Subway in Sandwell

Really disappointed - subway deliver food together with drinks and it always arrives cold. Don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

got totally different order I got someone order that lives somewhere else with there details on witch is data protection the drvier wants sacking shocking attitude will not go there again

Hi, ordered online a chicken breast sandwich. Have ordered before so changed a couple of things on the menu. What came was literally a chicken sandwich with no salad, no sauce, nothing! Very disappointed!

Delivery time kept getting put back with no choice to cancel. Subway was fab but just eat delivery service was poor…

Visited this store today. I ordered a tuna footlong sub the owner toasted the sandwich on boost setting when it’s meant to be on tuna setting. Also, said he didn’t participate in the 30% off when it’s actually compulsory for subway. Then sandwich tasted revolting the bread tasted off. I explained to owner if could change the sub became very aggressive and racist. The reviews from the store show it all would not visit again.

My order was delivered to someone else cant speak to anyone at just eat just got an email with refund request

I love a subway, getting a bit pricey but I like them, the “ margarita slice” is a little sad as to what I was expecting it look cobbled together with a spread of a tomato sauce and a blob of cheese and a sub that was stale before hand

Great delivery time although food was disappointing again. Pig in blankets instead of a sausage patty and slice of bacon. Did not taste fresh at all. I can only presume they popped to Iceland for ingredients. Not ordering here again.

Awful, the driver by the looks of it had no clue where he was driving, will be complaining, hot food was cold and was thrown away

If you don’t have the items remove it from the menu. I ordered a cheese tomato pesto sub melt to then receive a cheese and pepper sandwich? No ice cream so I receive extra cookies? If I wanted these items I would have ordered it but I didn’t. Poor service. Just remove the items you don’t have so people don’t waste their money

Driver refused to come up to the flat as I am unable to walk that far after a major operation, he was very rude and hung up on me. Turned his phone off so was not able to explain. He eventually dropped my food off at the flat door, leaving it on the floor as he ran off. I am disgusted… the site should say drivers lazy and will not help disability people.

Tuna portions on sandwich is disgusting and when challenged the shop told me to direct to you. Not ordering from this place again and can not eat the food as unappealing. Absolutely awful service

Every time I order from subway they get my order wrong. Sauce wrong, wrong items on my sandwich. They never even knock the door they just dumped it on my wall!!!!! Go into subway don't order! Not happy

Excellent food was worth every penny the salad was amazing hash browns where nice and the portion sizes where amazing worth the price

The delivery driver was extremely rude on the phone and gave me issues although I wrote a note stating that I am unable to come downstairs to take the order. He took long to bring it to me and gave attitude and no manners when he handed it to me.

luckily it came before half 6 so i was able to eat it before i went to work, but if it was any later i wouldnt of been able to eat it, it came over an hour and a half late which is never usual of subway

Unfortunately the subs were missing some salad items and not much sauce added. Completely missing the meal deal items (cookie, drink and crisps). Will not be ordering from here again.

Absolutely love Subway food can’t fault it. The ability to be able to track the delivery is next to non always informed if any delays occur which for Subway is very rare.

Its ok, wrong flavour crisps and bread. But happy enough.

Zero issues with delivery and I set the time which was good however when the order arrived, the sandwich was not up to Subway standard. Something did not taste right as if the ingredients were not fresh or something and the bread was very crusty on top and falling a part - not how it ever has been. Was not impressed with sandwich but other items were fine.

Arrived hot,ontime and with a friendly driver 10/10👍

The sub itself was fine, however sadly got given the wrong drink and the cheese bites are the worst I’ve ever had from anywhere :/ they were completely inedible, cats wouldn’t even touch them. wouldn’t usually mind but £20+ for a foot long, incorrect drink and inedible cheese bites is annoying 😩

The food is lovely can never find a fault with it. But if you have a salad bowl it now comes in a cardboard box and if have dressing on the salad it makes the box all soggy. Just an idea but when a dressing is ordered could it not be put into a little pot. There would be no soggy box then.

I have been ordering platters from here for over a year and the last delivery was awful. Everyone who ate from the platter ran to the bathroom. Now I didn't make a big deal of it but when I placed the order today I mentioned it to them so they are careful with the present order. The manager, who sounded like a very rude Asian only defended himself and had the audacity to say that if the current new order also has a problem then it's not their fault. He goes on to say that now i know you will make an issue of this order. Further he has sent a platter with no cheese just raw veges mostly onions stuffed in bread EXCUSE ME?!! rude, presumptuous, obnoxious. This is the last time we will be ordering but I would encourage the management to teach their manager (of 5 years btw) some manners and explain to him how with food it is possible even in 5 years for there to be an incident/ contamination.

Yesterday I’ve had the most terrifying experience with this specific shop I had to deal with the most terrifying food poisoning an hour after I’ve had a tuna sandwich from this shop Hygiene is 0 in this shop Be carful people

I loved my sub and wedges, absolutely delicious. There were fresh veggies in my sub! And my delivery driver was very happy and friendly. Food arrived hot. 10/10 Would order again.

For what you get, it's way too expensive. First time order and wasnt impressed with the amount of filling you get for the money. You could get 3 meal deals from many supermarkets for 1 meal deal here , and there would be just as much filling.

Ordered 3 chocolate chunk cookies that didn't arrive but have been charged for, also ordered a chocolate milkshake but got a flat white. Otherwise the rest of the order was good.

Missing Tuna 6 inch and pack of doritos. Trying to phone but constantly ringing out

Very poor subway Delivery was fast that’s why I gave 2 star Apart from that food was mediocre we asked for toasted and it wasn’t toasted Their website doesn’t state what’s in certain meals and we asked for 2 meals and they only sent us one when the receipt stated that there was 2 meals ordered One good thing is we got crisps when we didn’t order them

Absolutely vile!!!!! WILL RATHER STARVE THEN ORDER FROM HERE! The man who answered the phone when I rang to complain about their stale bread and was sooo adamant it was fresh! He WAs rude and spoke like he hasn’t passed any GCSEs! No customer service whatsoever, he obv must be ok with the standard of food.

I really used to enjoy subway but their food order today was disgusting, there was NO chicken tikka in the salad or sandwich, the salad had massive chucks of lettuce, and no sauce and the sandwich was suppose to have extra cheese in it but nothing was found. Very disappointing!

Subway is only 8mins from office, food was over 20mins late, Sub was cold on delivery and very poor customer service.

There were missing items - no extra cheese that was paid for. Wrong Ben & Jerrys ice cream delivered - should have been double choc!! I received a caramel one - I do not like caramel!! 😡

The place was very clean , but I believe they are very tight on the amount of items they put on the Sub although the meat content was fine the cheese was so little after being grilled I had to ask if there was any on there as it disappeared , the staff did not break a smile once I found the whole experience a little off putting with no real engagement , the sub quality and taste was fine , but for two foot longs costing over 16 pounds, I believe it's just to expensive to eat in there .

It wasn’t feels like sandwiches were toasted properly .rest everything was alright.

My teams large order of £101.48 missed someone’s footlong sub so they had to sit and watch us all eat ours! 😡 I placed the order so I’m feeling bad. I can see that I did order their footlong Big Cheese-Steak but sub-way failed to deliver it.
