I don’t like to complain! I have experienced the slowest customer service ever!! staff seems to be very nice and respectful. Whoever is the manager needs to put more staff here!!

I've been here a few times and the place looks really nice :) You can use these screens that they've added and they are easy to use for ordering food. The staff are very polite and food doesn't take too long at all. Would recommend coming here for a simple lunch or meal

Most of the staff is incredible, Jane is the reason we come in, she is The kindest and funniest worker ever to be in subway. Young girl with the reddish hair is very rude, doesn’t even say hello and is nasty to her coworkers even infront of customers! She was being so cruel to one of the lads that I had to say something, when she’s on shift it ruins the whole atmosphere, the manager needs to make sure her staff are got to serving customers, Izzy didn’t even smile and stared at me with a nasty expression the whole time I was eating. Jane needs more credit, incredible woman with a heart of gold.

I don’t like to do complaints on here but my experience was shocking on two occasions. The first is forgettable but it was during covid when a woman sneezed on her glove and kept serving anyway which was shocking. Today I walked in an a lady serving was being overly rude she was throwing lettuce back aggressively and when she called the next customer and went to the meat section she didn’t change her gloves even though you have to. She carried on serving and even though she just touched meat she carried on serving salad with the same customer. She was rude and when she called the customer over she said hurry up while waving her hand clockwise

I walked in and said hello, and the man in his 20s didn't even acknowledge and greet us and just ignored my hello. I was patiently waiting for him to finish some Deliveroo orders. He seemed very unwelcoming and rude. I asked for the vegan meatball marinara. He said he needs to check if he has any, and so he checked and proceeded to serve me the vegan meatballs. At this point, he did not say he ran out of any. He then put regular cheese on the sub without asking me if I wanted vegan cheese. I was not too bothered with it, so I just let him continue. It wasn't until we got to the salad part that I noticed there wasn't any marinara on the bread itself. So I asked him why there isn't any marinara (sauce) in it. He said there isn't any left, but he didn't tell me that before, so he was going to serve me dry meatballs in a sub. I told him he has wasted my time and just left. I went to the Subway on Fish St instead, who were more welcoming. None of this was okay, from the rude welcome to the everything else.

Just like any other fast food, i like subway specifically because the food looks like a nornal sandwich you would have home but a VIP one :)). still unhealthy but it gives me the idea that is not thay bad compared to a hamburger at mac or something. What i hate a lot is the smell that you will find in most subways and the heat. other than that is decent

Spent close to £10! I don't usually get subway, made it perfectly clear that I didn't have my mobile nor my subway card on me. Repeatedly said I wanted to redeem my points at a later date. Receipt did not have an I.O.U on it??? Neglected to add it??? That's £10+ in points wasted. Put way too much garlic spread in my sub that it made the sub difficult to hold. The sub basically fell apart in the wrapping and when I was trying to pick it up. Took twenty minutes to make, when there was only one person in front of me. Took a really long time to find additional garlic spread (and didn't even use it in my sub...

“Arturs” or whatever his name is can’t remember fully. Worked 07/11/2019 at lunch. He was amazing and an Incredibly stand up guy. He’s worth more than making sandwiches. Well to start, I ordered some hash brows last week and they came cold aswell as my friends. I had them re heated. This time I come in for a mega melt and after a few bites into the center it’s cold (fridge cold) took back and she reheated it and burned the bread. She mad another one and after one bite it was cold so took it back and the attitude stared from her, I told her to feel the egg inside, it was too cold to have gone cold from hot. She said it was hot 5 mins ago when I gave it you! Which it wasn’t. Either she doesn’t know what settings to use on the grill or it’s broken. Half heated food can cause illness. Never again. Had my money back. This place is a s**t hole just like the town it’s in

I go here often when I'm in Northampton... There are two stores to my knowledge and the reason why I go to this one... It's the closest when I find myself wanting a sandwich. Consistency is good sometimes I get a dud but its rare (1 in 20 visits).

It's a busy Subways, general Subway quality but have had a broken drinks machine for over a month. It manages to stay open due to the great proximity to the bus station, but there are 3 better Subways in walking distance.

Me and my pet platypus went in trying to catch a train to London for the annual platypus convention. Guy behind the counter then told me that there weren't any trains available at that time. Why bother keeping the subway open if none of your trains are working? At least make a public announcement or something so people can plan ahead. Turned up a day late for the convention and my platypus missed his beauty session!

I went into there with the expectation of being able to have my usual sliced beef sandwich and was unfortunately told I couldn't have it as they don't do it anymore. I said to the man I had one a couple of weeks ago. He said "Tell me where it says beef" pointing to the large menu display above him. It clearly said Beef. He said 'this one' going through every single option on the board APART from where it clearly said beef. There was even beef slices available in the trays which I then pointed to only be told it wasn't beef, and you were only allowed that if you had slices of turkey and chicken.

An anniversary meal and chose what WAS a great restaurant The text sent the dat before stating that had to reply with name number and time of booking made over a week ago as it would not be confirmed till this detail was given. Welcome was not what had previously experienced there and not given a great table. Had to ask one of the four waitresses if we could order a drink 10 minutes after being sat down - wouldn’t have minded but there were only 3 other tables occupied. Ordered starter without ‘peppers’ I had to explain to the waitress what peppers were as in “bell peppers, the green, red, yellow, orange ones- bit worrying really was not asked if we had any allergies which was surprising as this is a repeated question you’re asked nowadays. After and hour of arriving for our reservation, ordering and finishing our starter the main came. My wife ordered smoked salmon and pasta, what arrived was cooked salmon in the pasta not smoked a totally different taste and flavour. I asked to check the menu and smoked was stated, we explained this to who appeared to be the head waitress, who could not comprehend the difference in cooked or smoked, no apology or explanation was given and we were only asked to reselect, lasagna was asked for. I had ordered and had a lovely veal Milanese, with salad, which I finished, my wife asked that hers now be cancelled as would not want to eat on her own as I was finished, minutes later a lasagne arrived this was duly returned and the bill asked for. Very unprofessional No apology Poor service A total and unfortunate change and a restaurant I will not voluntarily go to again Times are a changing and this is a shamefully wrong direction

A Saturday night meal after the cinema. We love the Sunnyside - it's friendly, the prices and very reasonable and the food is great.
