Subway in South Norfolk

Typical of the brand. Not busy but a long wait to eat inside. Drive through didn't look busy either. Drinks dispenser had run out of juice and I got the wrong drink. Just a bad day at the office I think. Won't stop me going back there.

Up there with the worst burgers I’ve ever had. Cold and burnt (the burger was crunchy), and made with the cheapest ingredients, so had to send it back, came out abit warmer. The coleslaw tasted like it was Tesco essentials and so did the burger. The curry tasted like a microwave meal, and had a side of tzatziki??? And then we had to pay £19+ for each meal. The food is extremely overpriced for what you get. The service with slow but staff were friendly, probably the best thing about the experience. Don’t eat here if you’re staying at the hotel… because you’ll be extremely disappointed.

As a family we ordered various dishes. One dish was a vegetarian korma for a strict vegetarian member of the family. Half way through the dish chicken was discovered! Too late and had to be spate out. Contacted the owner a number of times. He refused to apologise, refund money or do anything to rectify the dreadful experience.
