Domino's Pizza - Birmingham - Great Barr in Sandwell

Ordered pizza with a chicken kickers/wedges combo side. The chicken kickers were horrible. The chicken had pungent Indian takeaway smell and taste, as if they sourced from there and then added the kickers coating. The coating was hanging off and the chicken was cheap and nasty (and brown!!). Never again from this place. Are they cutting corners or what?!

Lack of toppings despite paying extra, so oily and greasy. 2-3 inches of crust on a large pizza. The toppings are getting smaller and smaller and more scarce

Mediocre pizzas 🍕 with hardly any topping. 2 for the price of one is ridiculous. I'd rather have 1 for half the price

Good pizzas, good service, however, very very stingy with the cheese. Half of my large margarita had cheese scarcely scattered, literally the main ingredient for a pizza was non existent.

Nice pizza only had to wait 15 minutes pee ordered polite staff.

Dank can't cook a pizza to save their lives .. domino let down .. dry and tight with the ingredients, surprise surprise

The staff delays the order for more then 1 hour . And when you try to contact them they mention everyone in there store is a manager . They dont even bother to help the customers and shows the order delivered deliberately and dont even deliver the items in real. Rubbish service. Terrible delivery guy Mr Jaspreet.

Forgot to post the review on Tuesday so I am writing it now. I always mention to call me when the driver arrives, but last couple of times they ring the door bell, there is a particular reason why I mention that. I have 2 kids, they are asleep that's why I mention to call me. And I had mentioned this time to NOT ADD jalapenos, instead look at the pizza. Very disappointed. I am a regular customer but still this kind of customer service is not appreciated.

The worst pizza I've ever had. If you like a tomato puree pizza base with virtually no toppings this is the place. If I'd witnessed them making them before I'd ordered I'd have brought one from Iceland for a £1 as those are far superior.

Pretty poor pizza experience, not sure if its always like this as I haven't brought a pizza from mainstream pizza place for a long time and that's probably why. Food was fast but not hot and definitely not worth the price

Stopped ordering takeaways because they usually are rubbish around here.. had a crappie tiresome day so ordered a pizza and it was disgusting with hardly any cheese..never had cardboard but can imagine it tasted the same!!!

Ordered stuff crust for an extra £3 and also made it clear that I didn’t want meat on my pizza due to food intolerance. Not only did the food get delivered after more than an hour, it was cold, the pizza had meat on it. Also, the stuffed crust I ordered wasn’t included and it had normal crust. Will never eat from this place. Terrible customer service too.

I ordered a vegetarian pizza and I haven’t eaten meat since birth when collecting and getting home I realised there was chicken on the pizza I immediately rang them and told them and they told me they didn’t believe it and to bring it back and it’s a 20 minute journey from our house the staff showed no regard and didn’t even apologise just said another one is making Absolutely appalled at the response and customer service and the product to won’t be ordering again !

Terrible service. Extremely rude. Didn’t deliver the food and accepted payment on the app. I love dominos usually but this particular one is horrible. The franchisee and staff are on thin ice with this, starting to crack. Don’t go.

Absolutely usless! Order was placed at 22.42 and arrived 1hr and 20 minutes later. When calling to speak to the staff at this dominos the first call handler was a women who could not understand my complaint. I then spoke to a male member of staff and stated the food was cold when we received it. I informed the order was placed 1 hour 20 minutes ago. It has never taken this long before. I was then told that I would be given a refund and someone would collect the pizza.I pointed out it was now midnight and the store was officially closed what i am i supposed to eat? He became very argumentative and said "i don't care". I asked for his name and I was told "we are not allowed to give personal information" to which I replied with "you don't wear name tags? He then said "no" and then he slammed the phone down.

Ordered pizza from great barr dominoes in which I experienced very poor customer service over the phone, plus driver refused to go to the top of the stairs where my door was. Driver was not required to come into any building and just needed to go up a flight of stairs along a balcony. I am a single parent with a baby in the house and having explained to the driver, he STILL refused to go to the door to complete delivery. This is not the first time having had a bad experience from dominoes great barr. Will NOT order again!

Why should you make a meat pizza base sauces sweet? It tastes horrible (s.h.i.t). Evry day wors than yesterday. Regret for the money I paid. I could buy three times cheaper but larger and more tasty than this. Unbelievable.

Very disappointed in the service and the quality of food. I order 3 large pizzas and revived 2 large and one small. When telling the staff they just look at us blank and offered nothing to remedy the situation, instead blamed it on someone else. I even offered to pay any price difference but just got looked at with a blank face. Very dissatisfied as we had guests over who were looking forward to the food.

Firstly why does this company advertise offers but when you get to the payment, it's never the special offer prices. It's pointless asking the staff they have little idea or are intentionally not giving the right information. . Secondly the toppings on our two large pizza looked as though someone literally threw them on , very poor preparation, I take more care putting my dogs ďinner into his bowl . Thirdly the base was definitely not fresh , I have worked many years in baking industry, these were awful , hard . I think you might question why I didn't ring back, its a waste of time from my experience, cut your losses but write a honest review, surely the managers of this store read what we post , good or bad . Lastly, deliver staff should not be hovering around the food preparation area ,wearing their outdoor clothes, that goes against basic hygiene standard. A real shame , I will not be going to this branch for a while .

Pizza is always tasty just got to love domino's.

We're meant to be saving for a house... But we end up ordering Domino's every week, sometimes even twice a week... It's just sooooo goooddddd!! x x

Didn’t want to take on an addition to my order as simply served other customers even though I mentioned to a kitchen member of staff who in turn shouted to the customer serving colleague who was busy behind the scenes and never came out. When they did, they ignored me and served newer customers. Don’t think they can manage/handle busy spells...let’s see how the food tastes

Complained about my order , manager offered me refund which I've accepted, rang next day for follow up and been advised that it should take 2 to 3 working days to process it , ita been 14 days now still no refund ! Pathetic customer services , managers are arrogant , not polite, don't even use sorry or thank you words

Food was nice and order followed well. Free parking for an hour if you wanted the use of other shops. Pleasant staff and we enjoyed our meal.

Not had a pizza, in a long time... And it will be a long time before I have another one I ordered American hot... It was, vile so salty it made me physically sick it was, like eating pure salt never again

I understand you have a limited menu but surely you can still offer to change the base sauce to sundried tomato. Your other sauces are just plain dull! There really is no excuse for not offering this sauce as tge other stores do offer them, unfortunately they can't deliver due to your franchise delivery agreement. This is utterly pathetic as the customer should come first.

Wrong order everytime! How hard is margarita with extra mozzarella! Order via app and have to ring to confirm what I want and still delivered wrong! Never going to order from them again.

Standard food you'd expect from dominos

Pizza is nice, the premasis looks clean and tidy.

Food is a bit pricey, but it's always piping hot and always tastes good. Fast delivery from this one, too.

Good quality pizza, although they do make a few mistakes with toppings sometimes, I always find they deliver pizzas quicker than most other places, I also find them expensive in terms of starters and sides, I will use them if there are offers available.

HAIRY AND DISGUSTING! They roll out then transport the dough through the shop on their bare arms, their hairy, uncovered arms!!! Wish I took a picture! Told the manager who said this was normal practice?! Check under your pizza at your own risk!

Very very thin pizza. All the toppings was very very salty. Chucked in the bin total waste of money. Won't be visiting again

Had the world's most expensive potato wedges from here, must have been cooked by a celebrity chef, I always choose delivery because I'm too fat to collect.

We've ordered a spicy pizza and they gave us a sweet pizza and when we complaint to them the've said that's what they have and the kitchen assistant (Karla) she start to laugh about it on our back, very disappointed won't recommend to nobody

I'm a regular customer of the Kingstanding branch but recently I thought I'd try this one as it's more local... The staff were very rude and just kept laughing, joking and even swearing amongst themselves. No 'thank you' just handed my food and back to the chatter which was far more important than any form of customer service or interaction. The pizza was ok hence the 2 stars but not as good as others. I won't be ordering here again because of the service alone. Haven't tried delivery and probably won't.

Tried to make a order over the phone the person was very rude and not helpful at all. WELL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN

Not a regular general dominos eater but when I went here it smelt lovely looked lovely and staff were lovely even though there was a rude customer. Staff dealt with the issue quietly and swiftly. Highly recommend eating here for takeout fresh made and you can see what employees are doing in the kitchen!! Wonderful set out.

Wouldn’t change my order from collection to delivery instead kept my order without giving me an option rubbish
