Subway in Coventry

Very rude employee, treated like buying without money (as a beggar) rude to customer raised voice I was a regular customer but stopped after the unacceptable behaviour of the employee

There i was meandering through the UHCW in search of food at 22:20 on a cold Wednesday evening. To my delight, there it stood, a beacon of hope, the magic S shining bright. I was like a moth to flame. The staff were fantastic, the food was impeccable and could continue my journey well energised and full of wonderfulness. Bravo Subway, Bravo.

I am working in UHCW, staff called Danny was very rude to us verbally when we ask about order and we been sitting in the restaurant , he came and told us to move from there while we were eating there infront of other people, he didn’t let us to finish our food. He is very rude.

Disgusting prices for meals, £39.00 for 5 6 inch sub meals could have gone to the pub for the price of that.

Am so thankful to Alex and Chander who work here, who went out of their way to help me. Such kind people, a credit to subway.

Unfortunately their card reader has not worked for several weeks . They have had engineers in but no luck on repairing. So it's cash only . I paid cash , Nice sandwich, very tasty

2 good lads work there tonight, good service good food..ofc not all bread but what you expect in 1am. Thanks

Went once and they only had brown bread left. Second time I went they had no bread left, both these times were hours before closing. I don't see how a subway can justify not having bread. Also most times you go they don't seem to have the card reader working which I understand isn't their fault but don't go to this subway at night and expect to be able to get food. Not great when you're working 12 hour shifts and it's only place open to get food.

Really bad experience. Store franchise needs to visit the shop in the evening to see the area of opportunity for better service. No bread option accept one. Everyone waiting to be served as you can see on the picture. Why advertise shop open till 2am, staff start closing 4 hours before closing time. Dining area chairs are up to discourage customers not to sit to eat. To know public service people are working in this building, this is the service they receive.

My sons fav shop and I must admit the bread meat, salad really is the business.

A Subway branch situated inside The Restaurant on the ground floor of the main hospital building serving the typical selection of Subway food and drinks, which can be a nice change from hospital food. The staff are always friendly and polite.

Your last refuge for a late night bite as it's open till 0200 apart from Sundays when it closes at midnight.

Have only been a couple of times. Very amateurish staff, often talking to each other and patrons in an unprofessional manner. Decent enough standard Subway food quality but priced higher than the usual.

Only do the pizza slices on brown bread. They had other bread but he wouldn't use it. Total waste of space

i visited the coventry hospital subway restaurant last night 19/09/22 at 21.00pm & had a few issues. no1. the female member of staff put on a pair of gloves to prepare food as i was third in the queue & i seen her on several occasions stroking/touching her hair 2. she had a male friend there who wasn’t even a customer but was shouting verbal abuse across the canteen to her & making stupid suggestions & remarks 3. she repeatedly spoke to her male member of staff so rudely in-front of her customers 4. female member of staff full of attitude, needs to work on her customer service skills subway generally has a very good, clean & professional repetition as i use them twice a week please don’t ruin it.

Poor service. The staffs showing their attitude while doing the sandwiches on top of that they forgot one of the item to pack. Only realised when I got home which was of course too late. Phoned the shop several times to convey my disappointment but no answer.

Happy to see subway at the hospital. Very good service and friendly staff. Its located inside the main entrance after WH Smith. PS: The potato crispers is more like boiled potato and not sure why subway named it crisper though🤔

Recently opened. Provides the typical variety of subway meals. Its located in the Hospital's main cafeteria. Since its a new store the lines are quite long. So be prepared for a wait if you visit around lunch time.
