still haven't received my food or money back

This has to be one of the best subways I have been to the staff are polite pleasant and honest as when I left my mobile in there they kept it for me until I went back.

Well mannered staff with nice attitude and always smiling faces love the hygiene level and specially quice service from staff.

Always such a lovely experience coming to this branch. Since come here for the first time a few months ago, we now visit every week. Food is prepared with care and the staff are so kind. Special thank you to Zico for making our sandwiches with love everytime 🤩🤩

I love that this branch is Halal. The customer service is great. Food is always prepared well and just as I order. Definitely recommended 👌 Staff is just as nice as the food they prepare.

Amazing experience at the Subway Halal branch on Parsonage Street, West Bromwich, Birmingham! The food was fresh, the service was fast, and the staff were really friendly. It’s great to have a fully halal Subway with so many options to choose from. The sandwiches were made exactly how I wanted, and everything tasted delicious. Was craving for a Subway and went to my usual place on Parsonage St. This had to be the worst Subway I've ever had. When I took it home and opened it, it looked like they had thrown the meat and salad into the bread, trickled a few drops of sauce in there and then stamped on it. I have never been so disappointed with my food and I had bought this to open my fast. I've not seen these staff members before, they may have been new but they need to take some time in preparing their food. Please retrain your staff.

Very good food with excellent customer service, especially Zico. Also pretty quick with making the order and there’s never been a problem everytime I’ve been there.

Driver rang, didn’t have a clue where he was going, got lost. Rang multiple times to which I explained where delivery was meant to be. Ended going the complete other way after I told him where to go. Kept telling me my address was wrong when it wasn’t and I told him many times where it was and where to go.

Everything was fresh in this store as i tried many Subway franchise before. I will keep coming.

Terrible mad Subs, Toasted sandwich was delivered cold with unmelted cheese stuffed inside. Ridiculous amount of Salad stuffed inside to make it a massive, cold and unappetising sandwich.

Best subway in WestBrom excellent service especially the employees Zico and Moh gave me good advice on their sub recommendations and they gave me a good one and i really enjoyed the sub which I purchased too so anyone reading this I recommend you to come here due to the neatness and the fresh bread and cookies which they provide

delivery driver couldn’t follow instructions and couldn’t find the street also they gave the wrong sandwich which looked like it had bacon in it which i can’t eat. terrible service

Food was not to standard. I also asked for it to be toasted but it was not. My cookie was missing and I got the wrong crisps I would like a refund right away.

Best subway in West Bromwich I'm a regular customer because of the fresh foods which they offer along with the fast customer service. Do not believe in any bad review because of my 5 years going into this Subway regularly I never had a problem with the staff or with the food I recommend for anyone to actually come here and try the subs the staff will properly take care of you and greet you properly. I also love how the place is nice and organised. I have never seen a health hazard here it is always kept nice and clean 👌 . My son also goes here time to time and he has never experienced a problem. Always enjoy grabbing food at this subway. The staff are so friendly and i've never had an issue with my orders. The store is so clean, makes it a nice place to eat in. The menu has a wide variety of options and they're are always expanding the choices to accommodate everyone. Not to mention it’s halal too!!!!

Subways are going the same way as the corporate chains, used to use subways daily when I was training to get my daily balance, but the change after change in the menu's and the removal of a few items that I used to have has more given the "Made your way" to " Have It How We Say" so its a No from me and from the weekday daily visits to maybe one a month now and I really dont miss it.

Great subway branch - niece has various allergies and when mentioned to the member of staff they took it extremely seriously and went above and beyond to ensure the subway treat for my niece was as best as they could do, free from cross contamination and offering all allergy related ingredients lists to us. Ive been before once to this branch and it was great customer service then too! Very clean and subs were yum! Thank you subway at Parsonage St and in particular thank you Sammy! Parsonage Street Subway Branch always get our order bang on! due to dietary reasons certain items have to be avoided on subs never a problem always as we state, not like other Subways who always mess it up, so we always stick to Parsonage Street Subway 10/10 from me!
