fried rice it arrived mushy and no taste. The food in general didnt taste like a takeaway. Im surprised because it used to be very good.

Ordered chips cheese and Donna. Took over 20 minutes to be made(I was in store) Got it home and there was hardly any cheese. The chips were burnt to a cinder and Donna meat was yesterdays sitting in a pan. If you enjoy burnt chips with bare minimum cheese and rubber burnt Donna this is the place your looking for. Also the nan was rock hard…steer clear of this gaff. Go to Ali’s or ruby Murray’s instead

Bought Karahi and a biryani. Husband binned the acidic tasting karahi. Being more optimistic I had a go at the toxic looking rice that went with the biryani. Have to say that the lamb seemed ok, but given the rice was like orange rice pudding I wasn't inclined to trust anything. First time we have ordered from here and never again. Two meals straight to the bin.

Very disappointed . Where do I start..Food was horrendous. Got a meal deal for 2 . Pakora was little chicken strips. Poppadoms Soggy, Chicken Madras if it was chicken (3 small cubes) was disgusting . Just lots of sauce .. Whole meal deal went in the bin.... Had had many times before & been lovely. But No way will I be back ..

Just had what was meant to be a chicken bhuna was the worst thing ive ever tasted it was like a tin of tomatoes with heaps of sugar still trying to get taste out of my mouth and dont know what they used as chicken it was weird. Avoid!!

Only gave 1 star to get this review out half the delivery was missing it was also late then the items we did get delivered were missing bits to them. Very disappointing 😕

Avoid this place at all cost claimed that we didn't pay for our food with card and paid by cash and ended up they got paid twice and refusing to give us money back or answer my calls although been promising a refund for a week.

Avoid at all cost. Ordered a delivery through Just Eat and was informed it would take 1 hour. Called repeatedly after 90 minutes and when I eventually got through was told the takeaway had cancelled our order. The takeaway then claimed via the app that the food had been delivered. Complete con.

I can't even explain the utter disappoint of this horrendous restaurant. Please don't be fooled by the other name they go by which I saw on Uber Eats, which is Chillies: German Donner and Peri Peri Chicken. First of all, they conveniently did not give me my Coke Zero which I paid for and also the Peri Peri chips. The chicken wings were wretched and the chicken in the burger was raw. The piece of chicken was off and I now have severe stomach cramps. Please, please avoid this disgusting place at all costs.

Stale old naans, worst overfried or refried pakodas and papad.. This was my last order via justeat. I didn't expected 3.diff curries looks and taste the same.. Prawn curry.... It was just a curry jo prawns....the entire order in the bin... Try to give customer fresh else no. One will order

Ordered lamb curry from here a while ago, and it was tough as old boots! Thought I’d give it another chance and same again, maybe even worse this time, the “lamb” was like cubes of stone. £11.50 curry in the bin

First time using this place and our pizza was lovely Perfectly balanced and loved how it was cut into bite size bites As a veggie I was very impressed Will be a returning customer Also ordered some veg pakora and it was lovely and crispy Not greasy 9/10

Last night saturday tried to place an order fair enough, to be told it's a bit late is one thing to be denied delivery to our postcode another, so we gave up and had home made Mac n cheese. Tonight we placed order for lamb balti chicken kebab and mixed pakora. Delivery time not bad but food was way below our expectations balti was dry rice looked like it had been coloured by carrots chicken kebab again dry , tasted burnt and salad was basically a bag of sliced cabbage. Will definitely not be using this company again thanks for 30 quid wasted.

Shoking attitude over charged me and didnt send the right order and when i phoned back they said they werr shutting hung up the phone and didnt reply shoking way to treat customers and also took its time getting here

Placed an order around 7pm Friday 27th March with an expected delivery time of 8pm and here I am at 9.25 pm still no food despite just eat saying it has been delivered and to top it off the payment has gone through and the restaurant has closed with no one to call!! Shocking service!!!

Amazing food, top service would recommend everyone to try the south indian curry pizza best thing ever.

Always order to collect, the one time I don't it took over 2 hours to deliver a pizza on a Tuesday night, when I'm 5 mins away. Didn't think it was coming and was actually in bed for work when it arrived. A young kid at the door at 22:30 with no change. The chips were reheated and the pizza wasn't even what I ordered. Worst experience I've had. Never be back here again

Low quality food cooked improperly... Wish I looked them up first.. avoid or be disappointed... The menu said "under new management" so the new guy must be dumb as the last.. I am amazed that people can make food sooo bad.. was going to list all the things wrong with the food but not going to bother making a huge list..

Went down hill .while prices went up hill

Just received an order from here which is normally spot on, but when you get a prawn cocktail and there not enough sauce to cover the base of the container And you call them and are told there is new owners and that's the amount they put in it really? That's your response, very poor reply, oh and the suggestion to comment next time that I want extra sauce ..... I shouldn't have to!

Ordered 2 chicken tikka pouris was absolutely digusting had no chicken in it full off sauce an the chappati looked like a nan bread called the in they said it was under new management what a joke put it in the bin absolutely bloody disgusting never ordering from this place again 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
