Subway in Derby

I ordered 2 breakfast baguettes, sausage, bacon, poached eggs filling, 6 hash browns and waffle chips, they were delivered luke warm, nearly cold! It was very disappointing, as I'd got a guest visiting and the meal was for us to share! I paid £22 for my food order too! I will never order any food from Subway again!!!

Wrong order !!! Please call the driver very quickly to bring my order pleasee , it is the wrong order please

the footling dipper was cold and just a squished wrap with cheese only in the middle that had solidified, the churros are lovely though

Ask for double meat and did not receive this? Portion was very small on the salad often have subway salads and was very disappointed by this.

asked all to be toasted and you made mine wrong,taste horrible spoilt exact for £30 to get order right,asked for refund

Didn’t get caramel sauce with footlong churro

I spent over £20 on a sandwich with double meat and 2x packets of crisps, when delivered it was on the wrong bread and was standard item..no double meat.

Food was nice with nice gym music in the background

Worst ordering experience I’ve ever had. Took over and hour for a simple subway to be delivered to me

Didn't have the drink I wanted in stock but I completely blanked my phone. They provided me with a nice alternative and a free cookie!

Food was freezing. missing food also and also the bag was open on delivery. Spoke with a colleague at subway who was rude and not helpful at all

order a big cheese steak and a tuna melt. got 2 tuna melts. the wring crisps and the wring drinks. not happy at all. called the store and can't understand the people on the phone.

This is the best Subway for delivery in my eyes. Have never got my order wrong and it’s always packaged with care 👍🏼

Asked for a vegetarian deluxe meal and it's rammed with bacon,

Unfortunately I didn’t receive my side of pigs in blankets .

You missed my cheese that ruined my meal.

Food cold, wrong drink, wrong side

Food was cold only had 3 meatballs when should be 4

Ordered an Italian BMT and a ham, got 2 hams and my "Italian BMT" only has one side of salad, not even across the full sandwich. the Ham seems fine.

Ordered my order so my partner could have lunch with me before he goes away but the order was delayed by 40mins - 1h

Ordered food and on note asked for No Red Sauce. But the sandwich came with red sauce so I couldn't eat it and couldn't get in contact with restaurant.

Disgusting hard bread tryed ringing the shop 5times didnt answer ive took a video knocking on the bread its that hard like knocking on wooden door

i ordered lettuce and cucumber in my sub and got lettuce and onion, i could’ve died

My order came with spicy sauce on it when ordered it with out sauce

great food, could cut down on the salad, otherwise very plentiful and the bald guy was very sweet

They didn’t have what I ordered but this was quickly resolved and free cookies provided for the inconvenience

No cucumbers or olives on my salad which I asked for
