Subway in Highland

Pedí el filete de Filadelfia y los submarinos de pollo Rotisserie El Pollo Rotisserie no lo clasificaría como Pollo Rotisserie sabía más a pollo enlatado. No me gustó en absoluto. Definitivamente no volvería a comprar. El Philly Steak era agradable y realmente no ha cambiado, pero era bueno. La galleta estaba bien, no tan bien como recordaba que estaban. El Restaurante no estaba muy limpio pedí que me limpiaran la mesa y la mujer que le pregunté que trabajaba allí me ignoró completamente y no limpió la mesa.

Absolutamente terrible servicio. Tuvimos que decirle a la joven 4 veces lo que queríamos. Pedimos, el pan fue tostado y luego fuimos ignorados durante 5 minutos y todavía no recibimos nuestro pedido, así que salimos. Teniendo en cuenta que había cinco funcionarios trabajando en ese momento.

Comida pedida, los trabajadores se pararon por yunques sin hacer absolutamente nada con tonos de comida pedida, no recomendaría toma demasiado tiempo, comida rápida que debe llamarse comida lenta.

Me senté con unos amigos y compramos unas galletas y el gerente nos dijo que empacáramos nuestra mierda y nos fuéramos. No volveré a ir...

Absolutely disgusting staff hygiene. Not hairnets/bread etc. Couldn't care less her hair was drooping round her face. CROSS CONTAMINATION. She put cheese on to of meat slices then took it off and put ot back in the stack. The manageress is a joke. So very rude

Left a cap in the store and called to see if it had been handed in was told it had been and I informed I'd be in to pick it up in an hour. Get to store and they can't find it....it's definitely here...speaks to manager and immediately starts checking the bins....went back later to see if they'd found it and was told it was thrown into the trash....one honest member of staff in a group where customer service means nothing.Area Manager was going to look into it but never did come back to me. I haven't been back since and I never will.

Woman who served me- Monika I think, was awful. Extremely rude to me and her colleagues I felt bad for the other girls. She was swearing, muttering and rolling her eyes whilst she was serving me. I will not be coming back for as long as she is there.

I have never, I repeat, never experienced service as bad as this, I’m 6ft 2” tall and dressed in hi viz clothing, having gone into the store for a sub I was the only person in the store, the woman serving totally and completely ignored me! No eye contact, no acknowledgment of my presence in the store, didn’t even look up from the rolls she was sprinkling cheese on, having completed a tray she carefully placed it in the oven, continued to ignore me and got another tray of rolls and coated them in cheese, not one word, glance, acknowledgment!! Nothing!!! Twice more this happened, eventually I just walked out, there’s no way I’m going to let them have any of my money, I was dumbfounded at the level of rudeness and ignorance!

The food was spot on. The ordering was one of the most painful experience of my life. Wanted to rip my hair out throughout.

Arrived just after opening. Fresh bread, fresh fillings and a tasty sandwich. Friendly service. Would use this outlet again.

Went in to get something for my wife and myself. Choices of different breads whether 12"or 6". Then choice of different meats then melted with cheese then choice of salads and sauces. Very tasty

No social distancing at all. The tables were right next to one another no more than 1 metre. Didn’t even have plastic dividers like the BK next door. Not coming back here again even to get a take away
