Nice and organised subway has tons of fresh cookies and breads i recommend anyone to try out this subway trust me you will be satisfied with what you bought

Best subway in WestBrom excellent service especially the employees Zico and Moh gave me good advice on their sub recommendations and they gave me a good one and i really enjoyed the sub which I purchased too so anyone reading this I recommend you to come here due to the neatness and the fresh bread and cookies which they provide

delivery driver couldn’t follow instructions and couldn’t find the street also they gave the wrong sandwich which looked like it had bacon in it which i can’t eat. terrible service

Messed up order and wouldn’t rectify it. Told me I’d have to pay and place another order and get my refund via just eat. Idiots

Driver continues to drive up and down and round my area for about 20-25 minutes before deciding to call to say he was lost, I have photos to prove

Food was not to standard. I also asked for it to be toasted but it was not. My cookie was missing and I got the wrong crisps I would like a refund right away.

I have been to subway couple of times and got variety of options. Tidy and clean environment makes it more comfortable to dine in . Staff members are also very friendly . All in alll excellent service for both dine in and take away customers.

Best subway in West Bromwich I'm a regular customer because of the fresh foods which they offer along with the fast customer service. Do not believe in any bad review because of my 5 years going into this Subway regularly I never had a problem with the staff or with the food I recommend for anyone to actually come here and try the subs the staff will properly take care of you and greet you properly. I also love how the place is nice and organised. I have never seen a health hazard here it is always kept nice and clean 👌 . My son also goes here time to time and he has never experienced a problem. Always enjoy grabbing food at this subway. The staff are so friendly and i've never had an issue with my orders. The store is so clean, makes it a nice place to eat in. The menu has a wide variety of options and they're are always expanding the choices to accommodate everyone. Not to mention it’s halal too!!!!

Subways are going the same way as the corporate chains, used to use subways daily when I was training to get my daily balance, but the change after change in the menu's and the removal of a few items that I used to have has more given the "Made your way" to " Have It How We Say" so its a No from me and from the weekday daily visits to maybe one a month now and I really dont miss it.

Great subway branch - niece has various allergies and when mentioned to the member of staff they took it extremely seriously and went above and beyond to ensure the subway treat for my niece was as best as they could do, free from cross contamination and offering all allergy related ingredients lists to us. Ive been before once to this branch and it was great customer service then too! Very clean and subs were yum! Thank you subway at Parsonage St and in particular thank you Sammy! Parsonage Street Subway Branch always get our order bang on! due to dietary reasons certain items have to be avoided on subs never a problem always as we state, not like other Subways who always mess it up, so we always stick to Parsonage Street Subway 10/10 from me!

I would give no stars, if possible. My review is of JustEat, not the restaurant. JustEat driver accepted the collection of my order and did not go to pick it up. App said the order was delivered on my phone. I tried contacting JustEat, no response yet. I tried calling the restaurant and nothing either. I ended up walking 30 mins to the restaurant. I picked up my order to take it home. 2 hours later, no decency of a response from JustEat. Won’t be using again unless I get a full apology and some compensation for the inconvenience caused. Awful customer experience!

They give you an option with the nacho bites to have a dip, you select a dip and you don't get a dip, they were also burnt.

Never ordering from this place again. Everything in my flatbread was all in the bottom of the box and the bread was terribly soggy. Tried ringing them several times but they didn’t answer. £10 down the drain.
